10th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)Adam and his team at Walkers recently sold my mother-in-law’s house. Their expert advice, particularly when the initial sale chain fell through, enabled us to quickly find another buyer and complete the process without any further issues. Everyone at the office was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable, and they always replied promptly to our queries and phone calls. I would highly recommend Walkers and would not hesitate to use their services again.

22nd Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)David has been an amazing help in buying my first property, couldnt have asked for a better agent
13th May 2026 (25 weeks ago)Fennwright as not acted in my best interest upon end of tenancy. I paid my rents and never delayed a minute and when I ended my tenancy upon expiration of agreement, I was presented a bill of £505 which I found to be unfair to me. I contacted Fennwright and it’s clear my opinion and interest doesn’t matter to them except for that of the landlord. I am also your client and deserve better treatment. Not sure I can deal with Fennwright again because it’s clear they are on the side of the landlord and not the tenants

From our very first viewing, she was incredibly friendly, never pressuring, and never rushed us. She genuinely listened to our needs, offered her expert professional opinion when we needed it, and her warm nature made the entire experience a pleasure.
Communication was always regular and clear throughout the process. Especially when we ran into a few issues along the way, Stacey kept us fully updated and always took the time to help. She truly exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond wherever she could. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who genuinely cares and goes the extra mile.
The entire team at Beresfords in Ingatestone is a wonderful blend of warm, friendly, and professional—with a helpful mention to the store manager, Paul, who was also always at hand to help manage everything smoothly. No matter what we needed, they were always available to help with any query. A big thank you from our family to the whole Ingatestone branch; we couldn't recommend Stacey and the team highly enough!

16th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Thank you to Nick. We asked for a valuation and Nick was able to do it straight away. Within hours he called us with the valuation explaining exactly why it was that price and then explained the process / options and gave us time to work through the the best route to take. An absolute 5* star service and I would not hesitate to contact them to sell my property. Thank you Nick absolutely great service.

29th Oct 2026 (4 days ago)Good communication and transparency
4th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)They lie on their moving in and moving out checks - take a video with you.
Also they make you feel obliged to give good Internet reviews for them.
I'll never forget the 2 years they spent trying to get my brother to pay for an iron mark which was on the carpet when he moved in.
Another house, I left a new washing machine behind, which they charged a £100 disposal fee for. When I said I'd collect it myself they said it was OK to leave!
Very low moral standards of all the staff here
21st Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Have used Wright and co multiple times and have found them to be at the pinnacle of the industry, certainly locally. Chris in the lettings department deals with all our tenancies and is fantastic. To the point, no flannel, gets the job done and is honest. William in sales has also been very helpful in what we have asked. Would recommend.

He is also always contactable and will always confirm viewings by text and also confirms it’s going ahead the day before. Janet, the after sales lady was also extremely helpful and always chasing up the chain to progress the sale
21st Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Living out of the Harlow area we needed to be assured that Fortune and Coates would give us a good around service utilising their knowledge of the Harlow market, which they did.
4th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Butler & Stag were truly exceptional in my opinion dealing with both my sale and purchase. Martine , Leah and Ellie handled every problem with ease in very exceptional circumstances and made sure I was informed at every stage.
They were there for every phone call or message. Very professional and I felt they spoke to me like I was a person not just a client.
Martine went above and beyond to help me in every aspect even after completion.
Best ever service I have ever received.
