8th Nov 2023 (25 weeks ago)Simply the best. Dunhill have let and managed property for me for over seven years, now. I can honestly say the service they provide is excellent. Everyone is extremely experienced, very helpful, and utterly professional. In my years I’ve come across many estate agents and letting agents, a few good, many bad, but Dunhills are head and shoulders above all of them. They’re meticulous where it matters, and utterly reliable. I can’t recommend them enough
9th Jan 2024 (16 weeks ago)4 months of waiting and still no call back to offer me a premesis. I've taken it upon myself to contact Landlords directly now if I see anything advertised by Goadsby. This is because Landlords of the sites that I've enquired about previously have not received offers or proposed plans passed on to then, yet I'm told they are not interested. Maybe I'm missing something but I don't understand why. Based on this, I would not recommend Goadsby Commercial to anyone if you want a hassle free, simple business transaction.
22nd May 2022 (1 year ago)All of the staff that we dealt with were excellent in their responses to our queries and from start to finish we were kept informed of any progress or problems with potential purchasers culminating in numerous offers in the first week, one of which we accepted allowing us to put all of our energies into finding a new home to move to in Wiltshire which took some weeks to do so.
26th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)Sold a small flat in Portchester through Jeffries & Dibbens. All the team were extremely friendly and helpful. I was regularly kept up to date with progress and managed to get the full asking price for the property. Highly recommended.

3rd Apr 2024 (30 days ago)Searching for a property to rent locally, contacted Beals, took some personal information from me over the phone, got a viewing the next day. All was great! A member of the team showed us round the property, which looked fab. Just what we were after. However I asked how to pursue to secure the property, to have a reply of ‘we have received many emails about this property and had to ignore most of them due to the high demand!’ ….but just reply back to my viewing confirmation email. So I got home, replied back to his email asking to persue. 48 hours later still no reply, I called the branch to be told the estate agent would call me back. The next morning I receive an email ‘Unfornalty the landlord isn’t willing to go with yourselves this time. We do another 2-bedroom property on. I can send you over this now for you to look’ - this was the spelling too, again not very professional. We were dishearten but respect we may not be what the landlord is after. But no 2 bedroom property ever sent to us. I really felt like I was a number to get up the viewings on the flat, no real compassion or listening to our needs to persue anything else. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend Beales Parkgate.

9th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)Dean and Nicola handled our sale. The purchaser made the process drawn out and quite stressful but Dean and team were superb. In particular they were very responsive to all messages and communicated constantly - so even when the delays were stressful we had the very welcome contact and reassurance we needed. I have to say we were very a little embarrassed by the commission rate for the amount of work they did. Great value for money. Professional at all times and lovely to deal with. Big thank you. (Ps review site is odd - tapped the far right star in most cases and assume this registered 5*. It would be better if the stars turned gold so you knew for sure what you were scoring).
13th Apr 2024 (20 days ago)If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have been a tenant in an Hancock and Partners flat for 4 years now. In that time I have them and contractors enter the flat without the OK to do so. I have multiple late/missed appointments and inspections with no heads up of the cancellations - the latest cancellation happening because the staff members electric car wasn’t charged up. Building internal and external maintenance issues are hardly ever fixed, and if they are it takes an absolute age. And lastly, the staff are extremely rude and patronising. If you are looking to rent in Chichester and surrounding area, I urge you to stay away from this agency. As an example of how this company acts - our roof began to leak in the winter, with the water sparking the electrics in the ceiling, coming through the fire alarm fixtures and entering our property. Hancocks reply to our landlord regarding the situation was ‘tell them to stick a bucket under the leak and get on with it’. There has been numerous example of malpractice, but this is just one in a long line of them.
4th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)After having a sale pull out we changed estate agent to Morris dibben , Danielle was amazing and had the house sold in no time. Once buyer was found through morris dibben we had no issues and everything went smoothly. Will be contacting Danielle again in the future when I move again.

We bought one house and sold two with them and every single time they went above and beyond. Communicating everything at every step and chasing everyone. When difficulties arose, they suggested creative solutions to overcome those and get to the finish line. I wouldn't work with anybody else.
28th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)I’m so glad we chose Taylor Hill and Bond to sell our property. From the very beginning, they were exceptionally polite and understanding to our situation. If we had any queries, however small, they were more than happy to help. They always provided a very humane touch to everything, and always made us feel comfortable. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone in the future, as they are very dedicated and professional.
15th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)DO NOT USE THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! They took a deposit from my company, then changed the rules, forcing us to withdraw, and refused to give us our money back! They treat customers like enemies. They wouldn't even speak to us! STEER CLEAR! AWFUL STAFF, AWFUL OWNER, AWFUL COMPANY. The reply below is untrue. They knew it was a company let. I wasn't rude to staff. I just asked for a refund, so they said "don't speak to us again". Their idea of a compromise is all one sided. They hide behind their Ts & Cs and have zero empathy with customers. STEER CLEAR, they are trouble! It is them who are unpleasant! Just look at all the bad reviews!

Harrison and Jonny were fantastic with me and very helpful throughout the process. Extremely open and honest to the moment I collected the keys. From a would-be tenant's point of view, a very good letting agent to deal with, and to any potential landlord, I can vouch from the other side of the coin that they advertise and help the process very well. 5/5.

We were selling my fathet in laws house, ive never sold or brought as house before so it was very conffusing and upsetting knowing we needed to stay ll my father in laws home. Dave was so reassuring, understanding and is always there when needed. If i ever needed to sell a house again I would use Dave at Bernard's
