He has always been very responsive, very good at communicating with us, and extremely professional. He went above and beyond, to the point that he got us our buyers when we had finalised our contract with Acorn 1 month before. After all the struggles, we have finally exchanged. And wholeheartedly, this wouldn't have been possible without Harrison White. superb!!! thank you again!

4th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)We were so impressed with the whole team at Maddisons. They are everything that an estate agent should be. Having had a bad experience with two other agents it was a breath of fresh air as soon as we signed up with Deborah and her team. They were friendly, frank and very customer focussed. Everything went quickly and smoothly after we had an offer and we have been singing their praises. Please do give them a ring you will be looked after from day one.
27th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)I was a tenant of Dockside Property services for two years. In that time, they charged me disgusting amounts for a check in fee, check out few, signing fee, if they had any involvement you better believe you'd pay for it. They also took 1.5 years of that two year tenancy to fit a bathroom extractor fan which was broken when I moved in, and that the previous tenant tried to get fixed. Every issue I ever raised was dealt with in a sluggish manner sadly - an online portal / report system can be as fancy as it wants - but it doesn't help unless you actually check it. They were also kind enough to charge us for additional cleaning of the property when we left it spotless - as well as trying to charge us £60 for replacing a piece of wood under the dishwasher that wasn't fitted back after repairs that they did. The reason it didn't fit was because the repair made the gap physically too small for the wood to fit in, so oddly enough I couldn't refit it, but somehow they didn't seem to understand that. Maybe they didn't do that "get the shape in the hole" game when they were younger. After explaining this they then doubled down on their stupidly and we disputed via the DPS, and they settled in our favour because I figure someone that works there actually has eyes / a basic understanding of shapes and measurements. Either way, I wouldn't rent from them again unless I had no other option. Oh, and if you're looking at renting 25 The Eye, the flats in Chatham, the hot water is basically non existant (unless you take 3 second showers), the washing machine is from the early 90's, rent is very high, you can hear every breath of your neighbours (above, on both sides and below) as well as the lovely potent smelling...."cigarettes" from those below 24/7 - and if you hear a scuttling in the night in the walls or see something dash across the kitchen floor, don't worry, that's just the rats from the bin store under the building. ??????

Having just gone through a tortuous selling process, I am full of admiration and gratitude to the amazing staff I dealt with. Gary, Kim, Nancy, and especially Hannah Forrest who was just so supportive and proactive throughout, dealing with all my frustration and pain. Fantastic service and would have no hesitation recommending these guys to anyone looking to sell their property. Lewis Wood who dealt with our viewings was extremely helpful and professional and when we did decide not to proceed he was very understanding and empathetic. Very impressed with the whole experience.
