Ross was very unpleasant, quite rude and we're glad we spoke directly to the sellers in the end. Ross even lied to us, saying that there is plumbing already installed for a dishwasher when in fact there is not anything in place for a dishwasher at all

Quick responses to emails, prompt resolution of issues and a great communication interface with the landlady. Specifically, I would highly recommend Annalise Speller who managed my tenancy for her diligence, professionalism, proactive approach, attention to detail and warmth throughout my tenancy! She was the perfect bridge between the landlady and I and any tradesperson, endeavouring to always maintain a perfect line of communication for all parties. She is definitely a great asset to the lettings team and ambassador for Homes partnership!

26th Mar 2026 (21 days ago)Quality service from a quality agent. Had my flat on the market with another agent and after 6 weeks and 2 viewings I decided to get these guys involved as well. Harry Dyer came over and was great at explaining the process, fees and the plan to sell my place. He explained what they do differently and how proactive they are. Once signed I was passed over to Chris Knight who had me a viewing within a week. From what I gathered from the viewer it was one that Chris had to really convince that seeing my flat was the right move for him. The guy offered there and then and at asking price. 3 months later iv just exchanged and we move in less then a week! Unbelievable work all round and I could thank the guys enough!

My partner and I were first time buyers, so we were definitely a little bit lost when it came to this whole process of buying a house. For our viewing, we had lovely Tom who was very professional and knowledgeable about the property. He answered all of our questions/queries swiftly, which was really nice since we had a very different experience during the previous 6 viewings! Once our offer was accepted, we had a pleasure of working with Lauren, who’s an absolute star and we are so very grateful for her open communication and overall support throughout the whole process. We’ve had a few hurdles along the way, but Lauren was always there for us - advocating on our behalf, chasing solicitors, and so much more! We’ve now completed on our house and we couldn’t be more grateful for the wonderful service from Kings!

7th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)I contacted Flying Fish about selling a property. They said they would provide information at least by the following day. They didn’t. I called again after a couple of days and they said they would look into it and get back to me but again they never came back to me. When they eventually responded they sent it to an incorrect email address. The response that Flying fish have left in response to my review above is completely untrue. They did not turn down my business. Rather they sent me 2 rather nasty emails. This is absolutely not an estate agent I would trust. I have now signed up with Bracketts who are very professional. I will be contacting Google with reference to the incorrect comments Flying fish have made.

The team was professional, approachable, and always quick to respond to my enquiries. They made the entire process smooth and easy to understand, keeping me informed at every stage. I really appreciated their honest communication and personal approach. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable property services.
31st Mar 2026 (16 days ago)? After months of trying (and failing) to sell my property with multiple estate agents, I’d genuinely started to believe my flat just wasn’t worth it. The whole experience had become frustrating and disheartening—until I was introduced to Nicholas James. From the second they walked through the door, the difference was undeniable. The energy, the enthusiasm, the ideas—it was like night and day compared to what I’d experienced before. For the first time, I felt like someone actually wanted to sell my home. I made the decision to cut ties with my previous agent, and honestly, I wish I’d done it sooner. Within just three weeks, I had a buyer. Luke, who handled my sale, was exceptional. Professional, positive, and genuinely invested—he kept me informed, reassured, and supported every step of the way. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Nicholas James didn’t just sell my property—they completely changed my perception of what a great estate agent should be. Compared to them, others feel stagnant, disengaged, and lacking drive. If you’re serious about selling, don’t waste your time elsewhere. I honestly and wholeheartedly recommend them..

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

The whole team are committed, enthusiastic and professional. From day one I felt absolutely confident that Josh and his associates were interested in my specific needs and could support me through a complicated sale. I'm able to recommend them without hesitation.
