Alexandra the lady who I dealt with was very friendly and nice I met her at the property I was early for my appointment but she was there already waiting. Very welcoming and was very helpful and answered all my questions. From start to finish Alexandra was very helpful putting my mind at ease when I had queries and helpful with the all the paperwork. I'd recommend Martin & Co Beeston after dealing with other estate agents these are by far the most welcoming and professional.

11th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Selling a detached property in Burton Joyce whilst being based in London could have been a nightmare. With Elite Homes, it was the opposite. They were proactive at every turn. When an issue arose at the property, they were there before I even had to ask. They managed contractors, arranged and followed up every viewing, and kept the whole process moving without me needing to chase a thing. The thing that really struck me was that they were genuinely on my side. They negotiated a strong price, kept me fully in the loop, and never once felt like they were just going through the motions. I physically could not have asked for more. If you want an agent who treats your sale like it matters, Elite Homes is the only call you need to make.

14th May 2023 (3 years ago)Lesley Hreaves Estate agents in Gedling Village were excellent. Friendly, Efficientand always happy to discuss progress. There were always viewers to look at the house every week but to begin with these maybe not the right people as they hadn’t done their homework with regards to layout. We reduced the price which immediately found the exact buyer for the house, who really want it and appreciate what it offers. Great result in 6 weeks. Would recommend Lesley Greaves to sell your house. Thankyou LG.

20th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)At the start the services were very well didnt know when it was time. To move out i was almost loosing all my deposite. Things pointed out was including weed at the garden for and animal poop" note i lived in with no pets , within 3yrs. There is were and tear. This. Was not to be looked? Being shouted by "manager" to drop the key simply because i had missed time to take the key back as i finished shifting at night . Mind you i made them aware i was to bring the key and i was driving to their office. The level of rudeness was soo bad i was lucky to have the deposite protection otherwise 90% was going away anyway never gain will i want the service. That is my view

All the staff I delt with were friendly and personable and gave the impression they were very happy to help. Made a process that is usually very stressful easy and understandable.

23rd Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Didn't get as far as actually dealing with them - saw an interesting flat, but the blurb was obviously written by AI, was unclear, contradictory and definitely inaccurate. Obviously hadn't ben proofread or edited. Made me wonder how much else they skimp on doing properly, so approached another agent.

21st Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)Living in a Robins Estates property deeply tainted my experience of student housing. Although me and my friends found the humour within it they were the most unprofessional and useless company I have ever had to try and cooperate with. Their entire business is faceless and made up of lying estate agents who are simply trying to invalidate the students living in their properties and get away with doing absolutely nothing. Their phone number automatically puts you through to a call service where it is virtually impossible to be passed on to someone who actually knows about the property. And even then you are asked to put the emergency issues into an email which always gets an automated response that they’re out of office. Even when this emergency is an active leak. They do not communicate with their landlords which forced us to contact the property owner ourself, to which he was completely unaware of the leaking roof, rat infestation and many other issues. Even then Robins Estates refused to support us and by the end of the year had practically evicted us when deciding to rip out the bathrooms weeks before the tenancy ended. On top of the kitchen being infested with rats this forced me and my housemates out of our house, something which if we did not have the privilege of being able to go home from uni would have made us have nowhere to live. Robins Estates never seemed to understand the seriousness of these issues and constantly invalided us unless our parents rang up and demanded action in writing to hold them accountable. And even then the issues from when we first moved in were never resolved. Empty promises and lies are the foundations of Ben and Alex’s so called professional techniques. Overall, I will always hold immense anger for Robins Estates and the way they made a group of 7 girls feel so invalidated, helpless and frustrated in a situation that we were PAYING thousands of pounds to be in. If I can give you one piece of advice it would be to find any other estate agent and recommend your friends to stay away from this company. I hope that one day Ben and Alex will understand the seriousness of their job and how absolutely useless they are at fulfilling their roles. Even after being offered reduced rent to stay in the house for another year we were completely set in our decision to leave Robins Estates and the unresolved rat infestation as soon as possible. I am so grateful to now be living in a lovely student house with a very understanding landlord who we have regular contact with and is massively useful. No other groups of students should have to experience Robins Estates.

18th Jul 2024 (1 year ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

6th Jun 2026 (20 days ago)We used Elizabeth Gaughan Homes to try and sell a house we had previously let.<br>This is a very bad time to sell as the market is stagnant. Interest rates are likely to rise and could increase by 1.5% according to some analysts.<br>Weeks turned to months and we were not getting anyone to view. We then decided to switch to another estate agent in Beeston. We used a large firm which has been on the High Road for decades. Suddenly we were getting viewers and offers. I'm pleased to say that last week we accepted an offer for the full asking price.<br>We wish Elizabeth Gaughan Homes well, but in these times, it is prudent to use a larger well known firm.
