21st Aug 2026 (28 days ago)I have been renting out my apartment through 'Charles & Co' for around 20 years, and I can honestly say that I have had an excellent experience throughout.<br><br>Over such a long period, they have consistently been professional, reliable, helpful and responsive. I have always felt that my property was in safe hands, and any issues that arose were dealt with efficiently and with no hassle for me as a landlord.<br><br>I have now sold the apartment, bringing our long association to an end, but I would like to take this opportunity to thank them for their excellent service over the years.

From the initial viewing, the many phone and email exchanges, to the happy news received this morning, David and Rebekah in the Camberley office couldn't have been more helpful. They say that buying a house is one of the most stressful experiences in life, but these two made it feel like a Scandinavian sauna crossed with a deep tissue massage. I usually can't be bothered writing reviews but honestly, these people are the best. Thank you!

We completed all the referencing requirements and, based on the agent’s communication, we served notice on our existing landlord expecting the new tenancy to proceed. We were then told that the landlord was not willing to sign the agreement. Despite requesting our holding deposit back, the refund has been unnecessarily delayed. Poor communication and a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this service.
18th Aug 2026 (4 weeks ago)I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.

It went so smoothly, from start to finish.<br>Our house was on the market mid June and completed mid August!<br>Frank also recommended us to use Juno Solicitors and they were outstanding. Very fast and efficient.<br>Thank you Frank for making our experience stress free.<br>We will definitely recommend you to anyone we know selling/buying!!

Throughout the months leading up to our decision to let our property there was quite a lot of uncertainty due to delays with my international job relocation. Kathryne was very reassuring, patient, and professional in handling our individual circumstances. The viewings were handled promptly and efficiently and our property was let within days of it being advertised. This allowed for a 2 day gap between us moving out and our tenants moving in - this is fantastic from a cash flow perspective as a landlord! We look forward to continuing to work with Bourne and highly recommend to landlords, especially first time landlords, based on our experience to date.
