7th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Luke from Davis & Gibbs has been extremely helpful with our property search. Highly recommend!
10th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Very happy with the team at Malixons in a tricky market!

15th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Due to their poor communication, it looks like almost 10 months to get from offer accepted to completion in a chain free sale.
14th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)We put our house on the market in March, we decided on Barnard Marcus as their valuation was the highest (out of 3). Their initial contact was good and positive but after a couple of months they suggested we drop the price from 575k. To 500k, this was a huge drop and far from their valuation of 575-600k, although viewings continued they didn’t really give any updates or feedback so we ended our contract with them when the initial 20 weeks were complete.
28th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)A few things which we were promised which they didn’t deliver on, we went with this estate agent because they said they’d have multiple offices working on our property, but it ended up being just one office in a different area to where we were selling. We were there for some of the viewings and they didn’t know answers to basic questions which we know we had given them information for
18th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)We were dealing with Donna Distin. Donna was great, she was very cooperative, professional and understanding, especially when my partner and I had to postpone the agreed move in date by a week due to personal circumstances. Donna sees the value in having a good tenant, and that can be a rare quality amongst estate agents. I gave one star less because the flat was not cleaned properly and some things need fixing, but that's with the Hindwoods repairs team, not Donna - she did her part great!
7th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Assume they are out of business. Nobody answers the phone, all numbers transfer to a mailbox which is full so cannot leave a message. Properties for rent are still live on RightMove. Probably best to avoid!!!
25th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)The most unprofessional Estate agents ever. My son purchased a property through these people ( well so he thought) he had his offer accepted which was the highest, he gave his solicitor details, had his mortgage ready, all was fine ( so we thought) We met the executors of the previous owner and was told it had been sold to an equity company at a much lower price. She explained that my son's offer was never shared with her and that she would have accepted it. It is disgusting the way that Julia has treated my son, and strung him along. Best advice is for no one to deal with this unprofessional set up, although I have noticed not many people in Balham sell through them. It only seems to be garages or Du cane court. I will be contacting the estate agents ombudsman about this situation 1st thing. Do not waste time with this outfit. There are some fantastic friendly professional agents in Balham and Tooting Bec. I am shocked that there are still some questionable agents around.
12th Dec 2016 (9 years ago)Good offers
8th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)I've recently worked with Charlotte at John D Wood & Co, throughout the viewing appointments, Charlotte constantly showed true professionalism and expertise for the local area going above and beyond. Charlotte took time to understand my key points of what I was looking for in a house to ensure the viewings were relevant and efficient use of my time. A true delight to work with and I would recommend Charlotte as an agent to anyone looking for their next property.
7th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Very poor. But not as bad as KFH.
24th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We rented a flat for one year.
City Locations is a fantastic agency, Irfan is kind, always responsive and helped us whenever we needed.
Absolutely fantastic landlord we would recommend 100 percent.
13th Jun 2026 (20 weeks ago)Acceptable experience
12th Sep 2020 (6 years ago)Sai has been extremely helpful in marketing my properties in a very difficult time - the middle of the COVID pandemic. Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. He has already achieved a sale with one and I am sure will soon do so with the second.Very happy to have been introduced to him.
2nd Apr 2024 (2 years ago)Excellent estate agent both Mark and vipin are simply the best.
28th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)A knowledgeable established Witney estate agency with a wealth of experience. Stuart, Hazel and the rest of the Thomas Merrifield team gave excellent advice and first class communication with my sister and I selling on behalf of our mother with regular progress reports and liason with our buyer and the solicitors.
7th Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)A solid EA
4th Oct 2026 (28 days ago)The team at Carter Rose has always been great to work with - keeping me and tenants informed. They went above and beyond to rectify a problem following a leak and property damage at my rental property this year - supporting me and the tenants alike and sorting a range of issues in under a week.

Giving it was a stressful time I could not have hoped to work with a better partner than Marcus and the team and so grateful to keep working with them.
22nd Jan 2023 (3 years ago)Mark was brilliant. Honest land responsive. Would highly recommend him.
29th Jun 2026 (18 weeks ago)It was a rare lucky chance to find Jessica Burns, an independent estate agent. Her service is directed entirely towards accommodating the client's specific needs and circumstances, which could be complex. But her management knowledge and skills always find a solution - it is a quality of service we could only wish for nowadays. Would recommend her to anyone!
20th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)Tom Yeomanson was very supportive throughout the process, including help when our prospective purchase fell through.
