Sophie made the entire process easy from start to finish, keeping us informed throughout and ensuring everything ran smoothly.<br><br>Thank you for all of your support. We have always received excellent service and would happily recommend Mann and Sophie to others.
18th Aug 2026 (30 days ago)Very disappointing start to the tenancy<br><br>I’ve been in the property for less than a month and have already had a very disappointing experience with the way repairs are being handled.<br><br>The kitchen tap has now been broken for over two weeks. Every time I use it, it floods water across the kitchen worktop, and the tap becomes extremely hot. I’ve actually been burning my hand having to push it down, even when using a tea towel.<br><br>A plumber has already attended and told me that it was a quick job and that they were happy to repair it there and then. However, they were unable to do so without approval. That was over two weeks ago, and I am still waiting for the repair to be authorised and completed.<br><br>I have emailed and called numerous times to chase this, yet I have received little to no communication or meaningful update. For something that presents both a potential water-damage issue and a genuine health and safety concern, I would expect it to be dealt with far more promptly.<br><br>Not a great start to the tenancy, and I would have expected much better communication and a more proactive approach to dealing with what should be a relatively straightforward repair.<br><br>*UPDATE finally got through on the phone, only to be told that my property manager had left and no one thought to tell me this after two weeks? I was then also told by Victoria that no quote had even been received, so Vijay, the property manager, clearly lied to me when he told me a quote had been received. Victoria was also rude and spoke to me abruptly. Anyone would think it was her that was affected, not me, the paying tenant. I have now been left chasing this for weeks with conflicting information and no proper communication. If this still isn’t resolved, I will be contacting the landlord directly, as advised by Shelter.

Linda the lady who was our 1st experience with the company was lovely not pushy and gave us a realistic valuation on our property. The sale went as smoothly as it could and within our expected time frame. When an issue came up on our side of the sale they were very patient with us which I appreciated. Fiona and Michelle are the ladies that I had all my contact with and nothing was any trouble for them! They kept me well updated and was in regular contact. I would 100% recommend The Address to anyone I know selling their home! Thank you so much for making the sale of our home go as well as it could!

She answered all of my questions and gave clear guidance on what the process would look like, and I left the viewing feeling like this was the right fit for me. Kirsty was equally helpful, keeping me updated throughout, and I was surprised at how quickly and efficiently everything came together. The professionalism in this office is unmatched compared to other letting agents I've dealt with in the past. Huge credit to this team.

Amanda Robinson not stationed in the Ramsgate branch but was excellent and always on hand to assist me. James from the Ramsgate branch was an absolute super star! Very helpful & accommodating, professional with a friendly manner. Especially appreciated as I was locating to a completely new county and area.

She answered all our questions, and even managed to organise another viewing so my partner could see the property too for the next morning. We’re so very grateful for her keenness to help, which shows by the fact we put in an offer on the property the next day. Highly recommend Vicky as your estate agent, a really lovely & informative girl.
26th Aug 2026 (22 days ago)After having attempted to sell our house the previous year through a long established local well know estate agent where the services offered were well below what I had expected, we subsequently took the house off the market. I am so pleased we decided to remarket the following year with Flying Fish: Natalie and Bradley are so knowledgeable and invested in every aspect of sale and their after sale investment was not like any I’ve ever experienced. This is the fifth home we have sold and their attention to detail and communication is far superior, we never had to chase up any aspect from start to finish, their liaison with all parties and solicitors I have never experienced before. All other estate agents have a lot to live up to: Immediate feedback on our WhatsApp group, they know their industry inside and out, staged our home for photos and gave true honest advice which paid off. All viewings are run by them and thus they can answer all questions immediately to prospective buyers. I really cannot recommend highly enough..they even supported us on finding our cat that managed to escape on moving day! If we ever move again I wouldn’t even think twice about who I would go to. Thank you to you both who supported us through all the highs and lows of what wasn’t an easy journey: Flying Fish was so on top off the solicitors but we finally got there!

She provided excellent service throughout the whole process and was always friendly, professional, helpful and responsive. As I am not a very fluent English speaker, I especially appreciated how patient and encouraging Gabrielle was. She always made an effort to understand what I meant and made communication very easy and comfortable for me. It was a real pleasure dealing with Gabrielle, and I really appreciated her support and excellent communication throughout the process. I would also like to thank the other members of the team, who were very helpful, friendly and professional. Everyone I dealt with provided excellent service and made the whole experience smooth and positive.

10th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)The only thing I’d criticise is that the tone of one of the office staff was a little hectoring. In selling a house, I think the agent ought to suggest, rather than push, options. But it was just one person and I didn’t have to deal with them too much.
