Our first contact was with Jessica, who showed us the property and informed us about the rental procedures. We decided to rent the flat, so Jennifer was there to help us with all the paperwork and everything else that needed to be done until we got the keys for our flat. I can tell with certainty that both Jen and Jess are among the most helpful estate agents I've dealt with, always with a smile and professionalism.

This horrible letting agent’s broken in my property without my consent and changed the lock within my fixed term tenancy agreement when I still paying the rent, utilities and council tax ! ! Can you imagine “ how safe “ of your home if u rent from them. ???? They illegally rent one property to two different tenants with two different tenancy agreements in the same period! ! News reporter please feel free to contact me, I am okay to share my horrible experience from King and Chasemore!- 8th Jul 2024 (19 days ago)Though I didn’t use John O’Neill at the Cubitt & West branch, Woodingdean to buy or sell a property, he recommended their in-house solicitors and mortgage services. As a first time buyer, his recommendation and guidance was invaluable. Mortgage Matters Direct were totally amazing in securing me a mortgage, a fast and efficient service with great communication throughout. I would highly recommend them. JS Law, the conveyancers recommend by Cubitt and West were also great, Lauryn Parker-Beaton was very patient in taking me through the complexities of buying a leasehold apartment. Though it took a while, she did a good job in getting the property to completion. John’s knowledge and experience of the buying process was also invaluable, as a first-time buyer this was daunting and stressful, he simplified the whole process for me and held my hand the whole way through. I would highly recommend him and his team of experts, thank you John, I couldn’t have done this without you!
18th Jul 2024 (9 days ago)The sale of our property experience with Sandersons was second to none, from the initial visit by Jane through to finding a Buyer could not have been more straight forward. The whole team seemed to work as one unit and were very professional in their approach. Most importantly we were kept informed of progress all the way. Special thanks to Jane for her initial steps in the process and advising us on many aspects, Shayna and Jackie on the sales side and to Charlotte in post sales. When we move next time we will have no hesitation in using Sandersons services again. They answered all questions promptly and dealt with any issues that arose, finding solutions to make sure the completion happened (when looking unlikely). Couldn't recommended the team highly enough. They will have my repeat business for a long time!
10th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)I rented through Belvoir Brighton, whilst I was waiting for the sale of a house to go through. Therefore actually only occupied the flat for three months of the six month fixed period. Firstly I would say that many of the faults with the flat that I detailed were not addressed despite me making a formal complaint, and some of these were electrical. However, my biggest complaint is that after I moved out after three months, Belvoir said they would rent it out again and some money could be given back to me. I wasn't expecting much. However in the next three months the property wasn't rented out, meaning that I lost around £5,000 in rent. However as soon as my contract was complete, miraculously the flat got rented out straight away. Either it took three months for Belvoir to rent the flat out, which is hardly a recommendation to any landlord, or they really didn't try to rent it out for three months, and they were misleading me. Either is hardly a recommendation of their services. The only reason I did not give one star was because I got my full deposit back without much trouble, but the flat was immaculate when I left it. However, in summary, I would not recommend them.
