31st Jul 2026 (11 days ago)I have used this letting agency to let my property for the past 20 years, both C Wade and CJones for the first 19 years, I used their letting service, and this year I also chose their property management service.<br>Throughout the years, the service has always been professional and reliable. Chris has been my main point of contact for nearly 20 years and has always been knowledgeable, helpful, and trustworthy. More recently, I've also dealt with Zuzanna and Bailey, who have both been polite, respectful, and extremely helpful. They always respond quickly to any questions or requests, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.<br>I really appreciate the excellent service I've received over the years and would happily recommend this agency to anyone looking for a professional and dependable letting agent.

9th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)AVOID! both as a tenant and as a landlord. I'm a tenant in a property under their portfolio, I'm facing severe lack of communication and total lack of integrity. I'm in the unfortunate situation of desperately needing to move out early due to personal health reasons. I can't move out until Maskells finds a replacement tenant. Their approach has been to try and profit from the situation, which I personally find morally wrong. Rather than trying to replace me, they are putting an out of the market price to try and squeeze extra pounds of commission without any risk, as the property is not vacant. Communication related to the process has also been lacking and not transparent. Tenants: you are better off with some other agencies. Landlords: find someone with integrity to manage your properties.

He understood our requirements, and always had these in mind when we were viewing.<br>We were always comfortable and not show unsuitable properties, advice and local knowledge was always shared with us.<br>For Robert Holmes finding us the right property was not just a matter of getting a sale but finding what was right for us as their client, it has been like being looked after by family.<br>We would highly recommend Robert Holmes, their service and professionalism is outstanding.

If she was out of office, my communication would be followed up by a colleague. It was a great relief to feel the process was in capable hands. I would certainly recommend them.
14th Aug 2025 (11 mo. ago)We put our house on the market in March, we decided on Barnard Marcus as their valuation was the highest (out of 3). Their initial contact was good and positive but after a couple of months they suggested we drop the price from 575k. To 500k, this was a huge drop and far from their valuation of 575-600k, although viewings continued they didn’t really give any updates or feedback so we ended our contract with them when the initial 20 weeks were complete.
18th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)We found our rental apartment through Sunny Bay. The agent was very helpful showing us around the place and the communication has been very clear and easy from the start. After our offer got accepted everything went smoothly and we've been getting a great service since then.

We can’t fault them and would recommend their services to anyone on the area. Special thanks to William and Guy, who helped us tremendously.

8th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)My experience of Guru’s sales team is good. However, the property management team is very rude and would not help the tenants solve the problems after you rent the property. They only asked the tenants for money.

The strategy they suggested was really successful - with sound advice on prepping our property, and they sold our house 'off market', at asking price and super quickly. The whole team were warm, friendly and enthusiastic and really knew the area well. I'd highly recommend them!
