16th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)The support from the team on a sale that didn't go as smoothly as everyone had hoped, was massively appreciated. I was kept up to date on the progress, and emails sent were responded to very quickly.
9th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)As a first-time buyer, I recently completed on a house purchase that took around five months, and overall I found Onkar and Simon reassuring and helpful throughout the process.<br><br>My job often means I’m unable to answer calls immediately, but I never had any issue returning calls when I was able to, or communicating via email. Calls were generally the quicker option, but it was reassuring to have email as an alternative when needed.<br><br>There were quite a few issues during the purchase that were clearly outside the estate agent’s control, and these understandably created some confusion along the way. Despite this, I found both Onkar and Simon to be fairly reassuring throughout. One particular example was when a chain unexpectedly appeared where there hadn't been one previously. Onkar, despite having only just returned from leave, went out of his way to try to establish what had happened and why.<br><br>As this was my first purchase, having people who were willing to help clarify things and provide some reassurance was particularly appreciated. I can’t really comment on their service from a seller’s perspective, as my interaction with them was naturally limited to the buying side, but based on my experience, I can’t fault them too much and would be happy to recommend them.

They provided good and clear advice and explained the whole process really well. They obviously work very well as a team as if one person was unavailable, another would step straight in. We have been using Alan de Maid for both letting and now selling for over 30 years and would most definitely recommend.

9th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)I have dealt with many estate agents over the years and none have measured up to Simon & Miller. Without a doubt the most considerate and supportive agency there is. Particularly the Maidstone branch and Karan Johnson, she is so delightful, friendly, reassuring and professional. The whole team are an absolute credit but Karan goes above and beyond. I hope to only deal with them in the future - thank you for making the last 3 years smooth and successful.

10th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Moat Housing did not take seriously my complaints about my next door neighbour harassing my cat for months back in 2023. Google would not let me post photos showing the state of my cat from July to December 2023 during which time the neighbour was intimidating him to get at me because she did not want me (and other neighbours) to walk on the communal grass behind the block of flats, so to put me off she targeted my innocent cat. My cat became terrified of her, only her and not other neighbours. I was forced to move out after just 11 months. The Moat Housing building in Tunbridge Wells where I lived looks like a Victorian prison. Moat did not maintain the building exterior in the 11 months I lived there. The communal areas were very depressing. Most also did not address my complaint about an Asian male neighbour who came out wearing nothing but a piece of cloth around him.

And I’ll specially appreciate one of the agents Jazmyn Dennis who took charge of my letting process flawlessly, super timely and always responding to my millions of questions!!! I will recommend them always to anyone trying to find a good home with a seamless experience and process.

Spoke to Honey arranged within seconds a quick viewing appointment and from there all the paperwork’s was quick and faster and replied to all the emails very soon. But despite explaining at the valuation that they worked for us and not the buyer, they seemed to be more interested in the buyers needs than ours, trying to get us to accept rubbish offers. In the end, we didn’t listen to them and got a better deal because of it. They also were constant with communication, which could be helpful except they updated us with essentially no update. However, they were quick in listing and had a great online set up with photos etc and were on target with initial valuation. Definitely feels like part of a big firm now, which has it’s benefits and drawbacks.

She answered all our questions, and even managed to organise another viewing so my partner could see the property too for the next morning. We’re so very grateful for her keenness to help, which shows by the fact we put in an offer on the property the next day. Highly recommend Vicky as your estate agent, a really lovely & informative girl.

22nd Oct 2026 (10 days ago)An all-round great experience.<br>From my initial meeting with Chris when marketing and listing my late mothers retirement flat through to Liam and Holly coordinating viewings and Alyson fully in control of sales negotiations, the team at Fox Estate Agents have been nothing short of a breath of fresh air.<br>Because of the small family run nature of the business, and unlike other agents, when you call or email Foxes you speak to the team who know exactly who you are and the state of your property transaction. If there is something that they don’t know about your transaction or you have a request, then they find out and call you back! You are always welcome to visit the office to discuss matters face to face which is refreshing.<br>Alyson was calm and reassuring during a particularly long and arduous sales negotiation stage and was proactive in providing helpful progress and coordination updates, particularly with solicitors, which reduces the stress and soothes even the bumpiest of sales and purchase processes. She’s not afraid to ‘bump heads together’ if required – even on her days off!<br>Knowledge and experience of the local area and their professionalism sets Foxes apart from other agents. I will be appointing Fox Estate Agents on my next property sale and would recommend them to anyone who is serious about their own sale or purchase.<br>Thank you all so much to the whole team.

There was no hyped up estate agent talk or unrealistic valuation, which was a breath of fresh air. Emily then dealt with all of our viewings and process and she was amazing. She kept us informed consistently and put up with me and my husbands stressful rants - Emily would agree this wasn’t a plain sailing sale due to a certain solicitor delivering an appalling service. Emily deserves a medal for what she had to put up with. I would definitely recommend Eden Estates to anyone looking to sell or buy a property!
