14th Sep 2026 (3 days ago)Excellent company to do business with for the selling of my house.<br><br>All the staff at the Belvedere Branch were totally professional, helpful and always ready to answer any of my questions i had throughout the process of which there were many.<br>A special mention has to go to George Bontoft who literally went above and beyond to help make the process as seamless as possible and was the calm voice of reason.<br><br>I would have no problem recommending this company and especially the Belvedere Branch to anyone who is either buying or selling a property.

Communication was excellent from everyone involved in the process, from arranging first viewing to picking up the keys. Jeremy, Helen and Emma were quick to respond to queries and were extremely knowledgeable. A special shout out to Emma, who followed the sale from start to finish, updating me at every step, reassuring me that the sale was progressing, no matter what obstacles came along.

9th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)I have dealt with many estate agents over the years and none have measured up to Simon & Miller. Without a doubt the most considerate and supportive agency there is. Particularly the Maidstone branch and Karan Johnson, she is so delightful, friendly, reassuring and professional. The whole team are an absolute credit but Karan goes above and beyond. I hope to only deal with them in the future - thank you for making the last 3 years smooth and successful.

29th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)Moat Housing did not take seriously my complaints about my next door neighbour harassing my cat for months back in 2023. Google would not let me post photos showing the state of my cat from July to December 2023 during which time the neighbour was intimidating him to get at me because she did not want me (and other neighbours) to walk on the communal grass behind the block of flats, so to put me off she targeted my innocent cat. My cat became terrified of her, only her and not other neighbours. I was forced to move out after just 11 months. The Moat Housing building in Tunbridge Wells where I lived looks like a Victorian prison. Moat did not maintain the building exterior in the 11 months I lived there. The communal areas were very depressing. Most also did not take seriously about an Asian neighbour male neighbour who came out wearing nothing but a piece of cloth.

Spoke to Honey arranged within seconds a quick viewing appointment and from there all the paperwork’s was quick and faster and replied to all the emails very soon. I cannot say more really much appreciated and really happy with service provided by them. Highly recommend Mann Lettings.<br>Thank you..!!!Excited to get the ??????…!!!!

But despite explaining at the valuation that they worked for us and not the buyer, they seemed to be more interested in the buyers needs than ours, trying to get us to accept rubbish offers. In the end, we didn’t listen to them and got a better deal because of it. They also were constant with communication, which could be helpful except they updated us with essentially no update. However, they were quick in listing and had a great online set up with photos etc and were on target with initial valuation. Definitely feels like part of a big firm now, which has it’s benefits and drawbacks.
