The initial purchase was very smooth and also the recent sale, albeit it took longer than hoped due to market conditions. On the rental side there was always good communication and follow-up - I found the team very professional, responsive and easy to communicate with. I fully recommend !

1st Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)I've just started my first experience as a Landlord, and Rochford Stokes have helped me find tenants and get everything in order. The overall experience has been great so far, I didn't feel pressured into any decisions (like I felt when considering other agents), received great advice at every step and fantastic follow-ups on every question and items to handle (which was not a short list!).<br>They're a small, dedicated team that knows what they're doing and will look after you. I was glad to see they have reviews from tenants managed by them (a rare gem), and look forward to having them care for my tenants similarly. As a local, dedicated and experienced agent, I have no doubt I made the right choice. We're off to a great start.

She always provides fair advice on repair responsibilities and works hard to minimise unnecessary costs while ensuring the property is well maintained. Her proactive approach and excellent communication give me great peace of mind. I highly recommend her services.
17th May 2024 (2 years ago)I purchased my first flat through KFH. They were very efficient and responsive during this process, and guided me well. However, apart from these, my experience was not at all positive. It became evident very quickly that they were working solely for the benefit of the seller. Little to none was done to take into account what would work for me, both mortgage-wise, and in terms of discussing exchange/completion dates - it was always a matter of doing what the seller wanted. There were also a few events of miscommunication/incorrect information which resulted into me losing some money. I do acknowledge that they were dealing with a particularly demanding seller, but in my opinion, what makes a good agent (or rather a good employee in general), is their ability to deal with difficult, non-trivial situations. I would not recommend KFH as a buyer.

Throughout our tenancy, the team has always been responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful, even in challenging situations. Any maintenance issues or questions have been dealt with promptly, and communication has consistently been clear and friendly.<br><br>Renting in London can often be stressful, but Stapleton has made the experience smooth and reassuring. It’s rare to find a letting agency that is so reliable and genuinely cares about its tenants. We're beyond excited with this huge step into our life however without a professional advice ,expertise and extensive experience this could become quite overwhelming as well as losing precious time and also money. Sherie has always been our superstar drive ,engaging herself with the whole process ,going above and beyond to satisfy our customer needs.Answering all questions, being contactable outside office hours.We highly appreciate her devotion to her job as she's been working and contactable on weekends or late afternoon/evenings to reply to my random questions. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

7th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Worst experience ever. Please avoid Dexter if you can. 2 days at 15 degrees. 6 weeks back and forward with maitenance team. Gas leak in between. Boiler still not working. Bad management and worst professionalism and rude communication. Manager office said in writting: “if you don’t like you are welcomed to leave the property” in reference to not have warm water or heater. They only provided electric heater the first time at 15 degrees because we requested. Second time, second day at 15 degrees and still non-responsive.
