She was always available to answer questions and to offer advice, and she went above and beyond in the service she provided. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to sell their property. Rarely will you come across someone who genuinely cares that the whole process runs as smoothly as possible and that you are looked after throughout. If only every estate agent were like this!

During our viewings and throughout the process so far, Dan has taken the time to answer our questions, provide helpful background information, and communicate with the seller whenever needed. His response time is excellent, always getting back to us quickly by email or phone. Dan is approachable, easy to talk to, and consistently professional. Although we are still in the process of purchasing the property, we’re very grateful for his support and guidance so far.

The sale was not an easy one, numerous challenges and hair pulling moments but Hannah & Oliver were tremendous, didn't miss a beat and at every twist & turn were there, proactive, helpful and communicated very openly and honestly. We would highly recommend Savills to everyone - we just hope our next purchase is with Savills.

The news hit us hard, especially my wife, who was understandably very upset for quite some time. From day one, Northwood promised to support us—and they truly delivered on that promise. Their team was kind, understanding, and consistently supportive throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent, and they regularly kept us updated while presenting suitable properties for us to consider. Finding us a new home clearly became a priority for them, and their dedication really showed. The whole team went above and beyond to make a stressful situation feel manageable, and they genuinely helped lift our spirits during a tough time. Getting viewings is a rarity and the ones we have had booked don’t go through, don’t know what the team actually do but the whole experience has been so disheartening should of used a different estate agent.

Tim doesn’t just wait for people to get in contact with him, before our house was on the market he had contacted people looking for a house like ours to offer them a viewing.
