Jessy Kattar, the sales manager, went the extra mile, not only in managing the sale process but also in stepping in during some quite complicated legal matters. Jessy worked closely with solicitors, helping to resolve issues, keep communication flowing and ensure the transaction moved forward without unnecessary delays. Not to mention that I was very impressed with how she handled the negotiations with confidence and professionalism and ultimately achieving the best possible price for my property. Her dedication and hands-on approach made a big difference throughout what can often be a stressful process. 30th Apr 2026 (5 days ago)We are currently undergoing severe stress due to our dealings with this company. We are extremely unhappy with the handling of our deposit; they have failed to provide a clear timeframe for its return and we feel exploited by their lack of transparency. Communication has been incredibly poor throughout this process. It is frustrating to be left in the dark when it involves your own money. I strongly urge anyone considering their services to think twice before moving forward with them. The only positive note I can share is my appreciation for a former staff member, Rana. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and a pleasure to work with, but unfortunately, the current management and processes fall far short of that standard.

1st Jul 2021 (4 years ago)We recently purchased a house in Harrow-on-the-Hill where Squires were acting for the sellers. I can honestly say that it was the best experience of having an agent on the other side that I have had. Mr Chand was extremely helpful in ensuring that the transaction moved at pace (our offer was accepted on 29 May 2021, we completed on 30 June 2021) and was always contactable and responsive. If you are looking for an estate agent, you could not do better.
25th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Flat wasn't clean on move - in date. Hairs in the sink, used cotton buds on the floor, and someone's filthy bed sheets still on a bed. Total disregard for tenants as we were told this is rentable condition. Bedroom 2: broken bed slats with another filthy mattress on top is in rentable condition according to the management at everstar properties. We were told the flat would be fully painted and someone just came around with a paint brush to touch up some marks. A totally unacceptable rental experience. We now have to wait a week for beds promised to be delivered on the move - in date of 03/12. No offer of compensation given for the inconvenience and broken promises. Not even an apology. We were treated as if we were stupid. No one should have to live in filth

13th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)I felt we had a very rocky start with the main contractions dealing with leaving. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average

3rd Sep 2025 (8 mo. ago)I live next to a property this agency lets, and they have let it get to rack and ruin, and despite the broken fence which was a break-in, and they promised they would repair it - they never did. They simply haven't kept up with the external of the property they manage, and while that may also be the fault of the property owner ... the agency despite their assurances on the repair and upkeep, simply didn't...

He went above and beyond to help sell the house with great efficiency given the complexities and circumstances behind the sale. Would highly recommend using Robert (and Jackson-Stops) as an estate agency and would use them again in future if ever looking to buy or sell again.

I went to him with my vision to buy my dream flat and there were so many complications as well but he took the time to understand our needs and delivered on promises. Seif is such a gem if you want someone helpful and reliable, I’d recommend him only. He even helped us to sort our Stamp Duty problem.His communication was excellent—attentive, timely, and honest. Renowned Homes made a daunting process seem incredibly smooth. Five stars ??????
