From day one, they have shown great attention to detail and genuine care, always making sure I feel supported and well looked after. The team is very serious and professional in everything they do, and I truly appreciate how reliable and responsive they are. Any issue or question I’ve had has always been handled efficiently and with care. A special mention goes to Dena Gold the property manager, who is absolutely the best. She is dedicated, professional, and always follows through on what she promises. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and committed to doing a great job. Dena is a real asset to Hamptons. I highly recommend Hamptons to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional property management company.

One of the slimiest worst estate agents there is, thinks he knows better than anyone else and is arrogant, massively toxic and reeks of bad practises. Would avoid as far as you can from Ash, he can’t even answer basic questions without being flummoxed at the simplest question. Also tries to conceal the truth on numerous occasions, but gets there if you press hard enough looool

17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.
23rd Jul 2026 (13 days ago)Francis and the team at Northwood were excellent throughout what became an incredibly long and challenging sale.<br><br>The transaction took far longer than anyone expected and there were a number of issues outside of their control, but Francis remained professional, approachable and always kept us informed as best he could. Whenever I needed an update or wanted to understand what was happening, he was always happy to pick up the phone or chase the relevant parties.<br><br>What stood out most was that I always felt he was genuinely trying to get the sale over the line and was honest about the situation rather than making promises he couldn't keep.<br><br>Selling a house can be stressful, but having an estate agent who is proactive and easy to deal with makes a real difference.<br><br>Thanks again, Francis, for all your efforts. 8th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)I suspect the site was set up by a staff bs security limited who portray themselves as locksmiths. I called the number I found on this site and a rogue locksmith showed up in my home asking for callout fee he never mentioned when I asked about charges over the phone. Beware!

Any questions I had they answered quickly and I felt they went the extra mile to follow up with both parties solicitors and any other third parties involved in the process. Clare and Miles made my buying experience very smooth.
28th Mar 2020 (6 years ago)After struggling to sell my house I stumbled upon Big Black Hen. I decided to call them for an initial chat. I found them to be very professional, knowledge and they have me some great tips in order to finally sell my home. We went ahead with Big Black Hen and there suggestions and hey presto, our house sold. Ive since recommend Big Black Hen to my friends and family. Throughout this period, the customer service and support we received were very poor — the attitude of the staff was unhelpful, and requests were often met with reluctance rather than genuine assistance.<br><br>I have since moved into my own home, and based on this experience, I would not choose to work with Robsons again, nor would I recommend them to act on anyone’s behalf.

We had questions about the property and Kevin responded immediately with the answer or would find out and come back to us quickly, he liaised with the vendor and solicitor throughout the process hence a smooth a stress free transaction. I would have no hesitation in recommending Layco
