28th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)We found a property that was on our liking with a decent price as well, we contact them and tell them our story. As it happens our circumstances made it that we needed the property quickly so we offer 6 months in advance to have the property keys as soon as possible and than after to have the references done. Now with the times we live in is understandable not to want someone in your home without credit checks and all that, but we offered 9k in advance do you still think i can't pay my rent?! Than to be told that no matter how much we pay we can t have the keys to the property by 20th nov, that s 25 days for a property available now, any other agency would take 5-7 days they take 4 times longer, they discriminate against non british people. There is absolutely no logic behind the way they acted. That s my story take what you please from it.

I know him for 4 years since I use this agent to rent a place in London. He keeps very professional and he is very helpful! I really recommend this agent and recommend Karim Eigner !!!

From the very first moment I approached them to sell my flat in St Johns Wood, they showed real commitment and care, always making sure everything was handled efficiently. Jessy Kattar, the sales manager, went the extra mile, not only in managing the sale process but also in stepping in during some quite complicated legal matters. Jessy worked closely with solicitors, helping to resolve issues, keep communication flowing and ensure the transaction moved forward without unnecessary delays. Not to mention that I was very impressed with how she handled the negotiations with confidence and professionalism and ultimately achieving the best possible price for my property. Her dedication and hands-on approach made a big difference throughout what can often be a stressful process. 7th Oct 2019 (6 years ago)Thiefs, liars, manipulators; these are just kind words to describe them. I was verbally attacked twice in the building ( shiraj tower), got followed by crackheads squatting in the building and all i got from them is ''this happens before, just call the police and exagerate it''. lift breaks and theres no way of getting to 5th floor, floodings, infestations, rats, piles of trash for weeks... I left 2 months ago and im still having problems with them. Also, they tried to steal for us saying we owed more money, wasnt until we asked for the actual bill that we realized. DO NOT RENT A FLAT FROM THEM, WE'RE STUDENTS AND ITS THE WORST DECISION IVE EVER MADE.

18th Jul 2021 (4 years ago)Having shopped here over many years, I recommended you to a friend whom I accompanied and was appalled by the lack of interest we received. I had to ask for assistance and upon the purchase by my friend of a sofa the person concerned showed little interest in the sale and sat behind her computer for the duration. My friend who purchased the sofa says he will not be returning to your shop. He was also quoted one price for delivery of £50 which on delivery was £85.

I have been very impressed with the way they communicated with me before and after each viewing. I have received the feedback from the potential buyer soon after the viewing and was kept updated from the start to the end.

I was extremely pleased with the support Helen provided me with the sale of my bungalow and she gave me good advice throughout the process. She was calm, determined and professional. Helen organised the staging and photography of the property to maximise all its potential. The property had many viewings and Helen followed up all viewings to ensure everyone had appreciated its unique features. I was kept fully informed of feedback from buyers. Despite my chain failing twice she remained supportive and encouraging. Even when Helen went on holiday she kept in touch with me making sure l was always fully informed on how things were proceeding. She liaised with the other estate agents to ensure good progress was made by all parties. In the final weeks she kept me calm and reassured. I have no hesitation in recommending Elite Homes.
27th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Thought they were great to begin with then realised they were not! If you're thinking of renting a residential property from them consider if you'd like to live with a hole in your kitchen roof for weeks without being fixed, if you want your deposit properly protected in a scheme and if you want your deposit back without taking action against them. Seriously incompetent staff, rude and disrespectful. The flat we rented was one of 3, "refurbished" (if you can call it that) office buildings (Oh yeah, they take their commercial buildings and flip them haha!) with what I am guessing is no insulation, black mould throughout and a roof that held 4 inches+ of water which caused a leak and the roof to be taken out, then left. I had to fight for my deposit back because the idiot of an estate agent that went on holiday didn't send the new tenant a contract. No cover, no communication. All lacking in any kind of critical thinking. The list goes on.... AVOID!

He takes a wonderfully modern approach to property in how he markets, communicates and treats buyers/sellers. We always knew exactly where we stood thanks to his quick and transparent responses. We were in near constant collaboration in everything from deciding listing price and sales strategy to scheduling viewings and surveys. We’ve gone to him for advice on our onward purchase which he provided gladly even though he isn’t the listing agent.
