19th May 2021 (5 years ago)Rented a flat with them for 3 years. Very reactive when there is an issue, sending professionals to fix it within hours. No issue with getting back our deposit. Very transparent and honest, not like most letting agencies in London. I recommend.
24th Jan 2023 (3 years ago)I would really recommend Reside, they have been so helpful and supportive, in particular Vicky in the office who has gone above and beyond in progressing the sale of my house. It’s a real find to find an honest lovely estate agent with such a super helpful team!

3rd Oct 2026 (29 days ago)Friendly and responsive. I do feel they slightly overvalued the property which led to a suggestion to substantially drop the price, which was the only downside.
25th Feb 2019 (7 years ago)I have tried to rent through them two years ago and they were useless. I thought to give them a second chance and still the same. Rude if you call the office, slow response or not response at all if you email enquiring a property.

30th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)James Hall has been brilliant, we have had a very good experience in a difficult market. He puts in lots of effort beyond what is expected. I’ve appreciated his guidance and communication and am a bit sad to read other negative comments as they are in stark contrast to our own experience. I would highly recommend.

We had a very smooth purchase process because of his professional attitude and his capability to manage the relationship between us and our new home developer. It has been a pleasure liaising with him. Will recommend Caddingtons and Arthur to anyone looking for a home in London!

The fake reviews use the same expressions to describe Letzone and are a complete fabrication. I’d recommend they remove these posts also and not to mislead people any further.
2nd Jan 2022 (4 years ago)We used Classic Lofts for our loft (and to reconfigure a bedroom and shower room into study and bathroom) in 2019. Whilst they weren't perfect (show me a builder which is!), the project only overran slightly, was done to a good standard and snagging was dealt with by Bernard snr very effectively and they put something right when asked. We have since used another company and have had a terrible experience, so thought I would leave a review having realised Classic were pretty good all in all.

Nothing was impossible to achieve or do .Viewings were always personally accompanied and feedback given .We thank all the crew at Oyster and recommended those wishing to sell their property to consult them soon.True to their words from start to end .????

He knows his subject, he knows his clients and even the bumpiest road becomes a smooth newly laid cycle path with his guidance. He did an excellent job and was always on hand when you needed him night or day. No regrets. Warren all the way.

After five long years of struggling to sell my flat, I had almost given up hope. It was a very complicated sale with many challenges, yet Kyle stepped in and did what no one else could. Within just a couple of weeks of taking professional photos and launching the property, he secured a strong offer and moved the process forward with impressive efficiency. Kyle is outstanding at what he does — not only professional and highly skilled, but also genuine, reliable, and honest. His communication was exceptional from day one. He was always available, kept me fully informed, and handled every obstacle with calm confidence and expertise. Most importantly, I felt I could truly trust him throughout the entire journey — and that is rare to find in this industry. 13th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)I'm so glad we went with Alex and Matteo. Their communication is excellent - emails with feedback from every viewing, regular video calls with the excellent Foivos (who is great and worked really hard), and super-fast WhatsApp group to all relevant staff. One of the big reasons we went with A&M was that Matteo talked about them having Cara, a member of staff who helped keep the transaction moving after they were negotiated by the sales agent. Cara is absolutely invaluable - she saved my sanity when bumps naturally arose in the process. It was so useful having Cara there, to raise issues that may take much longer to surface via solicitors. Alex & Matteo were definitely the right choice for us - down to earth, and felt wholly different than any other estate agents I've encountered.

31st Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Would appear the house was over valued by the estate agent so setting wrong expectations about what price could be achieved. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
