7th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Big thanks to the very efficient team at Savills Wilmslow. Found our beautiful home with them back in September and considering we were in a chained position, we were able to complete and move in by the end of January, right before going away on holiday. This was a major relief for us as it meant we were able to go away completely stress free from a pending move and were able to toast several times, throughly enjoying the holiday! Don't think it could have happened that way if it wasn't for the promptness and efficiency of the team, especially from Tamar. Will happily recommend and consider using them again in the future.

On the sales team, we mainly dealt with Richard, Monty and Holly and they were all so lovely and helpful. For our new mortgage, we worked with Adam and he fought so hard to get us a good deal! 9th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)I have used LMS for many years now and would never consider using another agent( I swapped to LMS after less than satisfactory experiences with another agent) They are always supremely effective in finding the best tenants, keep me up to date every step of the way and arrange excellent tradespeople when the need arises. I would very highly recommend them.

6th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Bridgefords were really good at letting out my property with a very quick turnaround time but the service after that has been exceptionally poor: rarely anyone answers calls or responds to emails. I was charged double for the letting fee and yet with many emails and phones later this matter has not been resolved (close to a year now). I am looking to switch over to a smaller local agent but getting Bridgefords to transfer over the documentation is like getting blood out of a stone.

11th Dec 2023 (20 weeks ago)Really bad time to sell but didn't have a great experience. Unrealistic valuation and not proactive. We had to suggest pricing drops and direction changes in order to attract fresh views. They weren't 100% bad but I'd hoped for more.
8th Apr 2024 (21 days ago)I rarely if ever give any company Five Star reviews let alone an estate agent ! However Jordan Fishwick Wilmslow went above and beyond during the sale of my house. I have to give the majority of the credit to Richard Peck, who pushed the process along each week and made sure the whole chain moved forward. Richard is a consummate professional. Goes without saying I would Highly recommend JF over any of the other agencies in Wilmslow when it comes to buying or selling a house.- 15th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)I can truly say that both Tracy and Hanna at Bridgefords of Crewe could not have done more to assist with the purchase of our new home. 21st Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)The team were very pleasant to work with but some points for improvement include: 1. The initial valuation was quite far off what the property ended up selling for. This was because it was based on sold prices in the local area of quite different houses. 2. The opening photo for our property on Rightmove had 9 bins in it - it would’ve been a good idea to move them/ask for them to be moved before the photos were taken. 3. An agent was sent to do a viewing on her last day in the job and told the viewer this and didn’t seem motivated to sell the property.

8th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)As a potential buyer, I paid the deposit for the 16 week Exclusivity Agreement and Jennifer & Natalie were very professional in not showing the property to other enquirers during this time. At the end of the period we completed on the purchase without a hitch, Natalie having helped chase the vendor's solicitors to move the process along when necessary. A very nice firm to deal with and I would be happy to use Jameson to sell a property, having been on the other side with this one.

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry
