14th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Met with Mik, at my mother's property I was selling, and immediately felt comfortable and reassured of his understanding of the market. Mik viewed the property and gave me his valuation which was in line with 2 other agents I had seen. Mik also confirmed their fees, which were in line with the market. Mik was able to discuss his marketing strategy, and covered everything I needed to know, about the process. At no point was there any pressure to sign with Your Move. Having met with 2 other competitors, it wasn't difficult to decide for Your Move to market my mother's property. I instructed Mik on Monday 11th March, and I am pleased to say, the property sale has been agreed today. Amazing news, and testament to the focus Mik and his team gave to getting it marketed. Based on my experience, I would recommend your move swanley for your next house move. Excellent service, thank you.
9th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)Alex James and Callum were very kind, helpful, patient yet where necessary and appropriate weren't afraid to be direct and plain with me, and in Alex James's words it was to help me and I don't doubt that at all. He provided useful, helpful tips when I was experiencing feelings of being overwhelmed to be calm and collected yet respectful towards our new and upcoming landlord and general other tips for how any tenant is informed of things. I'm not surprised they've got such positive, spectacular reviews. It's a family owned and run estate agency too but overall have felt greatly supported and helped throughout the referencing and anything else they were to do to help our landlord. I have no problem recommending this estate agency, they seem very well knowledged, experienced, helpful, kind, patient yet also very honest. Thank you to Alex James and Callum you've been an honour to correspond with. Anyone who can be as good with me as they have been is worth this recommendation and honest review.
9th Nov 2023 (24 weeks ago)Dealt with Mark Waldron on the sale of our house in Riverhead. I would highly recommend both Mark and Knight Frank. Right from the initial valuation appointment, mark gave really solid advice on how to maximise the marketing of the house to achieve the best price in a reasonable timescale. This was in summer 2023 and a difficult market to sell in. Knight Frank got lots of interest in the house and had multiple offers. This was because we followed Marks pricing advice and they put together some really lovely photos, brochures and adverts. We did have issues with our first buyer, who messed us around. Mark spotted this quickly and he was replaced with another buyer within a week. Mark has supported us through the post sale process, always happy to help speak with buyers, solicitors and other agents. If you are serious about selling in Sevenoaks then I highly recommend you talk to Mark and his team at Knight Frank. Thank you

2nd Apr 2024 (23 days ago)I sold my property through the Sevenoaks Branch of Jackson Stops and would thoroughly recommend them. The team are very friendly and professional. They aim to get to know you as well as your property. They like to conduct viewings themselves which leads to a more impartial and honest viewing. Everyone at the office visited the property and talked to me so that they were well informed when showing people around. My contact kept me well informed every step of the process and if they weren't in the office when I phoned everyone else was sufficiently well informed about my sale to answer my questions.

18th Nov 2022 (1 year ago)We chose King's at Borough Green to sell my mothers house (under probate) as Jonathan was the most understanding and clear of all the Agents we tried. He was clear about the expectations and lead me to believe that the market was right to sell. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the team organised viewings and offers so that I had no hassle and was guided all the way through. Karen was brilliant at communication and chasing down the chain to see what was occurring - am sure we would not achieved a successful sale without her. In summary, I would recommend the whole team at King's.

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry

29th Sep 2023 (6 mo. ago)We were recommended to Maison and have to say had slight reservations about the performance of an on line agent but OMG how wrong we were Damian and Zac where totally amazing contactable all the time, always came back to us if we called and left a message, handled everything promptly and sorted out any problems as they came along. Would recommend them without hesitation. Doug and Mel Piller

Staff were always positive, despite having a long 10 month wait which was down to vendors. Lovely little goodie bag received on completion.

At every step of the process there was excellent communication and we were constantly kept up to date with any progress. The whole team went above and beyond to be as helpful as possible. In particular Lorraine and Claire were so brilliant; from arranging viewings, answering any questions, and even helping to contact solicitors for updates for us. Dan himself was extremely professional, honest, and attentive throughout. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Very professional, genuinely knew the area and market, spoke honestly and plainly (not "salesy") and were competitive in price. I could not say the same for other estate agents I considered. Good at keeping in touch throughout the process and were persistent where needed to get the sale over the line.
