17th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

We worked with many members of the team, all of which were friendly and supportive during our sale. We would recommend using their services.
15th Dec 2023 (22 weeks ago)I met with 3 estate agents and all were professional and offered a similar valuation. What made Pocock and Shaw different was Piers local knowledge and that they offered a 2 week withdrawal from using them. We did not need this as we had an offer within 2 working days of the listing!

They told us less than 24 hours before we were due to move in that the house wasn't ready, making us homeless. 3 days before that, they guaranteed the house would be ready and that we could move in. Mostly the idiot landlord's fault, but they could have checked rather than making promises they couldn't possible keep. Not sure how this is allowed with no consequences in this day and age Very disappointing. No stars, but Google insist on putting something.

22nd Nov 2016 (7 years ago)The agent was pretty good with communication, they were friendly and professional. Unfortunately they didn't manage to get any viewings for my property at all. I transferred to an alternative agent after about 6 weeks

They provided a professional service throughout the sale process of our house, in particular Mark and Tony. They kept us fully informed throughout the process, and were responsive to phone calls and emails. Thank You!

Helped us all the way through from start to end, he was helpful and would do anything to make you welcome, can not fault him and his members of staff for all there help. Would highly recommend anyone wanting to move house.

17th Apr 2024 (4 weeks ago)DO NOT RECOMMEND ! DO NOT HERE! I’ve rented a flat from Keeleys last year(2022), when winter started the second bedroom had black mould and didn’t heat properly. After a few emails back and forward was sent out instructions to clean the bedroom. The black mould was never sorted! End up moving out but because I signed an extra paperwork apart from my contract they have charged me for the empty flat! Bad experience end up stealing half of my deposit! People have no morals! Don’t sign anything extra ! Only your contract!! If you have black mould just call the expert and issue a claim! To answer today’s reply I did everything you asked and the black mould didn’t disappear and the temperature issue wasn’t solved, good luck for the new tenant!

16th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)After advertising with a high-street estate agent, and being let down, ignored and plagued with time wasters, my wife and I decided to look for a better agent, who actually cared about their job. My wife found Next Level Property’s advert online and we were impressed with how the adverts were written and displayed, so we decided to try them. Steve came to the house and immediately impressed us with his friendly nature, his plan to sell the house, and his knowledge of the market. He set his advert out differently to the other estate agent, focusing on property’s unique traits and backed it up with fantastic pictures that he took himself. He arranged viewings and we had an offer on the house 3 days after Christmas, within 3 weeks of the house being on the market. Name me another estate agent that could sell a house over the Christmas holiday! He went above and beyond throughout the whole process, especially after the offer went in, where he remained in constant contact with the buyers, dealt with both side’s solicitors, and even saved the whole sale with a common-sense solution to a major issue that arose. I can honestly say that Steve single-handedly saved the house sale and is the only reason we’re currently sitting in our new home! He was a pleasure to work with and he kept us reassured and informed throughout the whole process. He was always there for us, and was often the only person we could reach to update us, as the solicitors on both sides were a nightmare. I would absolutely recommend Steve to anyone looking to sell their house. I will certainly be going back to him when we come to move again in the future. Thank you Steve and Next Level Property!
