Because we couldn’t travel down for every minor detail we needed an estate agent we could implicitly trust.<br>Graham Farthing at Austin Gray was nothing short of amazing!! He was incredibly responsive 24/7 transparent and proactive. Finally an estate agent that actually listened to what we wanted and went above and beyond to assist us at every stage. Graham handled everything on the ground here in Brighton saving us countless stressful trips! Austin Grays knowledge of Brighton is second to none and Graham completely supported us from start to finish, always accommodating with our travel schedules for viewings and crucially kept in the loop at all times. A huge thank you to a true professional and gentleman. Our completion date was on our wedding anniversary!! The icing on the cake. ??????????????????

I have had the complication of being in Hertfordshire selling my sister's property in Brighton. This has been handled well so far .

Communication has been excellent from start to finish, and he has been very easy to deal with at every stage. 16th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Even though we’ve decided to take our house off the market for now and try again next year, I still wanted to leave a review because Oliver Ostler has been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process.<br><br>Things didn’t go the way we’d hoped due to some poor advice elsewhere and things generally not going to plan, but having Ollie supporting us made a really stressful situation so much easier. He was always honest, reliable, and consistent, and he did exactly what he said he would do. If he said he’d call, he called, and he kept in touch regularly, which meant so much during such an uncertain time.<br><br>Nothing was ever too much trouble. He always took the time to answer our questions, explain everything clearly, and reassure us when we needed it. I never felt like just another client – he genuinely cared and always had our best interests at heart.<br><br>Although we’re putting our plans on hold until next year, when we’re ready to try again, he will be the first person we contact. Zak marketed the property incredibly well including successfully running an open day, leading to two offers within the first week. Eloise is managing the contracts and once again, it has been a smooth process so far!

31st Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)I’ve been renting a property in Brighton Marina through H2O Homes for the past four years, and I can safely say they are the most reliable, transparent, and professional estate agents I’ve ever come across. On the very rare occasions when there’s been an issue, it’s always been resolved promptly. The team is extremely friendly, respectful, and genuinely helpful. I’m truly sad that my tenancy has come to an end as I’ve now moved away from Brighton. I can’t recommend H2O Homes enough, they have set the bar very high for what great property management should look like. Thank you so much!

9th Jul 2026 (24 days ago)We can thoroughly recommend Fosters & Co. Hove branch. Mark and Jessie were brilliant from the off. And they actually had a plan for how to market our property, which sadly, is unusual. It worked and we got two Buyers in a few weeks and proceeded successfully with one of them. The supervision thereafter was good and either Jessie or Mark (or Nick from the Brighton branch) was always around to message or speak to. Good sensible advice. Calm. Professional.

As a first time buyer, I was under the impression buying a property was stressful, but this was absolutely not the case thanks to Georgia and the rest of the team.<br><br>Georgia was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Her communication was amazing; she sent regular updates via WhatsApp, which made it really easy to stay in the loop (I’m rubbish at answering the phone).<br><br>Aside from being pros at what they do, the team are also passionate. Georgia was genuinely excited for me to purchase my first home, and even went out of her way to deliver the new keys to me.<br><br>I couldn’t be happier, and will definitely be using No. 24 in the future. A big thanks to the team.

We decided to then use Alexandra to market our house, which was a decision we are so happy we made. The marketing she provides is far superior to other agents which definitely showed in the interest she achieved for our house. She got an amazing amount of viewings booked in and found a great buyer. We were incredibly lucky that she also arranged our purchase as well. House buying can be incredibly stressful, especially when you have to chase people down for answers and responses, Alexandra managed all this beautifully and made the process much easier than it should have been. I have already recommended her to family members and friends and will continue to do so. We can’t thank her enough.
