Lines of communication were clear and the team were always accessible. This included taking my calls at all sorts of times She really cared that the sale was eventually successful and went 200% to make that happen whilst retaining a sense of humour. Our application involved some challenges, particularly while we were trying to arrange a guarantor, but Mia remained patient and supportive throughout the entire process.She communicated with us consistently and kept us informed at every stage, which made what could have been a very stressful experience feel much more manageable.<br><br>Mia was always approachable, professional and willing to answer our questions. She made sure we understood where we were with our application and kept us updated until everything was successfully completed.<br><br>When it came time to collect the keys, Mia continued to demonstrate the same level of professionalism and kindness. Review for Connells Estate Agents - Ashford, Kent<br><br>I just bought my flat through Connells Ashford and had a fantastic experience.<br>The whole team in the branch were incredibly helpful, professional, and made what can be a stressful process really smooth.<br><br>A special shout out to Tracey Keithson who went above and beyond to help me through every step. She was responsive, reassuring, and nothing was too much trouble.<br><br>I would highly recommend Connells Ashford to anyone looking to buy or sell property. 11th Sep 2026 (6 days ago)Motis Estates Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents have been horrendous with my daughter to the point we had to get the environmental health involved resulting in huge fines for the landlord. They are very unprofessional and will give out confidential information out to everyone and anyone especially their tradesmen. When my daughter complained about one of them, about their shoddy work & being sexually harassed, they told him & he then started calling and threatening & verbally abusing my daughter & her husband at his work, to the point we called the police, they still have him work for them!! Honestly unbelievable. They will even try & gaslight you into being the problem. They really are awful

Very informative, helpful and made the whole process so direct and smooth. Generally put all the worries or typical concerns to rest with being so understanding and clear.<br>Cant fault anything, even once moved in he is still very proactive and helpful making sure everything is sorted.<br>Honestly recommend Wards of Sittingbourne to anyone who is looking for their next home or first home, and if you in need of a rental or letting then definitely ask for Alfie!<br>Thanks again for all your help and hard work, will of course be using your service again on our future moves

We had some really great conversations where he gave me a realistic and honest view of the position I am in regarding buying and selling in the current market. His advice was based on what he knew about me by asking thoughtful questions, and having clearly listened carefully to the answers. When I am in a position to move forward again I will not hesitate to put my trust in Steve and Miles and Barr to help me move into my dream home
