5th Jan 2026 (18 weeks ago)If you're selling a house, I can definitely recommend Cheffins. I was undecided on whether to sell or not. It was no problem for Cheffins and Ryan in Sales arranged a valuation visit and discussed the options. Having decided to sell, Cheffins took care of the rest, including keeping an eye on the vacant property for me. It all went as smoothly as possible. If you need an estate agent, give Cheffins a call. Not just sales, they're great for lettings too.

His agency stands out from the rest due to his highly personal service; we spoke with or saw only him so felt super confident he was fully engaged and invested in our sale at all times. His comms were also excellent, as were his problem-solving skills and professional partners. The photography was outstanding, with much thought taken in both the planning and execution. Highly recommended!

I move from Belgium to UK last summer and I found my current house via Carter Jonas and I could not be more surprised with how supportive the members of this company are especially Anton Frost ,Lauren Howse , Leisa Jacson, Megan Roots and Eleanor Penney who I am extremely grateful for as they have been there for me constantly to answer any questions or queries I have no matter how small or silly. However, lack of general feedback and getting views to our property was not achieved so unfortunately we parted company and now seek a wider prospective market potential.

We have moved house several times and Hockeys have been the most efficient and professional agents that we have ever worked with. Particular praise to Ruby who always responded rapidly to emails and was pleasant cheerful and effective even in those stressful moments that always seem to accompany house buying! Also a call out to Dan who was equally friendly and professional.

I initially chose to deal with Bowdens as their ethos and family values really appealed to me and I found this to be true in every interaction with them. Moving house can be emotional and stressful but I really felt that I wasn't going through it alone and that Bowdens were with me throughout, I absolutely will be recommending them to all of my friends and family.
