Steve is extremely honest - from realistic pricing in the current market to quickly and efficiently dealing with offers and negotiations.<br><br>Osbornes have excellent communication (loved the Watsapp group - so much more convenient than agents constantly ringing to arrange viewings, then confirm them etc). They are always contactable - any queries dealt with either immediately or within the hour.<br><br>If you’re looking to sell I highly recommend using Osbornes. They make what will always be an incredibly stressful experience much easier!

We were selling a property, having had no success with a previous agent. From the outset everyone was professional, direct, easy to deal with and reliable in their approach. All questions were responded to quickly and the process felt calm at all stages, even when there were the inevitable sticky moments that will happen with this kind of process. Aaron has been professional, approachable and responsive throughout making the whole process straightforward.<br><br>They’ve also been quick to find a solid tenant, helping to minimise the void period and lost rental income. Sinead has been helpful too, and the team have been efficient and easy to deal with.<br><br>I’m very happy with the service so far and look forward to continuing to work with Aaron and the team. A chain of three, and it’s still, after 4 months since the offers were agreed no one knows what is going on. The phones are never answered, emails answered with ‘out of office’ messages and avoidance tactics taken at every turn.
