29th Jun 2024 (28 days ago)Won a bid on several lots and only 10% of the order arrived. For another bid which we were to collect in person, the order was wrong. One box contained the wrong product altogether and the item that was “correct” was a chair with no legs supplied. Avoid

Jules, Amelia and Jessica were absolutely fantastic is successfully selling the house in less than 48 hours, at our preferred sale price, and were brilliant in progressing the sale to complete within an efficent time frame. Their customer service, professionalism and transparency is unmatched and I recommend them to any person looking to sell their home in the future. Thank you so much!
10th Jan 2024 (6 mo. ago)Deeply frustrated with the prolonged tenancy transfer process and the unaddressed fob key malfunction. Despite three months of back-and-forth emails, my concerns were not adequately handled. Don’t recommend this to anyone.
7th Jul 2024 (20 days ago)I cannot thank Your Move enough. In particular Liam and Abbey at the Ilkeston Office who exeeeded expectations time and again. We had a buyer pull out at after 6 months then the house we were purchasing fell through and like magicians they pulled more offers out of the hat. They became phsycotherapists as I felt like I was loosing my mind and helped me navigate all the stress of a very long and difficult process. None of the problems we experienced were related to Your Move and all agreed this was a very unusual and fraught 18 months. We moved into our new home 3 weeks ago and are very very happy this would not have happened wihout Abbeys encouragement to keep going and Liam patiently talking me through my frustrations. Cant wait to see them both at the house warming next summer when all the work is finished as I actually miss our conversations (but maybe we could talk about something else). So if your contemplating selling your house then this has to be your first choice. We have used four different estate agents in the past and without doubt Your Move are the front runners by a thousand miles. THANK YOU Liam and Abbbey and the rest of the your move team.

From the begining to the end Emma Sherwin showed patience and understand my situation. She was very professional and attentive through out the process of our purcharse. Thankyou so much.

I can not praise Shannon Booth and any colleagues enough, thank you to you all.

Management were helpful, front facing staff less so.

A big part in our choice of agents, a real asset. Sheryl deserves a medal for keeping me sane!! We would have definitely use Holden Copley again and recommend to all. As estate agents go we couldn't have chosen a better one.
18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
