They did call me back once, but then never followed up. I wouldn’t recommend anyone list a property with them. Based on my experience, their listings feel like clickbait. Avoid.

We received an excellent service from start to finish from all staff especially Caroline who provided additional advice which was always appreciated. The overall service was efficient, professional and always supportive. Sophie was amazing, she offered us some great advice and made sure the process ran soomthly throughout. I would 100% reccomend Keystone for your buying needs. They were all so lovely but a big shout out to Sophie who got us into our first home so quick!

28th Apr 2026 (7 days ago)Since I moved here 3 years ago i have had direct contact with Mandy boot, she has always been easy to talk to and has never made me feel uncomfortable to message her directly, any issues I report i have never doubted the work won’t be carried out and has never disappointed me and left me constantly chasing her, Mandy has always kept me updated on issues I have reported and had them dealt with quickly and efficiently, I have huge respect for mandy who takes her job seriously and goes above and beyond, mandy is a great asset to your team and the service, she is amazing and very reliable and ensures all jobs that has completed that I am happy and satisfied before closing my repair request.

I have both bought and sold with Ashton, and every experience has been excellent. The team are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional, always dealing with any issues quickly and efficiently. Their email responses are prompt, communication is clear, and the whole process is made smooth and completely stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
13th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)The Leaders office in Nantwich was closed due to some technical problems, so we went to Crewe and the gentleman we spoke to was unfriendly and unhelpful. We had a complex letting situation which, though the information was technically correct, he was rude and unhelpful presenting to us. A couple of weeks later and we’ve just let a 3-story, 4-bedroom house in Nantwich thanks to the help of other companies letting agents who guided us through how to navigate the complexities of our situation. After a difficult experience with a previous estate agent who lacked professionalism, working with them was a breath of fresh air. From start to finish, they were supportive, responsive, and incredibly efficient. They kept everything moving smoothly and made what is usually a stressful process feel so much more manageable. Their communication was excellent, always keeping us updated and reassuring us every step of the way. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their dedication really showed in helping us finally complete on our home. If you’re looking for an estate agent team that genuinely cares and goes above and beyond, I cannot recommend them enough.

1st May 2026 (4 days ago)We are currently going through the conveyancing of our property and BJB have been brilliant throughout. You get a real sense of attention to detail and customer focus. From the start they have worked around us and supported. They have been ready to answer any questions and they are clear on what they will do to support you in selling your property. James was great when viewed and valued our property. He put real attention into getting the marketing right - and he's pretty handy with a camera! Paige looked after us from the day we went to market and was always available at the end of the phone when we needed her. She considered our needs for our next property worked with us at our pace to get everything in place. Her attention to detail is spot on and she goes above and beyond to keep you informed and updated. If you want to sell or buy a property, I would definitely recommend Butters John Bee in Nantwich.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
