From the very beginning, he was professional, approachable and incredibly helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure everything progressed as smoothly as possible.<br><br>What really stood out was his communication and dedication. He was always quick to respond, kept us updated throughout the process and was proactive in helping move things forward whenever needed.<br><br>Buying a property can be stressful, but Elliott made the whole experience significantly easier. A massive thank you to Elliott for all his hard work and support. An absolute credit to Statons and someone I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
19th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)They provide a lot of foot fall, and viewings but never able to close the deal. They also have a lot of clients that don't show up. They don't check up to see how things are going, only when there are viewings. There is no central knowledge on the fittings and fitments of the house so different agents gave different insights to the property, often missing things.

15th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)Truly the best experience in buying and selling a house you could possibly have<br><br>Neil and Peter were on it from the word go and ensured all transactions were completed very smoothly indeed<br><br>Their knowledge of the area is second to none and no stone went uncovered during the transactions<br><br>Using lawyers they recommended is imperative as they have great relationships with them and this ensures communication is good with agent, lawyer and buyers / sellers to ensure all know how to complete the transactions in a smooth and timely fashion<br><br>Well done to team village estates you were fantastic from start to finish

They tried their best to find professional tenants, and were very quick to get the property photographed and out on the market. They are friendly, honest and professional and go the extra mile to provide a personalised service. They have a useful bank of reliable handymen too who can help with gas/electric certificates. They provided important guidance to us as landlords even if they weren’t managing the property and this was much appreciated. They are always contactable and very quick to respond. Overall a great estate agent ????????????????.

She always made sure we knew exactly what was happening and what to expect next – a level of communication we have not experienced with other estate agents. 30th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Not only did we sell through Spenser residential but we bought through them too!<br><br>Selling:: Jamie went above and beyond regarding viewings, times that suited both the buyers and us, He really took his time getting the right photos and researching our area, he was informative, honest and was always reachable directly when you needed him as opposed to getting passed from pillar to post with an agent!<br>He kept us informed the whole way through our sale (and it was a long one) he remained positive, patient and invested , he even kept on top of the legal side to help us get our sale over the line!<br><br>Buying:: After our onward property falling through very close to exchange via another agent we had a chain of buyers and no house to go to…..we were at the point of giving up when Jamie and Brooke went out and leaflet dropped at a number of houses we liked in area in the hope they could repair the chain for us all , and that they did!! ??????<br>We found our dream home from a very lovely family Brooke put us in touch with , and the last bit ran ever so smoothly, thanks to the updates and communication from Spensers!<br><br>I can’t thank them enough,<br>And I can’t recommend them highly enough either!<br><br>They really do care!
