Was very patient as at some times I was really stressed. The sale took months to go through, but finally today we completed. Thank you everyone at Park Estates. You're a great team.

17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Unfortunately, they couldn't find a buyer for my stunning flat themselves and had to enlist an outside estate agent, and had me stump up extra money to help compensate them. So they got it done after the end of the contact term, but it cost me £thousands more. This was after they earlier had asked me to agree to halt showings as demanded by an earlier (lower) offer that I reluctantly accepted. That buyer ended up walking weeks later, wasting precious time that could have been spent finding a real buyer. Estate agents are not your friend. No matter how charming they appear before their engagement contract is signed, once you sign it, they revert to their true mercenary selves, pressuring you to accept offers well below the very valuation they provided, because their only loyalty is to earning their fee. Don't get fooled. Wish I never used this JDW office.

The service was personal, friendly and professional throughout, and we always felt very well looked after.<br><br>A special mention must go to Edward Tory, whose communication was absolutely outstanding. He kept us informed every step of the way, was always quick to respond and made the whole process feel so much easier and less stressful.<br><br>It was a genuinely excellent and very personal service from start to finish. We are delighted with our new home and would thoroughly recommend Edward and the team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the area.

Celia was fantastic, she was always available when I needed a question answered, she stayed in regular contact with me from the very first viewing right through to completion. Celia went above and beyond her duties, she helped speed up the process by speaking to solicitors and chasing things up for the vendor and I. I highly recommend Equus Property and when the time comes to move on i would not hesitate in contacting them to market my property. Thank you Celia for all of your help.

They have been knowledgeable and extremely helpful and made the whole selling process run smoothly with less stress. Dee was an immense help and was always available to solve issues and queries and I would happily recommend them to all.

13th Jun 2026 (14 weeks ago)Acceptable experience- 30th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)Be Chapman and Samantha Turner from Wards (Kings Hill) have made our recent Kings Hill home purchase a breeze. Throughout the process they were always available to answer questions and clarify complex local town and procedural matters. Responses were always rapid and clear. We would most definitely appoint Wards (specifically Be and Sam) should we ever sell or buy a property in Kings Hill in the future.

Jane and Gary are absolute professionals and you get honest advice and consistent communication throughout the process. My property sold within days of being listed and I’ve been so impressed from start to finish. Highly recommend them!
9th Sep 2026 (8 days ago)We are in the process of selling our flat. We received an acceptable offer within a few weeks of listing but have not exchanged or completed yet. To date, John Kingston and Victoria Brothy, who have been handling the sale, have been excellent. The property has been well marketed and we have found the team to be professional and quick to respond .
18th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)We chose King's at Borough Green to sell my mothers house (under probate) as Jonathan was the most understanding and clear of all the Agents we tried. He was clear about the expectations and lead me to believe that the market was right to sell. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the team organised viewings and offers so that I had no hassle and was guided all the way through. Karen was brilliant at communication and chasing down the chain to see what was occurring - am sure we would not achieved a successful sale without her. In summary, I would recommend the whole team at King's.

3rd Sep 2026 (14 days ago)We agreed for viewing of a property and I arrived on time to the location. Waited for 30 min and no agent arrived. They did not even call me to let me know if it was cancelled or for whatever reason. I even called them on the same day, a few hours back, to ask about something which I assumed they were reminded about our appointment. What a waste of time, effort and resources.

The focus on the presentation helped get people in the door and I believe heled them see themselves in the flat. He was helpful through the offer process when I was keen to take the first one. I’m glad I didn’t.

We both bought and sold through them, and the whole experience was professional, friendly and straight forward from start to finish.<br><br>One thing that really stood out to us when choosing an agent was the quality of their property photographs. They present all their houses beautifully and really set themselves apart from the competition.<br><br>Communication throughout was excellent, and we always felt looked after and kept informed. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Damian and Zac. A fantastic service all round x

Both Paul and John-Paul were so patient and happy to answer any questions I had (and I had a lot!)<br><br>I can't recommend them enough if you're looking to buy or sell your property. Thank you both for making my first house buying experience such a good one!
31st Aug 2026 (17 days ago)Would appear the house was over valued by the estate agent so setting wrong expectations about what price could be achieved. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.

Would highly recommend mainly due to the strong communication. They also went out of their way to show me other properties in the area to compare which helped.
