From the first point of contact to dealing with some very sensitive issues, she's gone above and beyond to help me with everything. She's been very attentive, extremely supportive and informative. She's never once turned me away or left my questions unanswered. She even kept me updated about her holidays so I wouldn't be left in the dark.<br><br>After a 2 year long tenancy with minimal issues, I had some pretty major problems arise in my life that affected my tenancy. She's dealt with my problems with the utmost grace and understanding, kept me safe and reassured, and she did all of these without a word of complaint!<br><br>I cannot thank her enough. She is the reason I'm not homeless today. Thank you Katie.

She was always polite, courteous and very professional, always willing to help, and gave us regular communication throughout the purchase, which we very much appreciated. She's so friendly and we'd love to stay in touch and update her on what we do with the house updates.

Most recently, we were looking to purchase another property, and Letara kindly arranged for a financial adviser to call me to discuss the options available. Her proactive approach, excellent communication, and willingness to help made the whole process so much easier. It’s rare to receive such consistently outstanding customer service. Letara is a real credit to the Bridlington branch, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both her and Reeds Rains to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent a property. Thank you for all your help Letara

I live 300 miles away and the staff at Bridlington have been kind, empathetic, and gone beyond a normal estate agents role. Excellent staff who are a credit to the company

Given that we lived away from the property this was very important to us. In summary the service was first class. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to sell a property.

23rd Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)Overall had a really good experience with Rezee. Their team are very friendly and informative, kept us up to date as much as possible during the purchase of our new home. The only issue was on completion day we were told we needed to collect the keys for our new house from the seller themselves as Rezee didn't have the keys, which put us in quite an uncomfortable position on a day that should have been a happy occasion.

The level of care, communication and personal service was outstanding throughout the whole process.<br><br>We dealt mainly with Ashleigh and Scott, but every single member of the team was fantastic. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They really listened to what we wanted and were incredibly accommodating. With two young children, we asked if viewings could be kept to just one day a week, and they completely respected our wishes without any issues.<br><br>A special mention has to go to Ashleigh. She was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She is so warm, bubbly and approachable, but also incredibly knowledgeable and professional. No question was ever too much, and her advice and reassurance throughout the whole process were invaluable. She made what could have been a really stressful experience feel so much easier, and it genuinely felt like she cared about getting the best outcome for us.
