2nd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)I chose Rampton Baseley purely because I clicked with them & everyone was so forthcoming & approachable<br>I tried other local Estate agents & they just wasn't "me".<br>Jack Hargreaves was the agent involved in my sale, he is easy to get on with, kept me updated, even on his time off. Very knowledgeable as well.<br>Even got £5k OVER asking price.<br>TBH everyone at Northcote R&B are great.<br>I would recommend them every time..
14th Sep 2026 (3 days ago)Have unsubscribed and spoken directly to Winkworth Tooting and Streatham to have my details removed, but still getting phone calls from Steve.- 13th Sep 2026 (4 days ago)Most estate agents tend to be quite ghastly people, but Edward Hocken and Emilia Minopoli should win awards for their poor behaviour at this branch.<br><br>During a proposed purchase, an independent Level 3 RICS survey identified significant issues with the property. Rather than keeping negotiations focused on the survey findings, Sales Branch Director Edward Hocken questioned my “reliability as a prospective buyer” and said KFH had “a gut feeling”. I found this extraordinarily unprofessional from a senior estate agent - aside from trying to foist a property onto me with active damp and structural issues.<br><br>The handling of the transaction was compounded by Sales Assistant Manager Emilia Minopoli repeatedly creating urgency around exchange and completion, including false deadlines around the seller’s circumstances and timescales.<br><br>I formally complained to KFH. After internal escalation, KFH confirmed that it considered Hocken’s conduct entirely appropriate and would take no action.<br><br>I have no issue with agents robustly representing their vendors. I do have an issue with personal comments, manufactured urgency and poor professional judgement. I ultimately withdrew and purchased a property that doesn’t have level 3 defects, and am so grateful to have avoided a costly headache.<br><br>Based on this experience, I would not recommend KFH Battersea - nor the brand itself, for any purchase or rental.

He was always on hand to deal with any queries or issues and made the whole process as seamless as possible. She put together a clear, well-considered marketing plan (including making a really impressive social media video), carefully assessing the timing based on the property's strengths before working tirelessly to maximise viewings. I always knew my flat was in very safe hands during viewings—Hannah strikes the perfect balance of being informative, friendly and enthusiastic, showcasing the property in the best possible light. She kept me updated throughout the process and, once a buyer was secured, was instrumental in navigating the inevitable challenges that arose, ensuring the sale made it over the line. She’s one of the very best and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a proactive, knowledgeable and dedicated estate agent.
11th Sep 2026 (6 days ago)We had such a great experience with Sara at Marsh & Parsons! She was really helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. The day I first called, she called me back with two properties and availability to view that suited us. The second property she showed us ended up being the one we went for!<br><br>The viewings were also private, which made such a difference. There were no queues of people outside the door or loads of couples being shown around at the same time, so the whole experience felt much more personal and relaxed. Sara even drove us from one viewing to the second property so we could make it to another viewing in time afterwards.<br><br>She made everything really easy over WhatsApp too, from contracts and deposits to answering all our questions, even when she wasn’t working. She was always so responsive and happy to help.<br><br>Couldn’t recommend Sara enough! She made what is normally a stressful process feel really easy and genuinely went above and beyond to help us find our new home.
2nd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)I can’t recommend Phil Cantwell at Your Move in New Cross highly enough. He was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process — competent, responsive, proactive, kind, and professional.<br><br>The sale turned out to be much more complicated than expected, with legal difficulties meaning that the process took over two years to complete. Throughout that entire time, Phil stayed in touch, kept me updated and did everything he could to keep things moving along. Even though I was dealing with everything internationally, his communication was excellent and I always felt that things were being looked after. He made what could have been an extremely stressful experience feel remarkably stress-free. I genuinely don’t know what I would have done without him.<br><br>Phil also went far beyond what I would normally expect from an estate agent. He was incredibly helpful with all sorts of practical things that I would normally have dealt with myself if I had been in London — from replacing batteries in smoke detectors to meeting contractors and helping coordinate things on my behalf.<br><br>He was an absolute delight to deal with: warm, friendly, dependable, and always willing to go the extra mile. I’m incredibly grateful for all his help and would wholeheartedly recommend Phil to anyone looking for an estate agent.- 30th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)We recently completed our property purchase with Winkworth agency and our agent, Edward Rose. It was a long and complicated process with many unexpected issues, additional documents and delays along the way.<br><br>Edward was always professional, responsive and helpful, doing his best to keep everything moving and make the process as smooth as possible. Communication was always quick and clear. We really appreciate all his support and would happily recommend him.

15th Sep 2026 (2 days ago)I am flabbergasted by the reviews of Keatings, in particular Christian. I can only imagine they are being deleted as I have been part of numerous conversations with people in the SW2 area who have had dealings with him, and previous colleagues of his and all experienced the same challenges. He is condescending, rude and lazy. Raised his voice multiple times out of frustration and made zero effort to represent the interests of the seller. He just forwarded emails across and made me deal directly with a challenging buyer as opposed to make any effort to represent me. I could not discourage you from using him any more. He makes a stressful situation more stressful and takes nothing off your plate, merely adds to it.

5th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)I have contracted them to sell my one-bedroom flat in North Acton. After previous agency failed to secure a sale I contracted Marsh and Parsons. They valued my flat more acurately, not inflating the price as previous agency done. They seemed to be more proactive and informative, but when I was present at some of the viewings I was surprised how disintersted the agent who accompanied the viewer was. As if they did not care. Also was supprised by some of the feedback from viewers sent by agency. My flat is on 2nd floor, yet one viewer wanted to buy to rent to family of four. ( reminder, it is 1 bedroom). Another apparently said in feedback that flat was too small for her, because if she starts a family she would want to put an extension.( Farsical as it is a second floor flat so the extension could be on stilts). I was surprised that agency did not give the potential viewers all the details. BUt was accepting time wasters. I am very disappointed with the services. Only good thing was the communication about viewings and feedback, however silly, which I did not have from previous agents.

I really appreciated that she was never pushy and always gave me the space to make decisions comfortably. Communication was excellent, with quick and clear updates whenever needed.
