The property was sold as “searches ready”, which made the buying process very smooth and straightforward. To be honest, the only delay during the process was due to a delay with our mortgage offer. But Sammie was always there, supportive and professional. I would especially like to thank Sammie here for all her help and support. We really can’t recommend them enough!

They managed my rental property with absolute professionalism for 20 years, and they were the natural choice when it came time to sell. The transition from the rental side to the sales team was seamless, and they handled the recent sale with the same care and expertise I’ve come to expect. A special thank you goes to Sam on the rental side who is brilliant at sorting things out quickly, and Keegan on the sales side for great feedback!

10th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)Great service. Leaders Crewe initially got the opportunity because they did the basics right, which their competitors didn't. They answered the phone, returned any messages and communicated well. Latterly, Ben Stevenson took the reins as manager and within a short space of time sold our property. From that point the process is fraught with issues (ours was relatively simple) which Ben and Sue Carter held our hands through. Ryan was professional, knowledgeable and very approachable throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, talked me through the current market conditions in the area, and provided honest, well-reasoned advice rather than just telling me what I wanted to hear. The valuation felt thorough and well researched, and I never felt under any pressure at any stage. Communication has been great, and the overall experience has been smooth and straightforward from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ryan and the team to anyone considering selling in the area.

Paige has a warm and friendly demeanour while remaining thoroughly professional. She has been very knowledgeable about each of the properties we have viewed, and on the rare occasions where she didn’t have an immediate answer, she always came back to us very quickly with the information. Because Paige has taken the time to understand exactly what we are looking for, and due to the excellent service we have received, we have now decided to instruct BJB to sell our own home.

Nikita looked after us throughout the whole process and made everything feel very straightforward and manageable. She was always helpful, quick to respond to any questions, and kept things moving smoothly from start to finish. It made what could have been a stressful process much easier for us. Would definitely recommend Hunters, and especially Nikita, to anyone going through a similar process.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Carol has been great keeping me upto date with any news and chasing up the solicitors on my behalf. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
