As expected with these things there were hiccups, but Alex did everything he could to ensure a smooth sale and keep me up to date with what was going on. It was a pleasure working with Alex, and I look forward to hopefully working with him and Crendon house again in the future

Special thanks to Jacqui and Joe for their persistence in chasing potential buyers. Also, thanks to Patricia for closing out the sale. Would recommend without a doubt.

Whilst the general service was okay from an agent level, now that I’m awaiting the legitimate refund of holding deposit I’m simply being ghosted by senior management. The agent was kind enough to acknowledge and respond to emails initially with the promise that someone would be in contact. Zero response from the company management has been received almost 1 month later, despite numerous requests. They’ve simply left junior colleagues to respond with ambiguous statements. If they were challenging the repayment I would understand a response to that effect, it’s the lack of response that is most concerning.

No one likes packing. They were so great start to finish and on the ball. Great communication and so much fun, great energy and enthusiasm in selling my house and I am most grateful so I can head off on my new adventures now. Lovely bunch and a fantastic job jobbed cheers team you rocked it :)
14th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I sold my house through Michael Graham, Buckingham. From the outset the service was prompt and professional. The photographer, Ollie, was an ex interior designer and I gave him permission to 'style' the house and was really pleased with the photos. Luke and Olivia who dealt with the sale and post sale were really proactive in moving things along and keeping me updated. Would definitely recommend. Siobhan Kirwan.

Paul was great throughout the whole process - knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and never put any pressure on us. He was also very supportive keeping the sellers up to date and onside when we had an abortive sale on our side. Paul help keep the sale on track. Just a nice guy in fact. We liked him a lot.

A special thank you to Kiera, who came to help me with a spare key when I accidentally locked myself out one day — she arrived in less than half an hour. Amazing service, friendly staff, and always willing to support whenever needed. Thank you again!
3rd Jun 2026 (16 days ago)I rented a flat through Hadlands which was managed. The property manager was courteous at all times and acted promptly to ensure any issues were resolved in a timely manner. The maintenance man was knowledgeable, efficient and very polite. I was notified in a timely manner about anything to do with rental/lettings details which ensured I was able to comply with requests easily and efficiently. I would highly recommend Hadlands as letting agents as they perform well above any recommended standard.- 11th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)We first met Jacqui, the branch manager of Frosts in February to value my late mothers property for probate. Out of the three separate agents who attended , she was by far the most friendly and professional with an eye for detail. Based on this, we chose Frosts to handle the sale. What should have been a straight forward chain free transaction turned out to be time consuming and difficult not to mention stressful! Jacqui however was always supportive and "on the case". Nothing was ever too much trouble. Thanks to her, the transaction eventually completed and we are so grateful. We highly recommend Frosts. Their A1 service is second to none.

I deeply appreciated their compassion during what could have been a stressful time. I was actually abroad while the sale was being processed, and their conduct was exemplary. The level of care they showed when speaking to my family and coordinating the collection of the keys was truly appreciated. I would strongly recommend contacting them for preliminary talks to see if they are the right fit for your property needs.

Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. However, Chase and his colleague Erien have gone above and beyond for us to support and help with any questions we may have had! With their quick responses and in depth searches for the best deals i can’t fault them! Erien has worked around the clock to get us the best rates for our mortgage! I don’t know what we would have done without them!

As long-term tenants, what has stood out most is their professionalism, reliability, and genuine care for both the property and the people living in it. A special mention has to go to Ellen Horsley, who has been an exceptional point of contact throughout our tenancy. Ellen is always approachable, responsive, and incredibly efficient. Whether it’s been routine queries, maintenance requests, or general support, she has handled everything promptly and with a friendly, reassuring attitude. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and truly values building good relationships with tenants. The agency as a whole has been organized and transparent, making the renting process smooth and stress-free over the years. Communication has always been clear, and any issues have been resolved quickly and professionally. It’s rare to find a letting agency that combines efficiency with such a personal touch, and we feel very fortunate to have been tenants with College and County. 5th Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)I'm still waiting to hear back from an email sent over a week ago , and that was already chasing an unmet promise!! I needed one small thing repaired in the whole letting period. Was still waiting weeks later. Eventually got it fixed myself in two days for less than half the quote House Shaw finally got for me. Will use another agent next time.
