11th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)Martin was absolutely brilliant from start to finish of our house sale. He consistently went above and beyond to chase the buyer and her solicitor and kept us in the loop throughout the process. It was a real pleasure working with him and we really recommend Fyfe Mcdade.
14th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)I have recently let my property through Hot Black. Appreciated the support given to get it ready for market. I liked their system notifying me of the viewings so I was able to track what was happening. Good communications throughout. Referencing of tenants completed quickly. Hope that ongoing property management reflects this initial experience.
11th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Exceptional service and professional
7th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)A really good team who made me feel at home. I went out of the way to make sure I was happy with everything couldn’t have chosen nicer people to deal with.
23rd Oct 2026 (9 days ago)From the first viewing to finally picking up the keys to my new flat Omar was always on hand with advice and assistance in securing the property. The whole process was so much easier with his professionalism and knowledge. Thank you Omar.
22nd Oct 2026 (10 days ago)Gilbert has been a really professional agent who understands the pull and push from both ends. He has made our house purchase smoothly and provided end-to-end services.

7th Apr 2021 (5 years ago)Took my money, informed me that the flat is off the market and I am still chasing them up for the refund. After I posted a review on google, suddenly they had the time to finally call me back. Not to refund my money though, to ask me why I posted a bad review and still no answer on when I will get my £400 back! Scammers!
17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.
15th Apr 2022 (4 years ago)They are a super responsive agency that always try to help with any issues raised to their attention. Super friendly too.- 8th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)The company and Alex in particular, were super helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommended!
3rd Oct 2026 (29 days ago)Rebecca is the best:)
9th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)One of the worst letting experiences I’ve had. Poor communication, emails ignored, phones often not answered, and only after days of chasing did we find out the landlord wouldn’t accept a guarantor, despite this being clear from the start. They completely wasted our time and money. - Update, in reponse to owner's comment: Terrible, misleading experience. From day one we clearly stated on the offer form that we needed a guarantor, and your agent Daniel explicitly told us this was fine. You then dragged things out for about a week from the last week of November, taking documents and running checks, only to suddenly claim at the end that “the landlord doesn’t accept a guarantor.” That guarantor requirement was on the original form you sent to the landlord, she accepted the offer on that basis, and I even asked again and you confirmed it was okay. Hiding behind “duty of care” after wasting our time and blocking us from renting elsewhere is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

7th Aug 2023 (3 years ago)This was he worst experience I have ever had in 10 years of rental property's. The lack of communication from this company is unbelievably furthermore when there is communication is with demands and ultimatums. Never again!
7th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)We have just started renting through Rhubarb and have had a great first experience. A few minor admin errors but everyone has been very responsive, kind and welcoming. Tom has been great with working around our plans and being flexible!
13th Jun 2026 (20 weeks ago)Acceptable experience
20th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)Not a good company to work with. The reviews given on this site are not from the UK office and so do not represent the experience that you will receive.
9th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)Chloe has been exceptionally communicative, and has removed the stress from a quite stressful last-minute move. I would absolutely recommend working with Chloe if you are looking to work with an agent who will provide complete transparency into the letting process and reassurance that the flat will be looked after and well managed.

9th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)?????????? Review for Kyle Williams – JBrown Estate Agents I cannot recommend Kyle Williams from JBrown Estate Agents highly enough. After five long years of struggling to sell my flat, I had almost given up hope. It was a very complicated sale with many challenges, yet Kyle stepped in and did what no one else could. Within just a couple of weeks of taking professional photos and launching the property, he secured a strong offer and moved the process forward with impressive efficiency. Kyle is outstanding at what he does — not only professional and highly skilled, but also genuine, reliable, and honest. His communication was exceptional from day one. He was always available, kept me fully informed, and handled every obstacle with calm confidence and expertise. Most importantly, I felt I could truly trust him throughout the entire journey — and that is rare to find in this industry. He didn’t just sell my flat — he went above and beyond to make it happen, and I will always be grateful. If you’re looking for an estate agent who delivers results, works with integrity, and actually cares about his clients, Kyle is the one you want by your side.
31st Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Our first home purchase, which involved a contract reassignment, went incredibly smoothly thanks to Secrea and Billy at Lixing. Secrea's patient guidance and clear expertise demystified the entire reassignments process for us. She always kept us informed and responded promptly to our queries. Billy's proactive approach and exceptional communication skills were crucial in keeping things on track. He liaised with solicitors and efficiently resolved challenges, from documents to securing the completion date. We felt completely supported and informed throughout. We are incredibly grateful for their professionalism and dedication and highly recommend Lixing!
29th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Viewed a house that was advertised £450k to £500k. At the property viewing, the agent said vendor will not consider anything below £485k. Very unprofessional. Wasted my time.
13th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)John was amazing throughout the whole process of both selling my flat and buying my new home. He was helpful and responsive. His proactive approach made a real difference in getting everything over the line as quickly as possible. I’d definitely recommend him and the broader Harris Le Beau team.
