Steve is extremely honest - from realistic pricing in the current market to quickly and efficiently dealing with offers and negotiations.<br><br>Osbornes have excellent communication (loved the Watsapp group - so much more convenient than agents constantly ringing to arrange viewings, then confirm them etc). They are always contactable - any queries dealt with either immediately or within the hour.<br><br>If you’re looking to sell I highly recommend using Osbornes. They make what will always be an incredibly stressful experience much easier!

They gave us a place to call home and made us feel welcome from the beginning.<br>What I really appreciate about this agency is how friendly and caring everyone is. They’re always polite, approachable, and happy to help. Every time we visit their office, they treat us with so much kindness that it genuinely feels like visiting family rather than just dealing with a letting agency.<br>Throughout our nine months with them, we’ve had no issues, and our experience has been nothing but positive. We spoke to several other estate agents in Fleet, but McCarthy Holden really stood out.<br><br>Victoria was professional, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about Fleet and the surrounding area. I have nothing but praise for the way they handled the sale of my house. They arranged a large number of viewings and sold the property very quickly. I opted for the package which included the solicitor fees which was a more cost effective option.<br>I especially appreciated being updated at every stage of the sale. I never felt I needed to chase for an update. I mainly dealt with Jordan and found him a pleasure to deal with.<br>Thank you Jordan for changing my opinion of Estate Agents. I can highly recommend Vickery and would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

We were selling a property, having had no success with a previous agent. From the outset everyone was professional, direct, easy to deal with and reliable in their approach. All questions were responded to quickly and the process felt calm at all stages, even when there were the inevitable sticky moments that will happen with this kind of process. Unlike many chain estate agents (not all) where in the past I’ve made to feel you are just a number and a commission ticket. So well done Billingham Martin.

A chain of three, and it’s still, after 4 months since the offers were agreed no one knows what is going on. The phones are never answered, emails answered with ‘out of office’ messages and avoidance tactics taken at every turn.

Their marketing is brilliant, local knowledge and experience invaluable and handling of viewings and potential buyers, second to none. Their advice has been spot on and their energy and responsive unwavering They have been all round brilliant and I would never use another agent again. I highly recommend them to anyone thinking of moving home

It went so smoothly, from start to finish.<br>Our house was on the market mid June and completed mid August!<br>Frank also recommended us to use Juno Solicitors and they were outstanding. Very fast and efficient.<br>Thank you Frank for making our experience stress free.<br>We will definitely recommend you to anyone we know selling/buying!!

Bournes were also far fairer on their fees than other agents. Really couldn't fault them. We used them again in the sale of my parents property which again went very smoothly. Highly recommended.
