He explained about the house and also schools around in a very calm manner with smile. As we had our toddler, it was very comfortable to see around the house. Hopefully we will get our home soon. They are incredibly attentive, and made you feel as a customer that they can be relied upon to provide a first class class service at all times. Their fees are very competitive, and with the benefit of hindsight, I made the best possible choice to manage selling and also buying of the properties concerned.<br><br>Top draw stuff ??????????????

Highly competitive fee structure and much fairer than I saw with other companies. Chloe, Bhav and the team managed to find a great tenant within a week of posting the ad.<br><br>Thanks guys hope it continues to go well.

7th Oct 2026 (26 days ago)Have used their services since they have acted as Management agent and been good until 3 years ago.<br><br>When asked about the tenants that lived there they never came and provided any checks when asked especially Alice. Each time i questioned this they never sent anyone round to fix any issues.<br>Once the sink tap was leaking and plumber was needed. They sent someone who ended causing a flood due to incompetance.<br>This is one issue another they charge exhorbitant fees to renew. Alice is purely interested in collection of payments nothing else!<br>She threatened legal action if payments were delayed.- 29th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We were happy with the outcome of our sale which Wards managed. We had a home visit from Victoria who helped us complete paperwork. Visits from potential buyers and feedback were reported back promptly. Clearly, there was a team approach and Katy, Megan, Emma and Joe were on top of each stage. A particular shout out to Joe for his thoughtful, professional and measured advice on the realities of the property market. We appreciated all the hard work and would highly recommend Wards of Cliftonville.

I used them to sell my Broadstairs flat and also purchased with them in Birchington.<br><br>Manager Billy Watson clearly enjoys his job and was the most professional of the different estate agents who came to value my now former property.<br><br>The staff were always friendly and positive and helped where they could; they also got lots of viewings in for me. Thanks to Keryn Hitchcock and Lucy Munday.<br><br>A final thank you to my sales progressor Sally Bryant who did lots of chasing with the solicitors. Sally kept me well informed and returned phone calls, as well as emailing updates on the way.
