7th Jun 2025 (4 weeks ago)The apartment we rented was left in a terrible state, I do not think the agency has checked whether the previous tenants have cleaned it or not. I would not trust them with another rental. Update: More than one week after the intended move-in date they have not sent anyone to solve the mould problem or clean the apartment. We are struggling to get in touch with them, which is causing us a lot of stress. In particular, Antony has been unresponsive and dismissive. When discussing the mould problem on the phone, he said 'just wipe it off', instead of arranging for a cleaning agency to fix it.

2nd Jun 2025 (5 weeks ago)I sold my flat in Archway with JTM Homes. Jason is exceptionally knowledgable about the local area and the likely prices that are achievable (in fact, he sold my flat to me 14 years ago!) That knowledge led to me achieving a price above the marketing price within 3 days of the property going to market. The best experience; and the best local estate agency in the area (in my view). Jason, Ruby and Leah provided a first class service all round.
5th Sep 2023 (1 year ago)Amazingly bad service We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years. In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before. Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told). Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you. After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote. Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!

Jonathan showed us around the property and answered all of our questions. Both Jonathan and Athena were clear in what they needed from us for the referencing checks, Athena was able to turn this around quickly. They kept me constantly updated throughout the process, and they were both always available to answer my phone calls. Overall, I would highly recommend their services.
