The team were highly responsible and responsive, and communication was always prompt and clear. They helped ensure the transaction progressed very smoothly from start to finish, which made the entire process much less stressful. Whenever there were any issues or questions on my side, they were quick to follow up and communicate efficiently with the seller to resolve them. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service provided and would happily recommend them to others.

28th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)I've not come across an agent that is só invested in both seller and buyer interests. Colin guided me every step of the way. Always on time when we had viewings and communication was never an issue, whether it was Email exchanges, calls or texts. Not once throughout did I wonder "what next?" or "what am I waiting on?". He guided me with solicitor communication, and we got the purchase completed within 9 weeks from viewing, to moving in. Fantastic service, and would absolutely recommend ??????

Jamie and the team at Bracketts were brilliant and supportive throughout, and had it not been for them I don’t think we’d have ended up with the house we really wanted. 14th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)Over the last eighteen months, I’ve had to sell three properties and chose to list all three with Your Move Ramsgate, jointly with Miles & Barr. While Miles & Barr were pleasant and personable with me… and I’m sure used their best efforts to find buyers, it turned out that all three were eventually sold (to completion) by Your Move, Ramsgate. All along, they achieved about three times more viewings than M&B. When first listing them, Joe was very knowledgeable of the market, then Terry was efficiently on top of the selling and sales-progression of all three. The last sale dragged a little because of a conveyance delay the next link down the chain, but then Callum, at Ramsgate (who was dealing with that link), put the right pressure onto the conveyancer, to get it finally tied up. All of my communications with the whole branch, even team members unrelated to the sale, were efficient and instilled confidence. I’d definitely recommend Your Move to anyone thinking of selling in Ramsgate. Well done, team!

She went beyond expextations from start to finish, includind taking accurate measurements of the lounge and the bedroom-including door widths! This helped me plan fitting my furniture. As I had my delivery around 9.30am in the morning of my moving day, she brought the keys by walking from the office. I can fully endorse Honey and look forward to working with her again as a tenant or a landlord. Thank you Honey and Mann Countrywide!

They were tenacious in getting it over the line, accommodating, professional, helpful, kind, and understanding. Buying a house can be very stressful, but they team at Fox Estates really helped to make the process easier and smoother. Very highly recommended.
12th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)I first used Jacksons in 2022. They marketed the property well and arranged and conducted the viewings for me. They provided prompt feedback from the viewings and offered advice as to the best way to proceed. They were very easy to contact and always got back to me when I left a message. This year (2026) I used Jacksons again recently for the sale of my late father's home. Once again they were excellent at marketing the property, arranging viewings and providing feedback and were easy to get in touch with. The sale completed from start to finish in just over three months. I would definitely use Jacksons again in the future.

6th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)Extremely disappointing experience. I arranged a viewing for a rental property and received confirmation that the appointment had been booked. Shortly afterwards, I noticed the property had been marked as "let agreed" on social media, yet nobody from the company contacted me to cancel or explain the situation. When I chased them for clarification, I was told it was an error and that my viewing would still be going ahead. I then took a day off work to attend the viewing, only to receive a text message cancelling the appointment while I was sitting outside the property. After calling the office and struggling to get a clear answer, I eventually spoke with Tori and a new viewing was arranged for the following week. Unfortunately, the same thing happened again. I saw on Instagram that the property had once more been advertised as "let agreed", yet nobody contacted me. I had to chase the company again and was eventually informed, less than 24 hours before the rearranged viewing, that the property was no longer available. The communication throughout this process was extremely poor. I wasted annual leave, spent considerable time chasing updates, and was repeatedly left in the dark about the status of the property. Had the company communicated proactively and professionally, this could have been avoided. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company and would be reluctant to deal with them again.

3rd Jun 2026 (20 days ago)We’ve just put our home on the market and I wanted to give some feedback in the form of a review regarding our experience so far & also our photography session yesterday - Friday 29th May. Nick from the Canterbury office was covering for a colleague so had to travel to Herne Bay & was absolutely brilliant!! He was professional, friendly & supportive throughout the process. He talked me through, & took me through the photography process easily, naturally & confidently and it was so interesting to see how it works! We have indoor cats that mean the world to us & Nick was so respectful & understanding of this and I really appreciate it. Also, I’d like to say a huge thank you to Harvey from Herne Bay who has been incredible. He’s such a genuine guy with real enthusiasm for what he does & it absolutely shines through. He’s been consistently supportive & helpful and is making what is realistically a stressful time a lot easier! Rueben from Herne Bay was also extremely polite & professional on our initial first visit to the house that we hope to own! He’s been really communicative & has kept me in the loop with progress so far. I feel people are far too quick to complain these days but rarely compliment, so I wanted to share my experience as the guys are all amazing and an absolute credit! Cris.

26th May 2026 (28 days ago)I recently completed on my first home purchase and I honestly cannot thank Jack and the whole team at Ewemove enough. From start to finish, Jack was absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process. He was always approachable, professional, responsive and genuinely went above and beyond to help keep things moving and reduce stress wherever possible. As a first-time buyer, there were a lot of moments where guidance and communication made all the difference, and Jack consistently delivered both. Even when there were delays and issues outside of his control, he stayed proactive, kept me updated and was always willing to chase things up when needed. It genuinely felt like he cared about getting the purchase over the line rather than just treating it as another transaction. The whole team were friendly and helpful throughout, and the level of service I received was far better than I expected from an estate agent. I would absolutely recommend Ewemove, and Jack in particular, to anyone buying or selling a property. When the time eventually comes for me to sell, he will definitely be my first port of call. Thank you again for all your hard work and support.

Getting viewings is a rarity and the ones we have had booked don’t go through, don’t know what the team actually do but the whole experience has been so disheartening should of used a different estate agent.
