I had initially used another etste agent for the sale but had 1 viewing in 3 months so decided change and very happy that I did. I was going through a divorce too, Harvey was brilliant from start to finish and very understanding of my circumstances. I had a smooth transaction and my house was sold fast and without any issues. 4th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)Richard James and the whole team at Rager & Roberts were always professional and kept me updated throughout the whole sales process. Any estate agent can list your property for sale on Rightmove etc. and attend viewings but it was from the sale negotiation process to completion where Rager & Roberts really excelled.

3rd Apr 2024 (29 days ago)Awful. Made an offer on a probate property (cash) with no response. Had the feeling there was something not quite right - heard nothing for over a week. Fox's said that they could not contact the family. We had a hunch that the offer had not been put forward. They eventually said the offer had been refused. Lo and behold now looking at HMLR sold prices website the property was sold for £20k LESS than our offer so the family has lost out on £20K. BEWARE!!!!!

Relocating to Brighton can be quite stressful for me, especially when it comes to finding housing. Fortunately, Anya helped us find an ideal place for me and my daughter and guided us through the necessary steps. She was incredibly helpful. I highly recommend her services with a 5-star rating!- 26th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Not happy with the current slow service with the flat I'm trying to buy. I'll be withdrawing my other rental property which they're managing and I bought from fox and son due to the current slow service. Not happy!!! And no loyalty.

As a first time buyer they supported me through the journey and were sure to keep me up to date and informed throughout. We were able to complete on the property just over two months from first viewing the property and everything was as simple and straightforward as could be. He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry

27th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Eightfold is poorly run, with a lack of honesty, integrity and an incredible lack of any concern and respect for their tenants. Eightfold represent all the worst traits of lettings agents. I'm amazed this company get any good reviews at all. Not surprising that most of the good reviews are from landlords and ALL the bad ones from tenants. If you are a tenant, my advice would be to steer well clear of this revolting company if at all possible.
