9th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)Proctors sold my first home in Sidcup in August 2026 and I would recommend them without hesitation. Nick in particular was outstanding from the very first valuation right through to completion.<br><br>The care taken over the marketing was obvious straight away. The photography was genuinely excellent and showed the flat at its best, and the listing was accurate and well written rather than the usual copy and paste. That effort paid off in the quality of the viewings we had.<br><br>Where Nick really stood out, though, was everything that came after the offer. He kept us updated and informed at every stage, and just as importantly he explained what each step actually meant and what our options were, which made a real difference when we had decisions to make. He was always easy to get hold of and never left us chasing him for an answer.<br><br>Ours was not a straightforward sale, and Nick and the wider team at Proctors were relentless in the best way, chasing and liaising with the solicitors on both sides to keep everything moving and to make sure nothing slipped. He was proactive rather than reactive, and more than once he had already picked up an issue and started sorting it before we even knew about it.<br><br>Selling your home is a stressful thing to do. Having Nick and the team at Proctors handling it made it far less so, and I am very grateful. Thank you!

Even before the initial meeting with him he had done some research and really had a feel for what type of property we are selling and what the most likely buyers would be looking for. David has kept us informed every step of the way and provided really helpful feedback to help us find our buyer. We would completely recommend David to anyone selling their property.
18th Feb 2026 (7 mo. ago)I have just rented an apartment in London through the White Estates agency and I have been very happy with their level of service.<br><br>The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photos, no negative surprises. I wanted to make multiple inspections and they were always available with less than 24h notice in order to let me in.<br><br>Important note: they were the only ones managing the specific apartment. You couldn't find it in multiple (often misleading) websites.<br><br>They have taken care of all the minor adjustments I have asked for prior to my check -in and they went above and beyond with replacing used items with brand new ones (like the moquette in the bedroom), something I hadn't asked.<br><br>There were some minor things that needed fixing which I discovered only after I lived in the place for some days and the agency's response was always the same: fast and efficient.<br><br>They also assisted my with the transfer of the utility bills under my name and the necessary bureaucracy which can be a pain in London.<br><br>Special thanks to Stefania & Karl for making my move to London smooth and pleasant.<br><br>I definitely recommend White Estates to anyone looking to rent a house in London.<br><br>Athanasios Mougios
26th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)I have known Katrina Fernandez for more than ten years now, and seen her grow, from young beginner, to – still young – expert property manager. She is not only willing to help, but really helpful, owing to her inexaustible resourcefulness. Managing a number of properties obviously requires technical skill and competence in more than one field. But in order to successfully do this job from the uncomfortable position of moderator between landlord and tenant, one must develop a capacity to mediate between seemingly opposed interests. And in this rarer ability Katrina really excels. She never lets you down. I will never forget the calm assurance with which she led me out of a serious hydraulic problem last summer, when my tenant was on the verge of tears, day in day out, and I really feared she would sue me for no fault of mine. I asked Katrina’s help, and her capacity to go to the heart of the matter and act accordingly saved me. Thank you, Katrina.

He and his team kept us up to date and informed with viewings, prospective buyers and offers. They were instrumental in securing us a sale price very close to our top asking price and helped guide the nervous first time buyers through to completion.
29th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)FJL produced a very good brochure with nice photos but they suggested we reduce the asking price which they recommended in the beginning. They had the house on the market for 5 months but we never received an offer even when.price was reduced.

His initial valuation seemed rather high to us and was more than other agents suggested but within 2 weeks of listing it we sold our house for slightly more than that price. My only reservation - their recommended EPC provider was unsatisfactory.
