Ali at Hamptons stood out in particular since he directly understood our need, and once we found the apartment, he made sure everything was going as fast as possible. 9th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)AVOID! both as a tenant and as a landlord. I'm a tenant in a property under their portfolio, I'm facing severe lack of communication and total lack of integrity. I'm in the unfortunate situation of desperately needing to move out early due to personal health reasons. I can't move out until Maskells finds a replacement tenant. Their approach has been to try and profit from the situation, which I personally find morally wrong. Rather than trying to replace me, they are putting an out of the market price to try and squeeze extra pounds of commission without any risk, as the property is not vacant. Communication related to the process has also been lacking and not transparent. Tenants: you are better off with some other agencies. Landlords: find someone with integrity to manage your properties.

18th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)I have just rented an apartment in London through the White Estates agency and I have been very happy with their level of service.<br><br>The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photos, no negative surprises. I wanted to make multiple inspections and they were always available with less than 24h notice in order to let me in.<br><br>Important note: they were the only ones managing the specific apartment. You couldn't find it in multiple (often misleading) websites.<br><br>They have taken care of all the minor adjustments I have asked for prior to my check -in and they went above and beyond with replacing used items with brand new ones (like the moquette in the bedroom), something I hadn't asked.<br><br>There were some minor things that needed fixing which I discovered only after I lived in the place for some days and the agency's response was always the same: fast and efficient.<br><br>They also assisted my with the transfer of the utility bills under my name and the necessary bureaucracy which can be a pain in London.<br><br>Special thanks to Stefania & Karl for making my move to London smooth and pleasant.<br><br>I definitely recommend White Estates to anyone looking to rent a house in London.<br><br>Athanasios Mougios

13th Sep 2026 (5 days ago)RUN AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY.<br><br>My experience with Coopers of London, particularly dealing with Mr. William Delaney and Anne Hughes, was appalling. I would strongly urge prospective tenants to think twice before renting a property managed by this agency.<br><br>We experienced serious disrepair involving leaks, water damage, pest concerns, and months of disruptive construction work. Despite documenting the problems extensively with photographs, videos, and emails, communication was repeatedly confrontational and dismissive rather than constructive or professional.<br><br>We endured more than three months of building works while continuing to pay full rent, even though parts of the property — including the bathroom — were unusable. Their proposed solution? We were told to use the bathroom at a nearby gym. Workers also stole and damaged personal belongings when we were not in the property and despite raising these concerns agency deliberately chose to enter the property without our authorization.<br><br>The handling of access to the property was equally concerning. There were repeated attempts to arrange or obtain access without what I considered proper consent or reasonable coordination, causing significant stress and disruption.<br><br>One incident during COVID was particularly shocking. As an asthmatic tenant concerned about unnecessary exposure, I asked that property viewings take place while we were present and provided several alternative time slots. Rather than treating those concerns respectfully, William Delaney described my medical concerns in writing as “spurious” and proceeded with a viewing despite our objection.<br><br>Throughout the tenancy, I felt there was an extraordinary lack of accountability, empathy, and basic professionalism. Instead of feeling that serious problems with our home were being addressed, we repeatedly found ourselves having to document issues, chase responses, and defend perfectly reasonable concerns.<br><br>This was, without question, the worst experience I have ever had with a property agency.<br><br>I cannot recommend Coopers of London under any circumstances. If you value respectful communication, proper handling of maintenance problems, and a professional relationship with the people managing your home, my advice is simple: RUN AWAY and find another agency.

11th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)Updated: Stop asking people to 'raise a ticket'.<br><br>We are customers of businesses at the facility you are supposed to be managing. We are not going to 'raise' anything.<br><br>Get your management person or people working and stop trying to hide behind bureaucracy in order to avoid your responsibilities.<br><br>If you do not address this situation in a now timely fashion, we are going to report regus to Westminster City Council Health and Safety at https://www.westminster.gov.uk/businesses/health-and-safety-work.<br><br>Stop attempting to avoid this issue and get it fixed. NOW.<br><br>ORIGINAL REVIEW:<br><br>Poorly maintained facility.<br><br>The air conditioning in the venue is either incapacitated or non-existent. Either way, this requires tutors run portable units at all times which interferes with lecture audio on quieter units.<br><br>The toilets are terrible. Almost none of the stairwell toilets ever seem to be in order and accessible except for one. Actual floor toilets are disgusting; the male toilets are almost unusable with feces on the porcelain and in some cases on the seats.<br><br>Individual rooms are more or less clean but considering the overall state of the venue against the cost this is not much of an incentive to return.

1st Aug 2026 (7 weeks ago)We had heard that selling a house is a stressful experience. However we found that it isn’t, if GianFranco at Hortons is acting for you! From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.
