1st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)From the first contact over the phone to the viewings and subsequent sale of the property to myself, Rachel and the whole team at F&C have been amazing to deal with and professionally excellent. Rachel was understanding of my position as a buyer and really relaid that the vendors which lead to the acceptance of offer that all parties are very happy with. It has been a great example of how to deal with both parties involved equally to maximise the outcome for both. Couldn’t recommend enough!
1st Aug 2024 (1 year ago)As a prospective buyer, I have found the staff at HPS to be extremely helpful. In my opinion they are managing their sales in a timely manner from the point of the For Sale board being erected to then being able to view a property straight away, there was no delay between the point of it being advertised ...with the board and internet. In my opinion this demonstrates their efficiency and is the reason why I would recommend them.

31st May 2026 (13 days ago)The team at Blenkin and Co have been efficient and throughtful throughout, and their level of communication is extremely high. Especially impressed by the quality of the viewings where are assigned viewing agent knew our property in and out, and was able to guage interest extremely effecitvely

My father's property has been on the market for a year and Jane s assistance and positivity has been crucial for the sale which took over 6 months. She went the extra mile looking at electricity readings for me! Her regular welcome feedback, constant dialogue between buyer and seller was crucial, as at times I thought I would lose the sale. Jane Thank you - you and your team are a real credit to the company.

The communication was awful, even after asking for someone to contact me to discuss matters my requests were ignored. When I decided to leave, no one bothered to ask me why. Strange behaviour for a high street agency.
28th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Just finished a tenancy, which was almost 5 years. They were great from start to finish. Moving in was smooth, quick to respond to queries. Repairs were always done timely with no issues. They were also flexible with my moving out date and I even got my bond back! Thank you :)

14th Aug 2023 (2 years ago)The person who valued our house and did the sales pitch to us was great, but the person who actually dealt with our sale was terrible. She added no value to the whole process, never answered the phone or called us back, sent really unhelpful emails with no clear actions or asks in there and provided no effort to mediate our chain and keep all parties happy. It felt like she ended up working for our buyer rather than us who were her clients. She also seemed to shy away from difficult news and did everything over email rather than calling and helping to get people on side. I would not recommend. Our friends had a similar experience so this is not an isolated incident.

Additionally, there was not one cocksure young individual in a skinny fit, shiny suit. Excellent service and a genuine pleasure to deal with. Thank you to Nick and all the team for their help and patience.
3rd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Connected to them via Rightmove for property in Scarborough. Can't help put you through to Scarborough Estate agents section. The estate agent department in Scarborough have recently informed me they are under no obligation to tell me anything negative about a property, they do not have to disclose anything such as management fund arrears.....even though the same company manage the building...

Megan my main contact answered emails immediately, picked up the phone to my every call (there were many), she chased conveyancers throughout the chain, supported us through frustrations and even arranged the meter readings when they were due. Megan was so lovely and kind while maintaining her professionalism. I cannot recommend them enough. Also a shout out to the rest of the team who did the viewings, took meter readings, turned down the heating after a cold spell and generally kept an eye on an empty property.

They dealt with viewings for us really quickly and talked us through the whole selling process as it’sa long time since we last sold a property. When an offer was made the communication was excellent between us, the team and the buyer. Even dealing with online solicitors has been so easy.

Moving house can be an emotional and stressful experience, but they were there every step of the way, keeping us informed, answering our questions, and helping to keep everything moving smoothly. Their communication, professionalism, and dedication gave us real confidence throughout the entire process. What stood out most was how much they genuinely cared. He knows the local market very well and his social media presence is strong which adds value to his ability to get viewings and ultimately sales.
