They are honest, very prompt to fixing things, they are very polite especially (Katie). I was with them for over 7 years and never had any regrets. God bless you all. Shalom
30th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Fantastic. Selling a house can be scary. I'd lived in my house for 33 years and process has changed so much. By Jackie and Marie held my hand the whole way. When I asked for advise it was given in a kind manner not a hard we know best way. Everything was explained so I could understand it. They even spoke to the solicitors for me. I truly felt in safe hand. Our house sold in a good time at the wanted price. Totally recommend them.

Even before the initial meeting with him he had done some research and really had a feel for what type of property we are selling and what the most likely buyers would be looking for. David has kept us informed every step of the way and provided really helpful feedback to help us find our buyer. We would completely recommend David to anyone selling their property.

His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine commitment to helping made the whole experience so much easier and more enjoyable.<br><br>Scott was friendly, approachable, and incredibly helpful. He kept us informed throughout his time with us was quick to respond to any questions, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was understandable. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his clients and takes pride in providing an excellent service.<br><br>It’s not often you come across someone who is both highly professional and genuinely personable, but Scott is exactly that. 25th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I recently bought and sold with Irwin Scott and could not recommend them enough- Dan was extremely helpful in finding us a buyer and helping us secure the property we loved. Alban’s customer service was second to none when it come to completing paperwork and securing moving dates. A local boutique friendly estate agent who I would use time and time again :)
16th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)Not surprised to see some poor reviews here. I used Oakwood (Mottingham) before Covid for property management when moving abroad. They did not lodge the tenants deposit with DPS, and sent me a fake certificate when I asked for evidence. Daniel told me a temp worker had pocketed the deposit when he was on holiday and that she had produced the certificate (rubbish). He also did not follow due process when the tenants moved into the property which meant I had little chance for legal recourse should the tenants fall behind in rent. Oakwoods also did not provide me with a proper property management contract between them and myself, playing dumb when I asked for one. Unfortunately, this was my first time renting out a property and it was a learning experience. Agree with another reviewer that they only seemed to care about the sales side of the business.

We never felt like we were never heard, even though I am a bit of a cautious person and been told it’s too much at time, the guys at Good Neighbours never made me feel like I was doing too much. Thank you again for helping us find our place

25th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)I would like to sincerely thank Mahfuz for all his help and support throughout the sale of my property.<br><br>The property was on the market for over a year, and the sale unfortunately became a long and complicated process, including an earlier sale falling through. Despite the difficulties and delays, Mahfuz remained supportive, approachable and committed to getting the transaction completed.<br><br>He was always available when I needed to discuss something, liaised with the relevant parties and worked hard to keep things moving, particularly during the more difficult stages of the transaction.<br><br>After such a long and stressful process, completing the sale was a huge relief, and I am genuinely thankful to Mahfuz for his persistence, professionalism and support throughout the journey.
