7th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)They have been generally good to deal with and have been efficient. Where there have been minor errors and changes to sort out, these have been dealt with promptly. I have had the complication of being in Hertfordshire selling my sister's property in Brighton. This has been handled well so far .

Mine took 2 years in the end, but that's not a reflection on David and his team, who are delightful and very kind. I felt passionate about using a local agency and here I am a cash buyer looking forward to buying in Devon!

15th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)I’m currently mid sale with Fox and Sons, Lewes Road, having had zero viewing with a previous agent. The change was seamless and viewings were instant, initially led by Aaron who is amazing. An unexpected, sizeable hiccup happened last week Friday - and my buyer dropped out. Shayla was fantastic. She communicated immediately, took initiative and contacted previously interested parties. My property was ‘re-sold’ within 3 calendar days: by midday Monday. What could have been a significant loss, both in terms of time, energy and financially, has turned into a success. I cannot fault Shayla for her communication and support; I would recommend (and have!) her and the agents to anyone who asks. Thank you especially to Shayla and Aaron!

Apart from that woman, they’ve put two completely incompetent people there who have absolutely no idea what the other person is doing. You tell them something, they don’t understand you, and they don’t understand each other either. It’s just ridiculous. Honestly, I have nothing more to say about an agency that gives those properties to those people and then expects tenants to pay rent.

Neil and his team were exceptional - being helpful, kind, understanding and always going the extra mile to be helpful and professional. They tried their best to make what can be a stressful process as easy as they could. On completion day, when I went to collect the keys, a bottle of champagne came with them. What a lovely gesture. My experience of using Ewemove Hove was wonderful and I am grateful to them for their human touch while still being professional. Cheers, Paul.

Don’t expect classy offices with huge windows stuffed with classy homes for sale, but when you open the door, those staff are really classy. They know their stuff, their marketing attracts viewers, they follow up with excellent communication, they solve problems that buyers may have, and most important of all, they get offers that are acceptable but they don’t stop there. They undertake due diligence to make sure they get the best deal possible for the vendor.Dee and David were an excellent team - hard working, professional, great negotiators, and really lovelh people to work with. But they don’t stop work when the offer is accepted, contracts exchanged, and they are still supportive on completion. Whoops, buyer wants to bring completion forward by a few months just after I moved.Help Dee, who can clean my house and remove the picture hooks? No problam for Dee. She harnassed a team and I left a sparki g house for the buyers!!

I was recommend Tailor James by a friend.
When we met Jimmy the director of Tailor James, for the first time. He was friendly and understanding about what I wanted in my first home.
He answered all my questions on our initial meeting and throughout the process.
As I was a first time buyer, I was not sure on the processes of getting a mortgage advisor, solicitors and surveyors.
Tailor James recommended us a mortgage advisor, solicitors and Surveyors, and guided us again throughout these processes.
If you want personal and bespoke service when buying your home. I could not recommend Jimmy and Tailor James more.
His attentive nature and passion, made buying my first home less stressful.
