It wasn't the most straightforward sale, and there were stressful moments, but Jeremy kept things on track throughout. He stayed in regular contact, chased the buyers when needed and worked closely with the solicitors to keep everything moving. We always felt he was on top of things and doing his best to keep the sale moving forward.<br><br>His patience, persistence and personal approach made a real difference, and the process would have been much harder without him.<br><br>We'd happily recommend Gregory Brown, and Jeremy in particular, to anyone looking to sell their property

Moving house is a stressful and sometimes frustrating process, so it always helps when you encounter people who are professional and competent : )

23rd May 2026 (23 weeks ago)Unfortunately, our experience with the Frost Staines team was very disappointing. There was little to no clear sales strategy, the original valuation proved to be very unrealistic, and communication throughout the process was very poor. As we were not living in the property, it was particularly frustrating that viewings were often not communicated to us in advance. Overall, we felt unsupported and ultimately decided to withdraw.

A big thank you to the assigned estate agent, Izzy Blatch, for the friendly induction and swift paperwork. Everything was as smooth as it could get, both when settling in and when vacating the property.

I truly appreciated how he addressed all of our inquiries and respected our time. While I often found it difficult to get results through official channels, Brett was always ready to assist me personally. He provided the kind of support a purchaser needs, especially as a first-time buyer navigating the process.<br><br>My constant emails were always addressed and resolved promptly. I feel fortunate to have secured my mortgage through Bazely and Co., as the team kept me updated throughout the entire process. Thank you all. I would highly recommend your services to any first-time buyer in need of assistance.

They listen to what you ask for, they give accurate valuations of your property, and they take great care and attention over how they market your property. David has now become a trusted advisor and we will go back to TPP if we were to ever sell again. Have recommended them to many friends and family.

Whenever we had questions, she would reply quickly and if she didn't know a reply, she would find out for us through the proper channels and keep us updated throughout the process. When moving house is as stressful as it is, Lauren made the process 10x easier through clear, constant communication.<br>Thank you Lauren and the William Jones team for all your support! 15th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)A genuinely excellent experience from start to finish, highly recommended.<br><br>We had a really positive experience buying our new home through RiverHomes Chiswick.<br><br>Jack, Phillip and Liana were all incredibly helpful throughout the process. Communication was always clear and responsive, and in the final weeks especially they did a great job keeping everything moving and making sure communication flowed smoothly between us and the sellers.<br><br>Jack was particularly supportive and proactive, keeping us updated, answering questions quickly and helping make what can be a stressful process feel much easier.<br><br>We also really appreciated how considerate the sellers were, and the whole handover was handled beautifully, the house was clean, organised and ready for us, with a lovely welcome card and bottle of bubbly waiting when we arrived.<br><br>We’re very grateful to the whole team and would happily recommend RiverHomes Chiswick to anyone buying or selling in the area.

She was incredibly knowledgeable about the market place, the local area and was realistic with what we'd achieve for our property.<br>We had a bumpy road with the turbulent housing market, and it was a long journey to sale. However, Yas was there for us throughout the entire process. Yas always made me feel like she had all the time in the day to talk to me, I always felt valued and listened to.<br>Yas would always keep us in mind for onward purchases too. She showed us around a couple of properties, and was incredibly knowledgeable about them, and whilst the properties weren't right for us, the expertise Yas showed outshone other viewing experiences we'd had by miles.
