He did several viewings with the buyers to make sure they were comfortable and kept me updated the whole way through. He is an absolute gentleman and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell.

Wowee what a journey - a total labour of love from the team in Bellevue Road and Patrick in particular - from start to finish the process was handled so professionally and calmly to get to the end result of selling our house - nothing was too much trouble and for only a 2 bed house we felt that we were always priority! Really grateful for all their hard work and will definitely use again. Thank you so much

25th Sep 2024 (2 years ago)Overall, the feedback was when agent was chased for updates but didn’t find them very proactive. The agent didn’t sell the property despite being on the market for over a year, however other market factors were in place so it’s not all attributed to agent’s performance.

From the outset working with Seamus has been a very easy process - he intuitively understood our property & was extremely communicative & detailed re viewings & feedback & the handling of the post-offer admin has been exemplary. Ours was a difficult transaction that could easily have collapsed, and it only got over the line because John refused to let it stall — chasing the other agents, pushing every party in the chain, and staying on top of every detail throughout. Proactive, responsive, and completely reliable. Couldn't recommend this team more highly.

2nd Sep 2026 (25 days ago)Unprofessional, discriminatory and inconsistent practices at the Streatham branch.<br><br>I have had an extremely poor experience with this agency, stretching back over a period of 4 years. Years ago, they showed me a property but rejected me purely because I was receiving some benefits at the time, completely ignoring the fact that both my partner and I had excellent salaries and stable employment.<br><br>Fast forward to recently: we applied for a property managed by the Streatham branch priced at £2,300 per month. Our combined household income easily exceeds the standard UK affordability threshold (£69,000/year, which is 2.5x the rent). Despite our strong financial position, the staff rudely moved the goalposts and insisted we needed a guarantor.<br><br>When I offered two valid guarantors, they claimed that one single guarantor had to earn over £82,000 a year to qualify.For comparison, I have viewed properties worth £2,500/month elsewhere that only require a combined household income of £72,000. It feels like they are intentionally fabricating impossible criteria and wasting people's time.<br><br>I strongly believe we were targeted and treated unfairly because we are foreign nationals. Avoid this branch—they are rude, unprofessional, and apply double standards depending on who you are.<br><br>Many people in the community have warned me about them, and now I see why. Absolute joke of a company.

With particular reference to helping me with a change in tenancy and identifying a new tenant I have found Ashton Darwell-Taylor to be particularly helpful - highly responsive and always replies to correspondence with no delays or hesitation, and proactive in bringing alerts to me or matters to my attention. An outstanding service and I would highly recommend both Chartwell and Ashton.

They’re an independent business and it really shows — they’re completely different from the stereotypical estate agent. No hard sell, no nonsense, just genuinely lovely, normal people who actually care and go the extra mile.<br><br>They’ve been brilliant throughout both the rental and sale process, and it’s been a pleasure dealing with them.<br><br>Would 100% recommend Village Properties to anyone looking to rent or sell!

They both were professional, helpful and approachable. Dealing vwith your own agent meant you were always able to speak to someone. I would highly recommend Laurels to do with business with.

James French and Tim Buckley were so helpful and always available to speak on the phone. Compared to other estate agents who pass you from pillar to post, James and Tim were amazing. 18th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Sanaz is truly exceptional.<br>She is not just a great estate agent; she is one of those rare people who genuinely cares about the people she works with.<br>When I first came to view the apartment, it was actually the very first apartment I saw. I immediately fell in love with it and with Chelsea Harbour, and Sanaz was the person who showed it to me.<br>At the time, I was going through a divorce and the application process required a lot of paperwork and documentation. I explained my situation to Sanaz and asked for her help. She immediately reassured me and said, “Don’t worry, I know how it works and I will help you.” And she really did.<br>She guided me through the entire process, made everything so much easier and helped me move into the apartment very quickly. What makes Sanaz particularly special is that her support didn’t stop once the tenancy was agreed. Until today, whenever I have a problem or need help with something, she is there.<br>She is honest, straightforward, incredibly responsive and genuinely kind. I feel very lucky to have met her. Today, I don’t see Sanaz simply as the agent who found me my home; I see her as a friend and someone I hope to keep in my life for many years.<br>I could not recommend her highly enough. She truly is one of a kind.

Nick was incredibly helpful and flexible throughout the whole process, making the change from selling to renting completely seamless.<br><br>Hume Homes were professional, responsive and kept us well informed at every stage. Their advice was honest and helpful, and we always felt that our property was in good hands.<br><br>We’re really pleased with the service we received and would happily recommend Nick to anyone looking to sell or rent their property.
