On top of that , they were really personable and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and professional service.

21st May 2026 (29 days ago)I had three valuations on my property and Gail from Stephenson Browne was by far the most professional valuer that I met. Gail also completely understood and was respectful of my property. In addition Gail also got the valuation spot on. I used Get Agent to narrow down my options regarding selecting an agent and I am so glad I did.

13th Jun 2026 (6 days ago)We felt unwelcome at the house viewing today. When I asked questions about the property, I was told that they were questions for the office, which left us feeling unable to get the information we needed during the viewing. We had several viewings with other estate agents today, and they were warm, friendly, and greeted us with enthusiasm. Unfortunately, this was not our experience at this viewing. Both my husband and I felt that the atmosphere was unwelcoming, and we left feeling disappointed by the overall experience
2nd Jun 2026 (17 days ago)Bridgfords, Knutsford have been trying to sell the property i am letting for a year, which i am letting through a completely different agency, who knew nothing about this. They have shown no respect for us the tenants even though we had just started a years tenancy. They harrassed us constantly, now we have decided to move out it has started again, they say they have permision from our landlady which isn't legal. They have turned up on our doorstep without an appointment and their constant phone calls are harrassment. Today they have gone behind our backs again putting the house up for sale and using photos of our things which we haven't given permission for them to use. They have no regard for anyone letting any property. Legal action is in place. I answered the message below from Lucy regarding my complaint but received no reply.

Given the fact that I no longer live in the area, I was very grateful for the support I received. The communication throughout the process was excellent, and the guidance on local companies to use in this process was so essential. 28th May 2026 (22 days ago)Myself and my husband have recently had the pleasure of buying our first house through Hinchliffe Holmes and we received a fantastic service throughout the buying process. Nothing was ever too much of a hassle and no question was too silly. We were in close contact with Clayton who showed us around the house with a bright smile and helpful attitude. I must've sent Clayton what feels like 50 emails throughout the buying process and not once did I get the impression that I was asking too many questions. Clayton and the team at Hinchliffe are outstanding at what they do, they truly care about their clients and go above and beyond to be supportive. 14th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)I was impressed with Rob's pricing strategy and also his knowledge and experience. He had thoroughly researched the selling prices of house in the area. Ashtons really go the extra mile. They employ a professional photographer to take amazing photos and the brochure was so well written. They also advertise on all the main house selling websites. The team is so hard working and give brilliant customer service. Not to mention, their fees are extremely reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend Ashtons to anyone selling their house.
19th May 2026 (4 weeks ago)They go the extra mile……….to keep all of your deposit! Rented a house in Saltney through this company. Filthy condition. Pre agreed cleaning and waste removal was never carried out as requested when property viewed, Dwell seemed to think by putting a paper seal on the loo seat the whole property was “professionally cleaned”. Storage cupboard under the stairs was unusable due to moisture and mess. Kitchen was dusty and top of fridge looked like a health hazard. Confirmed our premonition (during the winter months) that most of the window seals were blown and letting in cold air. This was never addressed even though repair was agreed by Dwell in September before the weather turned cold. Lasted 6 months before having to move out due to illness caused by living in this squalid place, and to top it off, this company kept the deposit, so avoid at all costs if you’re renting. We gave 6 weeks’ notice that we wanted to leave (as we refused to be contractually trapped paying rent for this substandard property). We moved out early to accommodate them and allow Sam to remarket the property (and complete my suggested repair work, although I believe this would have been ignored). The head of property has still taken all of our security deposit, so be very careful when dealing with Dwell, Chester, especially if you are renting. I would like to add some other members of their team were very friendly and helpful (Sam, Luke and the maintenance engineers). Unfortunately, the money grabbing management seem to drag this company down with their attitude towards customers (aka tenants), they seem to just view people as stupid, because they are only able to rent properties and not able to buy. Be warned this letting agent provided the DPS with a signed ‘Check In’ report, I never signed this as I moved in several weeks after renting the property. Therefore, it is highly likely that they fraudulently use your electronic signature from the contract for other documents to suit their needs to keep all your deposit.
1st May 2026 (7 weeks ago)I have recently dealt with Bridgefords at Culcheth regarding the sale of my property. I cannot commend Andrew and his team enough for their help and support through the process. I had previously dealt with another very popular estate agents who left me feeling very unsupported and disheartened with terrible communication. From the moment I contacted Andrew he was extremely accommodating and understanding of my circumstances and could not do enough to help. The main point for me is Andrew and team are so warm and approachable and delicate with the fact that selling your home is a huge life changing process and can be extremely stressful, I never felt rushed or pressured to make any decisions and I feel they understood the weight of the process which was very important to me. I would highly recommend Bridgefords Culcheth to anyone looking to sell their home who want the process to be dealt with efficiently but also kindly. Thank you Andrew, Ashleigh and team for your support.
