They have been super helpful from day one - they truly care and establish trust relationship with both tenant and landlord. Totally different league than your high street real estate agencies. They have subsequently also helped sell the flat, and again were top notch all the way. If you're looking for a trusted partner, this is the right team.

She always provides fair advice on repair responsibilities and works hard to minimise unnecessary costs while ensuring the property is well maintained. Her proactive approach and excellent communication give me great peace of mind. I highly recommend her services.
17th May 2024 (2 years ago)I purchased my first flat through KFH. They were very efficient and responsive during this process, and guided me well. However, apart from these, my experience was not at all positive. It became evident very quickly that they were working solely for the benefit of the seller. Little to none was done to take into account what would work for me, both mortgage-wise, and in terms of discussing exchange/completion dates - it was always a matter of doing what the seller wanted. There were also a few events of miscommunication/incorrect information which resulted into me losing some money. I do acknowledge that they were dealing with a particularly demanding seller, but in my opinion, what makes a good agent (or rather a good employee in general), is their ability to deal with difficult, non-trivial situations. I would not recommend KFH as a buyer.

9th Sep 2026 (18 days ago)Had an absolutely appalling experience with Ben the Head of Lettings and Molly the negotiator. We were misled and coerced towards making a certain offer. Even though an offer mad made there were lies and a complete lack of transparency in the way our offer was handled. The lies continued while trying to justify their position. A subject access request has been raised to prove their lies and a formal complaint is being made with progression to the ombudsman. Unfortunately we’re still left in the detrimental position without the property, with no responsibility or accountability being accepted by the agents. Take extreme care when dealing with lettings in this office.

She made the whole process much easier and was always happy to help whenever I had questions. Would definitely recommend her!

16th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)I recently had the pleasure of working with James Hallam at Maalems to list and sell my flat in Earlsfield.<br><br>Living overseas, I expected the process might be a little more challenging, but I needn’t have worried. James carefully arranged and oversaw all the repairs and preparation needed before putting the flat on the market, and he was always readily available to explain the many steps along the way.<br><br>As issues arose during the sale process, as they inevitably do, James was always there to guide me on how best to proceed. His reassuring and positive attitude, along with his calm and professional manner, made what could have been a stressful process much easier.<br><br>It is clear that James has extensive experience in the Earlsfield property market, and I would have no hesitation in highly recommending him to anyone looking to sell a property in the area.<br><br>I’m extremely grateful for all his help and support throughout the process.

8th Feb 2026 (7 mo. ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

7th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Worst experience ever. Please avoid Dexter if you can. 2 days at 15 degrees. 6 weeks back and forward with maitenance team. Gas leak in between. Boiler still not working. Bad management and worst professionalism and rude communication. Manager office said in writting: “if you don’t like you are welcomed to leave the property” in reference to not have warm water or heater. They only provided electric heater the first time at 15 degrees because we requested. Second time, second day at 15 degrees and still non-responsive.

I posted this in 2022 but it was somehow deleted so I’m posting it again.<br>We found the Belvoir office in Carshalton Beeches to be very inexperienced - the owner and staff are new to the business and when things go wrong they have no idea how to handle it. Their vetting/referencing processes were totally inadequate. We have lost over £10,000 in unpaid rent, cleaning and legal costs as a result or their inadequate referencing. Belvoir, and their referencing agent Let Alliance, gave our prospective tenants a “pass” on the referencing report and it subsequently turned out that those prospective tenants had faked their payslips, faked their employment and were fraudsters! Belvoir/Let Alliance refused to acknowledge their mistake or accept liability. We will NEVER use Belvoir again, nor any letting agent that uses Let Alliance as a referencing agent.
