She was exceptionally professional, helpful and responsive, always replying promptly and keeping us updated at every stage.<br><br>Her communication, attention to detail and follow-up were outstanding, and she made the whole process smooth and straightforward.<br><br>We genuinely appreciate all her hard work and would highly recommend Daniella and CSJ.

It was a pleasure to be dealing with an intelligent, helpful and knowledgeab le person. My buyers benefited from Charlotte's expert guidance. Her concientious professional approach, especially monitoring solicitor's progress and ensuring any issues were swiftly resolved, made the whole process proceed smoothly.
9th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)AVOID! both as a tenant and as a landlord. I'm a tenant in a property under their portfolio, I'm facing severe lack of communication and total lack of integrity. I'm in the unfortunate situation of desperately needing to move out early due to personal health reasons. I can't move out until Maskells finds a replacement tenant. Their approach has been to try and profit from the situation, which I personally find morally wrong. Rather than trying to replace me, they are putting an out of the market price to try and squeeze extra pounds of commission without any risk, as the property is not vacant. Communication related to the process has also been lacking and not transparent. Tenants: you are better off with some other agencies. Landlords: find someone with integrity to manage your properties.
8th Sep 2026 (19 days ago)We received phenomenal service from the team at Robert Holmes. We bought our house from RH 30 years ago - one of the best decisions we ever made. When we finally decided to move - we talked to all the agents in the village and RH were by far the most impressive - with the most sales of large family homes. They gave honest advice about pricing and marketing and suggesting a sound plan. Their knowledge of the quite special Wimbledon market reflects their over 40 years of experience - they simply know every house and every potential buyer well before they ever hit Rightmove. Just to be sure - I put every detail of our house (floorplans , photos etc) into Claude and ChatGPT and asked which agent would be best - they both said Robert Holmes. They sold our house in 48 hours and found the perfect family for the next 30 years. Special shout out to lovely Susan Cornelius - her professionalism and intelligence made what should have been a stressful experience - completely smooth sailing.

They were efficient and considerate when issues needed to be addressed and always gave plenty of notice if a visit was necessary for maintenance or utility or property inspection. I can highly recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable letting agency.
14th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)We put our house on the market in March, we decided on Barnard Marcus as their valuation was the highest (out of 3). Their initial contact was good and positive but after a couple of months they suggested we drop the price from 575k. To 500k, this was a huge drop and far from their valuation of 575-600k, although viewings continued they didn’t really give any updates or feedback so we ended our contract with them when the initial 20 weeks were complete.
18th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)We found our rental apartment through Sunny Bay. The agent was very helpful showing us around the place and the communication has been very clear and easy from the start. After our offer got accepted everything went smoothly and we've been getting a great service since then.
10th Mar 2021 (5 years ago)Andrew Scott Robertson made the process of selling our property easy. They were attentive and kept constant contact with us, updating us on viewings and market information. We can’t fault them and would recommend their services to anyone on the area. Special thanks to William and Guy, who helped us tremendously.

6th Sep 2026 (21 days ago)Avoid this company they made buying our first home an awful experience. I’d especially advise you to avoid Susie Ralston and Paul Howell. Told me the role as an estate agent is to list and sell a property and any chasing of a chain is simply a good will gesture and falls outside of the estate agent’s ethics.<br>They had the audacity to advise thier contact log showed 32 contact points since April. Yes 32 times I had to chase and ask for updates to which I was met with nothing meaningful and to contact my solicitor. They also had the cheek to say I knew the vendors daughter in law so I had updates from them - shouldn’t have to justify I know sometime from a school run not personally as a friend.<br>Ignored my complaint request for compensation.<br>Property onbudsman is my next step.

We both bought and sold through them, and the whole experience was professional, friendly and straight forward from start to finish.<br><br>One thing that really stood out to us when choosing an agent was the quality of their property photographs. They present all their houses beautifully and really set themselves apart from the competition.<br><br>Communication throughout was excellent, and we always felt looked after and kept informed. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Damian and Zac. A fantastic service all round x

1st Sep 2026 (26 days ago)I used Rampton Baseley - and the wonderful Allie - to sell my flat in Earlsfield this Summer. I am so pleased with my choice - Allie was amazing from start to finish. Our first offer was at asking price which we were really pleased with - and the communication throughout was amazing and it all felt very stress free (which was important as I am heavily pregnant). Allie was always there to help - recommending removal companies (who were amazing), advising on various other elements of the sale, and showing us around lots of houses in the area as we decided on our next move.<br><br>I would use Rampton Baseley and Allie again in a heartbeat - highly recommend!
