28th May 2026 (26 days ago)We really recommend Bradley from Hunters. His professionalism was completely unmatched. From start to finish, he was personable, attentive, and absolutely brilliant. He truly went above and beyond to help us sell our house in Forest Hill, and honestly, we wouldn’t have managed to get everything over the line so smoothly without him. What really stood out was Bradley’s ability to sell the vision of our home. We were selling a large five-bedroom house that was quite complex and needed a lot of work, so it took someone very skilled to help potential buyers see its potential. Bradley was fantastic during every viewing. He really took the time to understand our vision for the house and communicate that to buyers in such a genuine and effective way. Before choosing Hunters, we spoke with two other estate agents that were nowhere near the level of service Bradley provided. The difference was incredible. Another thing we really appreciated was Bradley’s dedication throughout the process. He always arrived well before potential buyers to prepare for viewings, and afterwards he stayed to give detailed feedback to me and my fiancé, which honestly felt unheard of compared to our previous experiences. He always removed his shoes too without asking, and was great with our dog and cats. We are so grateful to Bradley because without him, we truly don’t believe we would have sold the house as quickly or as smoothly as we did. We couldn’t recommend Bradley and Hunters highly enough.
8th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Unfortunately, our experience renting through this estate agent was extremely disappointing. Throughout our tenancy we reported multiple issues with the property, including mould concerns and a broken kitchen extractor fan which was reported but never repaired during the entire 1 year and 5 months we lived there. We also requested permission to decorate parts of the property to improve its condition, but never received any response from the estate agent regarding this. Shortly after raising concerns about the condition of the property, we were served a Section 21 notice and informed by both the landlord and estate agent that the property was being sold. Less than a month after vacating the property, it has now been relisted for rent by the same estate agent using the same listing photos, which has left us feeling very misled about the reasons we were given for having to leave. Communication throughout our tenancy was often poor, and even after vacating the property we have still had no contact regarding the return of our deposit or any proposed deductions. I normally would not leave a negative review, but based on our experience I would strongly advise future tenants to carefully document everything and ensure all communication is kept in writing.
15th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)We used bracketts for our level 3 RICS survey on a house purchase recently. I dont often leave reviews, but this was exceptional! The work was incredibly thorough. The write-up was incredibly clear, with non-technical explanations and path forward with repair suggestions. We then had a followup call after reading to clarify even more. It’s a nerve wracking scenario buying a 140 year old property, but I do believe the work done by bracketts is great and I have high confidence in the survey. Thank you

His friendly personality made him easy to communicate with. Although we eventually found our property elsewhere we wish him all the best in his role at Kent estate agents.

They were friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive to any questions or emails throughout the process. We successfully secured a rental property, and from an impromptu viewing to collecting the keys, the entire process took just two weeks. Their efficiency, responsiveness, and genuine friendliness were refreshing in the current market and made what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and enjoyable. Tony and Katie truly went above and beyond and have restored our faith in great customer service. Thank you both, you’re stars!

18th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Never go with CKB, they are the worst estate agents we’ve ever dealt with. Upon vacating the property, they tried to take £800 of our deposit, for made up reasons. We then disputed their claims, and it took over 3 months to get all of our money back from the tenancy deposit service. Poorly run, poorly organised and extremely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs! Another example of their unprofessionalism is when somebody came to knock on the door to view the property, no estate agent was there and I let them in and showed them around myself. We also had an extreme mould issue, which ruined my belongings and it took them 3 months to install a dehumidifier into the back wardrobe. I was told the mould was because of my small plant in the property, rather than the structural damage and leaks from the flat from above.

Vicky always explained every step so well as renting has changed recently, always at the end of the phone to answer any questions and replied to emails promptly. I have been a tenant in this property for the past five years and I can say for free that she has been one, if not the best property manager that I have encountered.
