However, the service is very dependent on the Property Manager assigned to manage the property we rent.<br>I am delighted to recognize Madeleine Turns as an excellent property manager. Always professional, dedicated, prompt and very responsive and empathetic to our needs and challenges.<br>Since she has taken over, we have been over the moon with the service we receive and are very happy engaging with her.<br>Well done Hamptons for hiring an excellent Property Manager! Please ensure you nurture and look after her as she certainly does you proud. 8th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Heathgate are the management agents of our block.<br>Shabz is the manager for the block and I do genuinely feel he cares for the residents.<br>No management agent is perfect but after having 3 in as many years I can say that Heathgate are responsive, approachable (very rare for managing agents) and sensible. Shabz sorted an issue for our home that had been ongoing for over a year and caused us a great deal of stress and I am very grateful for this.
11th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)Genuinely had a great experience buying with Savills, facilitated by Irfan. From the moment we viewed the house, he was very professional, transparent and helpful. But what made it for me was the level of communication. Always proactive, frequent, and solution-oriented - he helped us coordinate with both sides solicitors, and made what can be a stressful process feel under control. Would not hesitate to work with him again.

The team had great communication levels and were very quick on emails and phone calls and supported us during a turbulent period . We have just got the keys to our new home and through the whole process Hamptons, and particularly Jan M, have been amazing. Jan has been our point of reference from our first viewing all the way to getting the keys and we could not have asked more from her. She replies to emails quickly and if she doesn’t know the answers then she gets the answers asap. When viewing properties, Jan took the time to get to know us and really understand what we are looking for in our new home. Instead of just sending over loads of listings that don’t resemble what we’re looking for (as some estate agents do), she made sure that she was contacting us with genuinely great properties that meet our specification and budget. Finding something that my partner approves of has been a mission, but Jans perseverance and patience has meant we achieved it! In future years, when it’s time to move on from this property, we will definitely be using Hamptons and specifically Jan again. After the past few months working with Jan, we consider her more of a friend now than just an agent who sold us a house once.<br><br>Having had an awful experience with another estate agency in Windsor, just down the road with yellow branding, it was so refreshing to have an experience that was genuinely fantastic. Hamptons are the only Estate Agents that I would trust with my property. A massive thank you to Jan and all the team for everything you have done for us… until next time!

From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, attentive and genuinely supportive, always going above and beyond.<br><br>Their attention to detail and level of care really sets them apart. I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough and would use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much to the whole team for making my first purchase such a positive experience!
11th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)What can I say, I had what I thought was genuinely a unsellable property, with what seemed like a unlimited amount of hoops to jump through, but finally, when other estate agents failed, Johnson and jones got my sale over the line, although the sale itself was turbulent (due to no fault of J&J just the nature of the property) the service I received from the team at J&J was unmatched to my previous estate agent, the fact the director Tracy had kept close contact with me directly throughout the sale, updating me promptly whenever required, really made all the difference compared to other agents.<br><br>If you have a property to sell then look no further.<br><br>Massive thanks to all the team at Johnson & Jones.

This is a valuable function particularly in a 'challenging and protracted' sales transaction. Sheetal Suri, Senior Property Consultant stepped up to propel the sale of our property and we appreciate her efforts and input. Would have given Shaw & Co a 5-star rating but for the execution of its end-to-end sales progression service, and for that reason, given a 4-star rating.

Joe showed me around some properties and assisted me in all the in's and out's of looking to buy a property. He is such a warm, friendly and helpful guy, and made things so easy for me, always going above and beyond to answer any of my questions and made me feel totally at ease and looked after during the whole process. He kept us updated throughout and was really patient when things got a bit difficult. We really appreciate all his hard work and would happily recommend him to anyone selling their home.

Pete was professional, knowledgeable and very approachable. He took the time to explain the current market, gave us clear and honest advice about our property, and talked us through the best way to achieve a successful sale without putting any pressure on us. We came away feeling confident that Pete really understands the local market and genuinely has our best interests at heart. His advice was straightforward, realistic and reassuring, which made the decision much easier for us. For those reasons, we’ve decided to choose Pete and S J Smith to sell our home. We feel we’ll be in very capable hands and would happily recommend Pete to anyone thinking of selling their property.

The team takes care of everything from coordinating the tenants, handling repairs, inspection, ensuring compliance, and collecting the rents without consulting me unless they need to make any decisions.

18th Aug 2026 (4 weeks ago)I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.

Very impressed with Dyaun Harvey who progressed the sale and provided excellent guidance and communication throughout the entire process. Great knowledge and understanding of securing a buyer despite many challenges along the way Highly commend and would use their services again.
12th Sep 2026 (6 days ago)Fantastic estate agents. They were helpful, professional, and sold the house quickly and as pain free as possible. I would like to individually name many of the staff , however the two that stood out were Mark (who runs the agency) and Alan Hackland. Mark was clear and friendly. He has lived in the area, so has local knowledge. He was honest and open throughout the process. Alan Hackland (Sales progressor) was outstanding . He communicated with everyone clearly throughout the process and always went above and beyond. He made a stressful process as easy as it could possibly be. I was recommended them by a friend and I would also recommend them .

We’ve had a few difficult experiences with other managing agents in the past so are delighted with the service we have received.<br><br>They are professional, responsive and, most importantly, they actually listen to their tenants and make you feel looked after. Whenever we’ve had something that needs addressing, they’ve been helpful, approachable and quick to resolve.<br><br>It’s such a relief to have a managing agent who genuinely cares about meeting their tenants’ needs and making the whole renting experience as straightforward and stress-free as possible.<br><br>By far the best managing agent we’ve rented through, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a property to rent!
25th Aug 2026 (24 days ago)Good fees offered as just opened. Initially, they listed 10% below the agreed valuation price despite agreed price being on the contract. Claimed they’d discussed the price internally and a miscommunication. Republished at the correct price. Multiple errors in the advert on Rightmove which were raised with the team. Even after months on the market errors (as bad as the number of bathrooms) had not been corrected. Many attempts to drop the agreed valuation asking price by 10% in the first 2 weeks and further after 1 month claiming it should have sold already. Lots of viewings but low ball offers (-20%). After all the listing errors we had real concerns over quality and with a lack of respectable offers we decided to move to another well known agent in the area. No reply or acceptance of our cancellation email so we had to call. Within 2 weeks with the new agent we had an offer accepted with one of their long term clients just below asking price. I can’t recommend devenports based on my experience. They are a new outfit and this comes with teething issues.
