Recently bought a property with them, and the service I got from Lisa, Joe, and Rachel in sales progression was excellent. Our sale was managed by Amir and Ross and they were both incredibly communicative and responsive, always a pleasure to talk to and I just felt really safe with them. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

19th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)I have been renting a property with this estate agency since September 2023 and have had the worst experience. From the day we moved in we identified several severe maintenance issues with our property which we informed Bessie (our property manager) of immediately. Initially it took us weeks to hear back as I emailed several times and called the office and was told i would be contacted back and never was. This has been on going for almost 7 months now of our 11 month contract. The quality of service is very poor and essentially unacceptable. I had filed a formal complaint which was not escalated and asked to speak to a manager several times and no one has contacted me. No exaggeration this has been the worst customer service experience I have faced.

They are very professional, responsive, honest and believe in good customer relations which is a breath of fresh air when dealing with estate agents. Would definitely recommend to use them if your thinking of buying or selling in Whitstable.

17th Jan 2024 (17 weeks ago)We’ve had a number of different experiences with Miles and Barr and we wanted to comment on two individuals who have been especially helpful during our interactions. Judith at the Ramsgate branch showed us round a couple of homes and we loved her energy, her knowledge of the area and her willingness to offer extra support, etc. She has been one of the best we have worked with and we would recommend her. In another branch(Westgate) we have spoken to a woman called Charlotte - she again showed real interest in our needs, and went out of her way to help, etc.- 25th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)The whole process of buying my first home has been fairly stress free and quick!
