Wowee what a journey - a total labour of love from the team in Bellevue Road and Patrick in particular - from start to finish the process was handled so professionally and calmly to get to the end result of selling our house - nothing was too much trouble and for only a 2 bed house we felt that we were always priority! Really grateful for all their hard work and will definitely use again. Thank you so much

Patrick was always available to discuss timing, potential buyers, etc, anything related to getting the sale through. Also hooked us up with a great solicitor. Overall, no service or question was too small.

Not only did they get our flat under offer quickly but they also provided a smooth sales process and great advice during pre-sale.<br><br>More than anything they are personable and care about you as a client which can be hard to find now. 18th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)Sanaz is truly exceptional.<br>She is not just a great estate agent; she is one of those rare people who genuinely cares about the people she works with.<br>When I first came to view the apartment, it was actually the very first apartment I saw. I immediately fell in love with it and with Chelsea Harbour, and Sanaz was the person who showed it to me.<br>At the time, I was going through a divorce and the application process required a lot of paperwork and documentation. I explained my situation to Sanaz and asked for her help. She immediately reassured me and said, “Don’t worry, I know how it works and I will help you.” And she really did.<br>She guided me through the entire process, made everything so much easier and helped me move into the apartment very quickly. What makes Sanaz particularly special is that her support didn’t stop once the tenancy was agreed. Until today, whenever I have a problem or need help with something, she is there.<br>She is honest, straightforward, incredibly responsive and genuinely kind. I feel very lucky to have met her. Today, I don’t see Sanaz simply as the agent who found me my home; I see her as a friend and someone I hope to keep in my life for many years.<br>I could not recommend her highly enough. She truly is one of a kind.

8th Oct 2026 (24 days ago)I have an enormous amount of gratitude as well as respect and admiration for how Nick succeeded with the most difficult buyers to reach exchange yesterday. Having sold properties both in France and Ireland and an exchange in the UK yesterday it was clear from the start that Nick had the sellers interest at heart unlike previous agents internationally who were putting the buyer first. That said Nick brought a wealth of knowledge to many problems another agent had not the skill set to solve. Nick was at all times on the ball in a professional capacity with super communication and succeeded on exchange for me yesterday. I cannot thank him personally enough and rate him or his firm more highly. Thank you Noble Estates.

Their sales strategy led to 7 offers in one WE, and it wasn’t an easy house to sell either as it had been lived in for 50+ years and had its share of clutter and zero maintenance. Justin supported all the way through the sales process, was always available to help, and personally visited to get documents signed. I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you
29th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Incredibly unprofessional estate agency, absolutely zero help, used for my first rental property, where I found myself doing all of the work and fixing issue after issue left to me. Thinking I would see the back of them once I moved in I powered through, however this was not the case, Our payment methods were switched and I had to beg for a week to get the banking information of their own estate agency! Making my first payment late.The property I moved into was handed to me in a disastrous state which was a problem in its own right. I recommend this estate agency if your a fan of headaches and panic attacks. Avoid at all costs.
22nd Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Do not use! We were royally messed around and left homeless the day before move in due to a mistake from the agent. There was no acknowledgement of their wrongdoing or of the serious breach of the Renters Rights Act despite us having clear evidence. The agent had the audacity to suggest homeless shelters as a feasible solution after screwing us over, we were treated with a complete lack of professionalism and no accountability of their wrongdoings, instead pushing all the blame onto us. We also had to fight to get our deposit back which we needed to be able to find alternate accommodation, and the dispute process was a joke where yet again the blame was pushed onto us despite our clear evidence of their wrongdoing.
