Out of the two properties I viewed, one had candles lit in everywhere while the other had none. Furthermore, when I requested a detailed breakdown of the EPC report, they simply handed me a printed copy of the online brochure I had already seen.

Thomas Kenny was professional, friendly and easy to communicate with throughout the process. He was very adaptable to what we needed to happen at different points throughout the purchase and we felt supported throughout, which made it feel much less stressful!

Wasted two months in referencing process for letting a small room in a shared house. asking for NI number , bank statements, and bank details of the whole family for renting.<br>I will never recommend this estate agent to anyone for renting or buying a property .

The downside for me, and others that dislike dogs immensely is that picture on the sale board. Shall l I cover it up with a seascape?

It's now nearing the end of October 2026 and I'm pleased to say it's been sold.<br>Everything has gone smoothly with very little hiccups.<br>All the team at Wards have been absolutely lovely, especially Judy who has given me updates and necessary information as and when.<br>I would whole heartedly recommend Wards if you need to sell your property, they don't hang around ??????

They were professional, brilliant with communication, and took the weight of contacting solicitors and helping to move everything forward. I have bought and sold a house previously with another chain estate agent and the difference in my experience is significant. I would always choose Joe and Chris at Greenleaf.

We met with 3 agents for valuation and felt that Damien gave us the best advice re listing price. The app they set up for all communications between us was excellent. Tried to unsubscribe five times but you get a pop up saying ‘something went wrong’. Phone up and ask to get removed from the mail list, yet continue to get junk emails.
