From day one, they have shown great attention to detail and genuine care, always making sure I feel supported and well looked after. The team is very serious and professional in everything they do, and I truly appreciate how reliable and responsive they are. Any issue or question I’ve had has always been handled efficiently and with care. A special mention goes to Dena Gold the property manager, who is absolutely the best. She is dedicated, professional, and always follows through on what she promises. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and committed to doing a great job. Dena is a real asset to Hamptons. I highly recommend Hamptons to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional property management company.

11th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)I have been living in a property managed by Crewys Limited for over 3 months now and honestly it has been one of the best renting experiences I have had so far. The room is amazing and whenever there is any issue in the house we just message in the group chat and it gets sorted quickly. No chasing. What really surprised me though is the weekly communal cleaning, in all the houses I have lived in I have never seen any agency do that and it makes such a big difference when you are living with others. I got the bad gas hob, they replaced the new one within a month. They also maintain the garden from time to time which again is something you do not usually see with most agencies. It is clear they actually care about their properties and the people living in them and the whole experience has been smooth and stress free since day one. If you are looking for a letting agency that is responsive and genuinely looks after their tenants then I would definitely recommend Crewys Limited.
23rd Jul 2026 (13 days ago)Francis and the team at Northwood were excellent throughout what became an incredibly long and challenging sale.<br><br>The transaction took far longer than anyone expected and there were a number of issues outside of their control, but Francis remained professional, approachable and always kept us informed as best he could. Whenever I needed an update or wanted to understand what was happening, he was always happy to pick up the phone or chase the relevant parties.<br><br>What stood out most was that I always felt he was genuinely trying to get the sale over the line and was honest about the situation rather than making promises he couldn't keep.<br><br>Selling a house can be stressful, but having an estate agent who is proactive and easy to deal with makes a real difference.<br><br>Thanks again, Francis, for all your efforts. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average

29th Jul 2026 (7 days ago)Initially felt reassured knowing we were dealing directly with the director in securing our new home however it’s rather disappointing as maintenance issues continued to arise often met with dismissive responses such as “We have 20 years' experience maintaining this property” and even referred to as "a child," whilst pregnant which I found inappropriate.<br>There’s poor communication between agency and contractors you’ll have to update agency yourself on completed works.<br>The tenancy agreement states that tenants must leave the property cleaned to a professional standard or arrange a professional cleaning service. However, upon moving in, contractors were still carrying out work and the flat had been left in an extremely dirty condition, falling well below the standard expected of tenants. I'd recommend keeping your options open when renting privately.

27th Apr 2026 (14 weeks ago)Having been with a large chain agent for almost a year, with few viewings and very little useful feedback, we swapped to Oak Estates. From the beginning, Kris and his team were really open, honest and positive. They made us feel like they cared about our experience, not just getting us on the books. The viewing team were great - very professional and took on board useful information about the house and the area to pass to the buyers. We managed to get a buyer in much less than half of the time than we had been with the other agents and the office were really good at keeping us in the loop and even offered advice beyond the sale of the property. I would very happily recommend Oak Estates to anyone looking to sell and get a very personalised, honest, professional and caring service.

10th May 2022 (4 years ago)1st Choice a friendly family run business always maintained excellent communication which I really liked, if I had any problem weekday, weekend, or on a holiday, Kelly would reply back to my messages for support very quickly and same day. When I moved in to the property it was fully refurbished to an excellent standard. One time during winter I had a problem with my boiler with no heating for a few days. I made one call to 1st Choice and Mark dropped off some electric heaters, untill we got it fixed through Mear's. Anyone looking for property to rent then I would definatley recommend 1st Choice.

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.
