We were so pleased with how attentive and kind the team were, in particular Preeya, who was our main person of contact. We met Preeya when she showed us the property and was always an email or phone call away. We also spoke with her colleague Sam, who would reassure us with any issues. As first time buyers, we felt completely out of sorts and there was alot of anxiety with the unknown but the team were exceptional at explaining the steps to us and kept us updated on everything necessary. We now have a new spacious home for our young family thanks to Mischa & Co. Thank you ????????????

11th May 2026 (26 weeks ago)I have been living in a property managed by Crewys Limited for over 3 months now and honestly it has been one of the best renting experiences I have had so far. The room is amazing and whenever there is any issue in the house we just message in the group chat and it gets sorted quickly. No chasing. What really surprised me though is the weekly communal cleaning, in all the houses I have lived in I have never seen any agency do that and it makes such a big difference when you are living with others. I got the bad gas hob, they replaced the new one within a month.
They also maintain the garden from time to time which again is something you do not usually see with most agencies. It is clear they actually care about their properties and the people living in them and the whole experience has been smooth and stress free since day one. If you are looking for a letting agency that is responsive and genuinely looks after their tenants then I would definitely recommend Crewys Limited.

28th Mar 2020 (6 years ago)After struggling to sell my house I stumbled upon Big Black Hen. I decided to call them for an initial chat. I found them to be very professional, knowledge and they have me some great tips in order to finally sell my home.
We went ahead with Big Black Hen and there suggestions and hey presto, our house sold.
Ive since recommend Big Black Hen to my friends and family. Great service
3rd Oct 2026 (5 weeks ago)We really wanted to buy a house in the Brentham Garden suburb after being introduced to it by friends. Matt really listened to our requirements and introduced us to an off market property which he felt met our needs. We ended up being part of a chain which grew during our sale and purchase. Matt did a superb job keeping the chain together and we were finally able to complete. We love our new house and living in Brentham is as good as we hoped. We couldn’t have got there without Matt and can’t rate Brendon’s highly enough. We saw from our chain some awful agents. Brendon’s were only ever professional, friendly and fair, with great communication throughout which in this cuthroat market is what you want.- 19th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)The service and communication we received from Robsons were excellent.
16th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Awful estate agents, nobody comes to show you the property and relies on the tenant to let you in. Tenant wasn't answering so couldn't see the property, Hansi was ignoring all calls so didn't know what was going on, waste of time and money getting to a viewing to stand outside. Wonder if tenant gets the commission since they're doing the work.

8th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience with Marc at Living Residential. I found his approach extremely pushy and demanding, which made the whole experience unnecessarily stressful and uncomfortable. Rather than feeling supported, I felt pressured throughout the process.
Communication also left a lot to be desired, and overall I found the service frustrating and unprofessional. I expected a much more respectful approach from an estate agent. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend dealing with Marc.

He attended all of our viewings across multiple properties and was always incredibly helpful in getting answers to all of our questions. Whenever we wanted to arrange another viewing, Joshua was prompt and accommodating, making the whole process feel as easy and stress-free as possible.
He was always a pleasure to speak to, incredibly patient and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. His friendly and professional approach really made a difference during what can otherwise be quite a stressful process.
We’re so grateful for all of Joshua’s help in finding us the right home and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. A real credit to DKH!

Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage
No communication from the estate agent
I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.

From the initial viewing all the way to completion, everything was wrapped up in under two months, and I was able to move in exactly within my desired timescale. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
