The service provided by Lisa, Joanne & Tanya has been dealt with in a very professional, efficient and friendly manner. I can’t praise the staff enough as they exceeded our expectations. They provided us with a very reliable service and always returned our telephone calls and replies to my emails in a timely manner.<br>Selling my home was made easy by these ladies and they took away my stress. They only introduce serious buyers and not time wasters.<br>We would definitely use Douglas & Allen for any future house sales or purchases in the future. Joe Hayes is and has always been very professional, he does what he says he is going to do. Honesty is key, there is no point telling you an inflated sale price, you are just wasting everyone’s time. Great communication, a driven mindset and the best selling agent in Brentwood. I would highly recommend the Brentwood team. Under offer within 10 days and we have now exchanged contracts. Balgores’s should be renamed Balglorys ??????

Throughout the entire process Steve was incredibly helpful, supportive and responsive, making everything feel much smoother. I couldn’t be happier with my new home and am truly grateful for the role Steve played in making it happen. I would definitely recommend Lawlors to anyone looking to buy or sell.

27th May 2026 (25 days ago)I cannot recommend Portico highly enough! Their support throughout our renting journey was exceptional. Here are just a few reasons why we loved working with them. They listened to our needs and helped us find a genuinely lovely place to rent. The administrative process was clear, fast, and completely stress-free. The team was incredibly friendly and patiently answered all of our queries. They even provided invaluable help with getting our electricity and gas connections set up right away. Thank you to Kieran, Ash Patel and Martin specially for their awesome support for making our move such a positive experience!
13th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Fennwright as not acted in my best interest upon end of tenancy. I paid my rents and never delayed a minute and when I ended my tenancy upon expiration of agreement, I was presented a bill of £505 which I found to be unfair to me. I contacted Fennwright and it’s clear my opinion and interest doesn’t matter to them except for that of the landlord. I am also your client and deserve better treatment. Not sure I can deal with Fennwright again because it’s clear they are on the side of the landlord and not the tenants

They are still the same bunch of people who will try to rip you off on every single occasion. Please avoid at all cost. 2nd Jun 2026 (19 days ago)Tim, Richard and Gemma are absolute gems!! They have made me and my partner feel very protected and safe throughout a rather stressful property purchase. They were always on the other end of the phone, putting our worries at ease and going above and beyond to help in every way they could. This was our first house purchase ever and it has all been very new to us - they couldn't have been a better team to help with this transition. I cannot thank them enough and highly recommend them as an estate agent! :)

Within hours he called us with the valuation explaining exactly why it was that price and then explained the process / options and gave us time to work through the the best route to take. An absolute 5* star service and I would not hesitate to contact them to sell my property. Thank you Nick absolutely great service.
21st Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)Extremely disappointing experience with Stoneridge Estate Agents. From start to finish, there was a clear lack of professionalism, urgency, and basic sales progression. We consistently felt that the process was being handled in favour of the buyer, with little regard for us as the sellers. Communication was poor throughout. Emails marked as urgent were not responded to in a timely manner, and updates were vague or lacking altogether. At a critical stage in the transaction, we were left chasing for information that should have been proactively managed by the agent. Most concerning was the failure to properly progress the sale. Key actions, such as chasing solicitors and moving outstanding enquiries forward, were not carried out with the level of urgency expected. This caused unnecessary delays and added significant stress. The buyer’s survey and subsequent renegotiation were also allowed to happen very late in the process, creating avoidable disruption. This should have been addressed much earlier and managed far more effectively. Overall, the handling of this sale was poor and ultimately led to us losing confidence and withdrawing completely. We would not recommend.

Ross and Georgia (& the rest of the team behind them) were extremely professional, knowledgeable and organised with regular updates and pushing to ensure everything moved ahead steadily. After 2 short chains collapsed with a different agent we lost a year in delays, so I wish we had taken the whole process with Balgores sooner. We would recommend Balgores 100%. We had a few agents come out to value our property, but we decided to go with Colubrid because, from our first meeting, Joshua seemed extremely confident that he could sell our home quickly. As the Chelmer Village estate agent, he explained that properties like ours are his bread and butter. Our property went on the market on Thursday and was sold by Monday. I cannot thank Joshua and the team enough for their hard work and professionalism throughout. I believe Millie conducted the viewings, and I was told she was local to the area. That certainly showed, as her knowledge of Chelmer Village helped generate multiple offers on our property. If you're thinking of choosing Colubrid, don't hesitate. I would highly recommend them.
