Very clear communication and we especially appreciated their email communication meaning every step was logged. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
19th Aug 2026 (30 days ago)I decided to go with Christopher Stokes as they were the market leaders with the best stats in the area. I am so glad I did. The sales team were so supportive and helpful and I felt like I could ask them anything at any time. They printed off some of the paperwork I was struggling with and I was able to sit with Jon in their lovely air -conditioned office and have everything checked through. All of the sales team and staff were so friendly that I felt looked after which was so important at such a stressful time. Every step of the sales process from the initial meeting, the photography, viewings and through to conveyancing was relaxed and enjoyable. I can’t recon them enough.

I let my property out with them for nearly 5 years, and I'm still waiting in January for the final month's rent to be paid back to me from the tenant leaving in mid-November last year. On top of that the tenant left the flat in a complete state and I'm yet to receive any deposit money back to compensate. Calls/emails to the agency are being ignored.

Damien provided a better than expected but realistic valuation based on the current local housing market. He provided practical advice on which type of buyer would give a fair price but would also enable a quick house sale. House was sold within 6 months at a price I was very happy with! Well done Damien and everyone at Breens Estate Agents, I would highly recommend! ????????????

From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

I worked mostly with Tony and Antony, who were both extremely attentive throughout my tenancy and resolved anything I needed extremely quickly. I highly, highly recommend renting through them (I’ve never reviewed an agency before but my experience has been so great that I really wanted to). Absolutely zero issues; everyone in the office is so kind and I cannot thank them enough for such a wonderful tenancy

I’m for more than 6 years with them all the time they are trying to resolve all the matters that we have on the property. For rent definitely the price are good so if you planned to move definitely give them a call they are 5 stars .

Despite this, Mi Homes (and the agent I worked with, Daniel) have made the buying process as seamless and easy as I think possible.<br><br>Organising the viewing was no-nonsense, he answered as many questions as he could on the day and all the rest I had were followed up on within 48 hours. The negotiation period for price was short and sensible, his predictions accurate, and solicitors began work On The Day of the sale. All around top form from Daniel and the team at Mi Homes.

Communication was clear and consistent, everything was explained properly, and the whole process was handled smoothly from start to finish.<br><br>They found suitable tenants in a very short time, and all the paperwork and arrangements were handled professionally and efficiently. I was very impressed with the level of service and attention to detail.<br><br>I would highly recommend Mudasir Ahsan and RE/MAX Star to anyone looking for a professional and reliable estate agent. 17th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)We didn't end up going ahead with our sale in the end - some family timing meant it wasn't the right moment for us - but I wanted to leave a review anyway because Tom was excellent throughout and I wouldn't hesitate to use him when we do sell.<br><br>He came across as genuinely thorough from the first meeting, not just a sales pitch. He talked us through the marketing price versus what we might actually achieve, was clear about how the launch and pre-launch process works, and didn't try to rush us into anything. When we told him our circumstances had changed, he was completely understanding and no pressure about it, which honestly says a lot about how he'd handle things once you're actually on the market too.<br><br>If you're weighing up agents in the Edmonton area, I'd put him on your shortlist. Thorough, straightforward, no hard sell.

11th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)I've had the best experience with Pindrop Property, the main managing director showed me the property the experience was wonderful, their communication was on point throughout the whole process until the end of the completions of the sale. They were very accommodating when needed to communicate with the sellers. Overall I would definitely recommend them and I will return if I look for another property in the future.
