From day one, they have shown great attention to detail and genuine care, always making sure I feel supported and well looked after. The team is very serious and professional in everything they do, and I truly appreciate how reliable and responsive they are. Any issue or question I’ve had has always been handled efficiently and with care. A special mention goes to Dena Gold the property manager, who is absolutely the best. She is dedicated, professional, and always follows through on what she promises. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and committed to doing a great job. Dena is a real asset to Hamptons. I highly recommend Hamptons to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional property management company.

13th Jul 2026 (21 days ago)We used Village Estates to sell our house, and Neil, Peter and the whole team were fantastic throughout the entire process.<br>From day one, they gave us an honest and realistic expectation of what our property would achieve. In what turned out to be a challenging market, they were the team who got the sale over the line.<br>Throughout the process, they were honest, professional and always straightforward with us. Communication was excellent, and someone was always available at the end of the phone whenever we had questions or needed reassurance, particularly during the more stressful stages towards completion.<br>Selling a house can be a difficult experience, but Village made it as smooth as possible. I couldn't recommend them highly enough and would happily use them again in the future.

23rd Jul 2026 (11 days ago)Francis and the team at Northwood were excellent throughout what became an incredibly long and challenging sale.<br><br>The transaction took far longer than anyone expected and there were a number of issues outside of their control, but Francis remained professional, approachable and always kept us informed as best he could. Whenever I needed an update or wanted to understand what was happening, he was always happy to pick up the phone or chase the relevant parties.<br><br>What stood out most was that I always felt he was genuinely trying to get the sale over the line and was honest about the situation rather than making promises he couldn't keep.<br><br>Selling a house can be stressful, but having an estate agent who is proactive and easy to deal with makes a real difference.<br><br>Thanks again, Francis, for all your efforts. They tried their best to find professional tenants, and were very quick to get the property photographed and out on the market. They are friendly, honest and professional and go the extra mile to provide a personalised service. They have a useful bank of reliable handymen too who can help with gas/electric certificates. They provided important guidance to us as landlords even if they weren’t managing the property and this was much appreciated. They are always contactable and very quick to respond. Overall a great estate agent ????????????????.
