13th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)Liyah Stewert has hands down been my favourite estate agent to work with over the past few months!<br><br>Although we haven't found our dream home just yet, I genuinely couldn't recommend Liyah enough. From the very beginning, it was clear that she truly cared about finding the right property for my family and me. She was always early, incredibly attentive, patient, and happy to answer our endless questions.<br><br>She showed us numerous properties and made the whole experience so enjoyable. What really stood out was how genuine she was. We never felt pressured, and it always felt like she had our best interests at heart.<br><br>Liyah is an absolute credit to her team, and I have no doubt she'll go far in her career!<br><br>Selling Sunset, Streatham edition! ????????????

I was initially hesitant to pay the "premium" price for KFH vs their competitors in Tooting and also felt my flat might sell itself. However, I now recommend KFH to everyone. Their support throughout the sale process was a weight off my mind and I truly believe they helped us get to exchange.
13th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)I can’t recommend Tyler Millard and the team at Winkworth Streatham highly enough.<br><br>My flat went on the market in July 2025, and what became a much longer and more complicated selling journey than expected was made far easier by Tyler. I had three separate buyers, with onward-chain complications causing delays and lost sales, but throughout it all Tyler was absolutely brilliant.<br><br>His communication was consistently excellent. He kept me informed at every stage, was conscientious and punctual, and worked proactively to find new buyers whenever things didn’t go to plan. This was especially valuable when I found properties I wanted to offer on myself, as Tyler and the team worked hard to keep everything moving.<br><br>What really sets Tyler apart is his approach. He’s personable, enthusiastic, easy to talk to and has gumption. He understood my property, the buyers it would appeal to and what I was looking for in my onward purchase. When showing me properties, he listened carefully and never wasted my time.<br><br>Despite the length of the process, Tyler made what could have been a stressful experience feel surprisingly enjoyable. He combines professionalism and determination with a genuinely friendly, human approach, which makes a real difference.<br><br>The whole team at Winkworth Streatham have been fantastic, and it’s been a pleasure working with them. I’ve been so impressed that I’ve already recommended Tyler and Winkworth to friends selling in Streatham.<br><br>If you’re looking for an estate agent who genuinely cares and puts in the effort to get things done, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tyler and the team. - 24th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)The whole team at KFH (I dealt mainly with Tim & Charles)<br>were excellent from start to finish. Prompt, proactive, professional and courteous at all times. The result was a very speedy listing to completion.<br>For anyone thinking of selling my advice would always be to use a top class estate agent AND an excellent solicitor! It's always worth it.<br>KFH are highly recommended.

She was very cooperative, answered all my questions clearly and always responded very quickly, which I really appreciated.<br><br>Although in the end the property wasn’t quite right for us, my experience with Rhia was excellent. She made the viewing and communication very easy and pleasant. I would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a helpful and responsive estate agent. Thank you, Rhia! ??????

Also, I asked them to advertise my property at a slightly lower price than they had advised. They are very knowledgeable, energetic and focused. Let's wait and see if the sale does indeed go to fruition.

I called Stirling Ackroyd in Brixton on her behalf and Lee was able to get a valuation booked in and arranged with her tenants within 15 minutes! Super efficient.

Shaz was fantastic from beginning to end in the process.<br><br>He was proactive in communicating any issues or where myself of the seller needed to chase our solicitors. As well as providing advice through the entire process.<br><br>Brooks, and in particular Shaz, were the best part of the buying process and we would not have exchanged and completed at the speed at which we did without his work. Again could not recommend these Estate Agents more.

He was proactive, always available for viewings, responded quickly to messages at all hours, and truly cared about finding the right place for me. The team are responsive, helpful and supportive, particularly Danielle and Dotty, for whom nothing is too much trouble. The invoicing could be clearer, but everything balances correctly. We would highly recommend their services.

They were professional, the person who came round first had really done his research which was impressive, the conversation was thought provoking, they had a great photographer, the agents were nice people. And we received an offer in an unbelievably short time. Impressive all round. Would highly recommend.
