She was both friendly and professional and offered good communication throughout our dealings. So I can not speak for the rest of Proffitt and Holt as an agency, as I only really dealt with her and she was a very good representive and ambassador of them.

They were very professional and patient towards my questions and made me feel at ease with making decisions. I am extremely happy and would recommend them to anyone.

I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. Lance was always available to take my calls and address any queries that arose during the process, which made everything much smoother for us.
