She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, responsive and efficient which made the process smooth and less daunting for me. From the initial valuation through marketing our property to exchanging contracts, he was knowledgeable and professional - providing what always felt like genuine advice based on his experience of the market. He always replies to calls and emails and was really helpful in the final stages of the sale, liaising between solicitors and getting us over the line. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again and to recommend his services to others.

We have just had to deal with a big leak and she was incredibly responsive, always quick to reply and keeps you updated every step of the way, which makes a huge difference when any issues arise. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and she has a real talent for coordinating things smoothly and getting stuff done without unnecessary stress or delays. I’ve felt very well looked after as a tenant and it’s made renting through Brooks a really positive experience.
