28th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)I've not come across an agent that is só invested in both seller and buyer interests. Colin guided me every step of the way. Always on time when we had viewings and communication was never an issue, whether it was Email exchanges, calls or texts. Not once throughout did I wonder "what next?" or "what am I waiting on?". He guided me with solicitor communication, and we got the purchase completed within 9 weeks from viewing, to moving in. Fantastic service, and would absolutely recommend ??????

Everything was handled so efficiently and professionally, even within a very short time frame. Jazmyn was incredibly helpful, responsive, and cooperative throughout the entire process, which made a stressful move feel much smoother. The team is very thorough with referencing, documentation, and payments. Every step was well-organised, transparent, and secure, which gave me a lot of confidence that everything was being handled properly. Overall, the process was smooth, structured, and reliable. My partner and I were first time buyers, so we were definitely a little bit lost when it came to this whole process of buying a house. For our viewing, we had lovely Tom who was very professional and knowledgeable about the property. He answered all of our questions/queries swiftly, which was really nice since we had a very different experience during the previous 6 viewings! Once our offer was accepted, we had a pleasure of working with Lauren, who’s an absolute star and we are so very grateful for her open communication and overall support throughout the whole process. We’ve had a few hurdles along the way, but Lauren was always there for us - advocating on our behalf, chasing solicitors, and so much more! We’ve now completed on our house and we couldn’t be more grateful for the wonderful service from Kings!

Always keeping us updated and informed. Sandersons have made the whole process easy with friendly service and great feed back.
7th Apr 2026 (4 weeks ago)I contacted Flying Fish about selling a property. They said they would provide information at least by the following day. They didn’t. I called again after a couple of days and they said they would look into it and get back to me but again they never came back to me. When they eventually responded they sent it to an incorrect email address. The response that Flying fish have left in response to my review above is completely untrue. They did not turn down my business. Rather they sent me 2 rather nasty emails. This is absolutely not an estate agent I would trust. I have now signed up with Bracketts who are very professional. I will be contacting Google with reference to the incorrect comments Flying fish have made.

I was originally looking to buy a property in the Canterbury area but my circumstances changed so i have secured one elsewhere which she kindly assisted with. She also introduced me to Matthew Parish from mortgage Matters who has been a lifesaver and a great help with my mortgage! Shane has kept me updated all the way through. House was off the market for a few weeks due to personal circumstances then put back on. A good steady flow of potential buyers and have now sold within the 3 weeks since it was back on. Thank you Wards!!

We’d previously been with a rival agent, and to be honest, they left us absolutely hating the whole process of trying to sell; it was frustrating, impersonal, and just a total headache. Switching to Wards was like night and day. The team—and especially Anna—completely turned things around for us. What I appreciated most about Anna was her straightforward honesty; she never gave us the usual run-around and was always totally transparent, which was such a refreshing change. She didn't just go through the motions; she actually listened and ended up finding us the absolute dream next chapter for our family’s lives. The biggest compliment would be around the communication which was always very proactive from the whole team throughout the viewing and progression process. Using a group messaging function meant that I could easily ask questions and answer any questions from prospective buyers. I felt kept in the loop at all times.
