Fantastic experience with KFH when finding a place to rent. Anton King, the undisputed 'King' of lettings. As legendary as Arthur, as revered as Martin Luther and as attentive as Stephen - he was efficient, diligent and professional throughout. Watch out Kinleigh, it will be called King, Folkard & Hayward soon.
Terrible experience working with Kinleigh Folkward & Hawyward. Having worked with a number of quality agents over the years, KFH charge the same type of fees but do not provide as good a service as the likes of John D Wood and Foxtons. They did not ensure everything we put in the agreement was completed before our move in, did not inspect the property enough to know it was full of damp, were slow on responses, did not even ensure a professional clean was completed before we received the keys, all of which was in the contract. To get respectable tenants, you need to choose agencies like John D Wood who provide high quality service.
Alex was beyond helpful with helping us secure our property of choice. I would highly recommend
Prospective tenants beware. Booked a viewing for a property, when I arrived the estate agent had not shown up. After finally getting through, I was not met with an apology but a rude dismissive attitude. This happened again on another day! If you're going to cancel a viewing, call, text or email!
Foxtons Brixton and Fortune in particular have been great with me. Great fast service, found adapted flats to my needs. Really friendly but professional approche and honest guidance. I highly recommend you using this agency and if possible ask to work with Fortune. He is great
I have dealt with a large number of estate agents over the years, for both sales and lettings, and I can safely say that this is the worst service I have ever received. Foxtons live up to their reputation to perfection. I have never paid so much for so little. Save your time and your money and use one of the many good estate agents out there who actually know something about housing, who respond to queries and who actually care about their clients. If you can possibly avoid giving Foxtons your business, then do.
