I’ve “won” this washing machine, basically I’ve won 2 washing machines in this lot… ohh wait: ive won the one it looks like it was in a car crash!!!! ???? I’ve complained of course… and they just void my invoice, and they refused to give me the machine in better conditions… by law they have to!!!!!!! So… I can conclude this is a scam, be careful, don’t spend your hardworking earned money with them!!! Some of this people don’t deserve to have a job.

Particular mention for Liam, who was my constant link between all parties. Liam was a constant source of knowledge and unbelievably helpful, friendly and approachable. I would recommend Your Move Ilkeston to anyone.

4th Nov 2024 (11 weeks ago)I recently had an issue resulting in me having to leave my flat quite quickly! The agency and property management were very helpful.. gave me good advice on how to move forward and also offered another flat that was available at the time. I have now moved into my new flat Everything happened in a timely manner and overall I'm very happy with the service provided.

Clare Dack was efficient, professional and a pleasure to deal with as was the man who showed me around the properties. No experience from a sellers perspective but given their proactive approach and care taken with the properties I viewed I would definitely recommend them

Definitely use them again

Fingers crossed that everything completes successfully but the first hurdle - finding a buyer - has been cleared, thanks Soraya!

18th Mar 2024 (10 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
