From the outset, the process was far from straightforward, with a number of challenges arising along the way, particularly around communication with the sellers and various other complexities. Despite these obstacles, the team remained professional, proactive and supportive at every stage.<br><br>David and Verity were outstanding throughout the purchase process. They consistently kept us informed, responded quickly to queries, and worked tirelessly behind the scenes to help overcome issues as they arose. Their persistence, attention to detail and commitment to ensuring progress was made a significant difference, and we are genuinely grateful for the role they played in helping us successfully complete the purchase.<br><br>On the sale of our property, Oliver and the wider sales team were equally impressive. Their market knowledge, guidance and dedication helped us secure the right purchaser and navigate the transaction smoothly. 26th Aug 2026 (22 days ago)We are writing this review to thank Hamptons for their kind help over the years.<br>We have three properties, all being rented and fully managed by Hamptons.<br>Recently , one of our properties in Dunton Green, was vacant for a few weeks, due to a sale falling through.<br>The Hamptons team quickly found a suitable tenant, within a very short space of time.<br>They were efficient and very helpful.<br>We would especially like to thank Rose, Calum Vygaile and Christian from the Sevenoaks office!

Deborah’s approach was insightful, honest and professional and she clearly understands the Tunbridge Wells market. All of the viewings team were friendly and professional and gave prompt feedback.<br><br>We would highly recommend the services of Maddisons to anyone selling in the Tunbridge Wells area.
9th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)I have dealt with many estate agents over the years and none have measured up to Simon & Miller. Without a doubt the most considerate and supportive agency there is. Particularly the Maidstone branch and Karan Johnson, she is so delightful, friendly, reassuring and professional. The whole team are an absolute credit but Karan goes above and beyond. I hope to only deal with them in the future - thank you for making the last 3 years smooth and successful.
27th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)I recommend Cavendish as a tenant having been with them for 3 years. The team were always professional, responsive, helpful and friendly, especially Rachel the Property Manager who was always on hand to assist with any requests during our tenancy.

12th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Wouldn’t recommend!<br>I have raised several concerns about one of their tenants, to Helen & the MD but nothing has been done. Emails are ignored or replied to months later with inadequate excuses, since they moved in in December 2025!<br>I am writing this review at 4 am, having been kept up until 11 pm with the 8 year old child screaming like a banshee again and now being woken up with him banging around the house!<br>I have lived at my property for four years, and the last year has been a total nightmare!

Highly recommend Olivia - she knows her stuff and comes prepared and informed, took the time to answer our questions and even helped us book in an extra viewing - which we have now made an offer on! Great company

Fiona listened to my situation, dedicated herself to helping me solve my problem, and together we got a rental sorted - from viewing to signed agreement - in less than a week. She could not have been more helpful.

We have enjoyed a fantastic relationship with the two of them throughout the whole process. We were kept informed, at every stage, as to where we were & what should be happening next. They were also very proactive concerning both the buyers & our solicitors when & as required. It has been fantastic to find two highly motivated people where nothing seemed too much trouble. We would both like to say a massive thank you for everything. We would certainly highly recommend them. John & Tracy

10th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)The only thing I’d criticise is that the tone of one of the office staff was a little hectoring. In selling a house, I think the agent ought to suggest, rather than push, options. But it was just one person and I didn’t have to deal with them too much.
3rd Sep 2026 (14 days ago)An excellent experience from beginning to end.<br><br>From the very first conversation, the whole process with this estate agent was excellent. Getting an initial valuation and pulling together what the property listing would look like was handled really well, with a very quick turnaround. There were some frank and honest conversations around expectations, the likely selling price and how the sale would work, which gave me a lot of confidence that I was getting realistic and sensible advice rather than simply being told what I wanted to hear.<br><br>Once the property went on the market, things moved incredibly quickly. Within a couple of days, there were over a dozen viewings booked in and, from that first batch of viewings alone, multiple offers came in. The team did a great job of managing all of this and kept me regularly updated with feedback from viewings and developments with the offers.<br><br>When it came to deciding between the offers, they were happy to talk me through the options and the next steps, making sure I understood everything before making a decision. Once the final offer was accepted, the team continued to be just as involved. They kept in regular contact, kept me apprised of progress and were proactive in chasing both my solicitors and the buyer's solicitors when needed. This made a potentially stressful part of the process much easier to manage.<br><br>Throughout the entire sale, the communication was exceptional. I always felt that I knew what was happening and, importantly, I knew that there was someone at the end of the phone if I wanted to discuss any aspect of the sale. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.<br><br>The whole team were professional, knowledgeable, approachable and genuinely committed to getting the sale completed. Everything went very smoothly, and I attribute a large part of that to their knowledge, experience and proactive approach.<br><br>I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to sell their property. An excellent service from start to finish.

Tried to unsubscribe five times but you get a pop up saying ‘something went wrong’. Phone up and ask to get removed from the mail list, yet continue to get junk emails.
