17th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Unfortunately, they couldn't find a buyer for my stunning flat themselves and had to enlist an outside estate agent, and had me stump up extra money to help compensate them. So they got it done after the end of the contact term, but it cost me £thousands more. This was after they earlier had asked me to agree to halt showings as demanded by an earlier (lower) offer that I reluctantly accepted. That buyer ended up walking weeks later, wasting precious time that could have been spent finding a real buyer. Estate agents are not your friend. No matter how charming they appear before their engagement contract is signed, once you sign it, they revert to their true mercenary selves, pressuring you to accept offers well below the very valuation they provided, because their only loyalty is to earning their fee. Don't get fooled. Wish I never used this JDW office.
17th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.
2nd Apr 2024 (18 days ago)I sold my property through the Sevenoaks Branch of Jackson Stops and would thoroughly recommend them. The team are very friendly and professional. They aim to get to know you as well as your property. They like to conduct viewings themselves which leads to a more impartial and honest viewing. Everyone at the office visited the property and talked to me so that they were well informed when showing people around. My contact kept me well informed every step of the process and if they weren't in the office when I phoned everyone else was sufficiently well informed about my sale to answer my questions.

Me and my family are planning on relocating to Sussex to be near family and give my kids a better life as we live in London. we found this lovely house got accepted tho great let's get everything moving getting references done so my partner put in his notice at work as his a support work has been for over 8 years and hours are not flexible 14 hours days plus sleep in so he got job thats more flexible so can look for work in the new area. Explained all this even said we would pay a few months in advance then get rejected coz my partner not having a stable job how that make sense.

Due to mortgage restrictions and a changing economic climate, the task of getting it over the line was not easy for anyone but Savills kept in constant contact, kept believing we would do it and keep the deal together. Always easy to reach, always have time for a call or chat and very informative. Would certainly recommend.
16th Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)This agency is simply ridiculous. I have yet to see a property for sale on their books that doesn't look SUBSTANTIALLY over priced. My wife and I were considering a property in the area that this agency deals with but have refused to even consider any of their properties as they are so over valued. We have done extensive research of the area that they deal with and can only come to this conclusion!! SUCH a shame as there have been a number of properties we would of actually considered buying had they not been so ridiculously valued.

10th Apr 2024 (10 days ago)Can't thank Danielle enough! My partner and I were first time buyers and didn't know where to start when it came to the process of buying our first home. We were very nervous! Danielle was patient, friendly and went above and beyond to help us buy our dream first home! She held our hand through the entire process, she answered our queries, worries and questions and nothing was too big of an ask. She communicated with us throughout the entire process and worked alongside the estate agent we were buying off of and our solicitor to ensure the process ran swiftly. Danielle is an absolute star, we are so glad we found her. We will definitely be recommending her to others!

As well as handling the normal things with efficiency, speed and competence, they have gone above and beyond, for instance helping me with mortgage arrangements, recommending surveyors and smoothing out stressful and difficult situations. Highly recommended!

Nothing Jackie and I can say will ever be enough to be put into words the gratitude and thanks that we give for your hard work that you have all put in to not only selling our property but giving us the home we have so desired for so long . There were many times we were quite ready to throw in the towel but through your sheer tenacity Coilin you never gave up and soldiered on with this constant belief that its not over till its over. Your problem solving spirit shows no limits and you jumped every hurdle put in front of you and thank god you did. I always said there is no price you can put on experience and you and Issey and your team have proved that without a doubt , the longevity of your company is testimony to your ability to deliver what you say to the best of your ability and should I require your services again I would not hesitate to call you or recommend you to anyone who may wish to travel down the road we have in full confidence. You are not just our Estate Agent Colin selling our home you are our friend who will always be welcome in our new home which you delivered to us as you said you would and for that we will be forever grateful.
29th Nov 2023 (20 weeks ago)Very good communication with the agents. We put the house on the market at a difficult time and initially weren’t getting many viewings. After consultation with the agents we lowered the price which resulted in an increase in viewings and three offers over a weekend

Was very happy with the level of service we received as well as the companies general knowledge of the local market. Would happily recommend to others.

I would recommend that that sales training is required to articulate things to the potential buyers. We felt that the right potential buyers visited our property and the agency did not push enough to reach the people.

26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.
