12th Aug 2020 (6 years ago)We were very confident Rsk was going to sell our flat. They kept trying to make us decrease the price. After 3 months we had an offer very close to our selling price. They dragged the selling process with the buyer for so long (another 4 months) and the buyer started to decrease the price just before the exchange date saying that he didn’t have enough money for the initial offer. Rsk did nothing about it. It seemed that they were working for the buyer and not for ourselves. So the buyer pulled out and we waisted 6 months in all. As some reviews mention they are liars. Their communication during the selling process was appalling. Zak seemed very good though, a shame.

8th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)SHAMBOLIC. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Accepted my offer on a house and assured me the vendors would not "guzump" me. After spending a few thousand on legal fees and mortgage broker fees, they tell me the house was sold to someone else. DISGRACEFUL.- 22nd Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)Alex was very professional and considerate from the very first meeting through to completion and afterwards. He and his team kept us up to date and informed with viewings, prospective buyers and offers. They were instrumental in securing us a sale price very close to our top asking price and helped guide the nervous first time buyers through to completion.

I have found them to be trustworthy and reliable.<br><br>Update - they recently handled a very tricky tenant, got the place sorted out, offering smart advice about which jobs needed doing. Then they got solid tenants in quickly for a good rent.<br><br>I think they are a good bet for tenants as well, as their focus is always on providing decent accommodation that people want.<br><br>Strongly recommended.

He liaised with me and the seller to move things along and made the whole process of searching and then purchasing as stress free as possible.
