Particular thanks for dealing so effectively with the solicitors for both sides and eliminating what can otherwise be somewhat stressful.

Charles Harding knows the Swindon market very well and will respond rapidly not to waist anyones time! 28th Aug 2025 (9 mo. ago)The whole of my 'Interview' came across as getting a low cost valuation and sales pitch just to get customers to view. It ended up me taking the property (despite having an interested buyer) completely off the market. It left me and my property feeling totally unworthy. Very unhappy with Haarts tactics.

8th Feb 2026 (19 weeks ago)Very good sales work and handling of viewings. Once we had a buyer the progressor was giving us updates better than our solicitor but did go quiet as some points. Overall I would certainly recommend Richard James.

She took the time to produce a lovely description of my house rather than the generic jargon used and James took some wonderful photos. I was kept upto date all the time and she sold my house for me in just over a week. Very happy ??????

22nd May 2026 (30 days ago)We can’t thank Christian enough for the kindness, compassion, and professionalism he showed while helping us sell my late brother’s property. As the house had been in the family for many years and was where myself and my brother grew up, along with my children having spent their childhood here also, it was an especially emotional sale for all of us. Christian made a very difficult time so much easier with his patience, understanding, and support throughout the whole process. He always kept us updated, nothing was ever too much trouble, and we truly felt we could trust him every step of the way. We’re incredibly grateful for everything he did for us and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for an estate agent who genuinely cares.

Good communication.- 30th May 2026 (22 days ago)My wife and I were visiting the Malmsbury area visiting friends when we became aware of a house for sale in Hullavington village which was of interest for us. This was at 1230 on the day we were due to return home to Cornwall. I immediately telephoned the Strakers office in Malmesbury to enquire whether there was any possibility of a viewing. Winnie took my call, and after a few minutes whilst she checked with the vendors whether a short-notice visit would be ok, she confirmed an appointment for 3 pm later that afternoon. Although the property didn't quite match up to our requirements just having the opportunity to have a viewing without having to make a return trip from Cornwall was extremely helpful. Thank you Winnie.

17th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I used to be living in a nice apartment coachhouse, during the pandemic, I lost my job and could get the rent from the universal credit, so of course I was evicted. They problem was that I went through a mental health crisis at this time and suffering ever since. When I was away recovering in and out of hospital, I was told all my stuff was put into the garage below and I was being ILLEGALLY EVICTED, the stuff in the garage was their for a few months when me and my parents had to remove all my belongings into another garage I had rented next to and below the house. It remain their untill I could ship it up to their area, where it remained in storage for 4.5 years. I finally got through recovery and was able to deal with my belongings. Now bare in mind it was secure storage. I discovered around £600 pounds later including a broken tv on return to the flat with an eviction notice stuck to the door and the locks changed £100 worth of jewellery and £150 sporting clothes and a pair of designer glasses £150 missing ect with I realised after coming off medication that they had stolen from my property on that occasion of removing my goods during ILLEGAL EVICTION. I contacted the SCOUNDREL in charge of my property and got nothing but contempt. I will now give them 10 days to reply and start liaison with me or ill be filing a small claim to the courts, they now have 5 days left. If NICK JAMES CULLEY employees do this to paying customer or clients think what else they would do. Forget this as a good firm! If they evicted you during NATIONAL HEALTH CRISIS, when I begain a psychotic episode because of being made redundant, how far would they go really!!? JULIAN STOBBS WAS HIS NAME AND HE ADMITTS NO BLAME!

8th Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)Su Leeburn was my agent. Chose her over a few other estate agents who give quotes. Mostly for her local knowledge and personable approach. I only dealt with her and she did all of the viewings so was able to give great feedback. Once we had found buyers offering a reasonable price she negotiated a better price and kept me informed. The sale went well from exchange to completion and Su was able to manage the expectations of the buyer. Took about 6 months from initial listing to completion. A great service at every stage.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

Clare showed us the house in the first instance - she was absolutely brilliant, answers to every question, local knowledge invaluable and generally a really professional viewing. Second viewing with Finley, just as professional and then he dealt with our offers and helped us secure a mutually agreeable price - we are over the moon.
