25th Feb 2019 (7 years ago)I have tried to rent through them two years ago and they were useless. I thought to give them a second chance and still the same. Rude if you call the office, slow response or not response at all if you email enquiring a property.
27th Mar 2021 (5 years ago)I generally had a good experience with this agency. Solving problems and making inquiries were always smooth. However, one of their agents (Ebony) brought a potential new tenant to visit my flat without my permission, when I was on holidays. I did not appreciate that and she never apologised, just ignored my emails.... I contacted Edward who apologised later. I have also explicitly asked to keep my letters during the transition period but never got any information about them, even knowing that some letters have arrived (got simultaneously by email). This was not nice given that I kept returning all letters for the previous tenant for a year when I moved in.

16th Nov 2018 (7 years ago)lier staff in maintenance team , they never fixed thing shower heating not working since a week keep on telling someone come around nothing happen , give a smelling carpert promise to be clean once moved ask to clean it they say we organized someone to come and clean nothing done basically lier staff be carefull when taking any property for rent form this agent . as something goes wrong they not gona fixed it.

14th Jul 2021 (4 years ago)Throughout my 2.5 year tenancy I was so glad to have Dawn and Gabriella as property manager. Their responsiveness and professionalism were really great. They directly helped with every little issues and made me feel comfortable from the beginning when I moved in from abroad, through lockdown until checkout. I cannot recommend them enough!

Definitely use Property Experts if you want a smooth sale without the promises other estate agents gave us and did not deliver.

12th Apr 2026 (25 days ago)Worst estate agent I have ever dealt with. Alex&Matteo signed a contract with us on 17th February to market our property and confidently promised to sell our flat within 8 weeks. From the outset, there were nothing but false promises. During those 8 weeks, not a single viewing was arranged. Whenever I tried to contact Matteo, there was always an excuse — he was on holiday, they had forgotten to list the property on Rightmove, or his partner Michael supposedly didn’t have access to emails. Communication was extremely poor, and we received no meaningful updates, feedback, or progress reports at any point. Overall, a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

I have also had two viewing appointments arranged only for the first people not to turn up and the second arranged for a Friday and then I heard no more. I also had an appointment arranged for a viewing of a flat, but waited 40 minutes and he did not turn up.

I’ve introduced a few clients who are looking at opportunities in London, and Freder has been extremely helpful in supporting these searches, including clients exploring both the Romanian and China markets. ???????????????????????????? In a fast-moving market like this, having a team that acts efficiently and communicates clearly makes a real difference. ?????? I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. ????
