18th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)I didn't have a perfect experience with Franklyn James in terms if number of viewings although they were quick to advertise the property and the listing was strong. The market was incredibly slow too so it's hard to say if any other agent would have performed better.
22nd Apr 2024 (28 days ago)Living in London estate agents were great to work with. I viewed flats with Jacob who was super helpful and flexible, as well as patient with all my questions. Megan helped me throughout the process of putting in an offer to the landlord, up till actually getting the keys and moving into the flat. Megan was extremely knowledgable and responsive on email, and would give detailed answers to my (numerous) questions - this really helped me feel more comfortable about the entire process. Overall, the team made this experience smoother than I expected!

27th Apr 2024 (23 days ago)I have been chasing them to arrange viewing on a property to rent. Sent all our details. Called a few times but no one calling back despite the assurance from an adviser at their office. Not even a minimum standard of customer service let alone it be any good. First impression, Not a good one. I hope that they will improve on it. Good that I am not in desperate situation to move the house. For the service I have received so far, I could give them a broken star but not a star but the problem is that I have to choose at least one star to be able to post my review
15th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)Few years ago the agency let me a flat which was completely filthy and full of defects . When I moved in I found Condoms and rubbish under the bed , blood on the mattress, window full of dust and mud, etc, Back then I only just came to London as a naive foreigner and I was in rush to find a place to stay , I know nothing about how a rented property should look like condition wise , I don’t know about my legal right , and I was being treated like a fool by the their agent . During my one year of stay a few appliances broken because they were so old , but when I contact the agency asked for help they did nothing . And now when I look back I feel shocked how could an agency allow to rent a flat like that. How could an agency provide service like that . Shame on Curtis & Parker !

She was completely transparent in the way she operated from the start (a refreshing change from other agents) and offered us solid advice on how to get the sale done. On top of this she was a pleasure to work with and absolutely determined to get the best possible outcome for her client. I would have no hesitation in recommending The Private Realtor.

6th Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)Avoid this agent at all cost. Called them at 9am the day after an ad was posted. They said that line was busy so I tried calling a few times to no avail. Repeated this for the next few days and got the same response - "busy line, we will request an urgent callback". 2 weeks later, no responses still.

Selling a property is never easy but the Alex & Matteo team have always been very approachable and happy to help. Approaching the sales with a positive attitude they always manage to achieve great results and make me feel confident throughout the process. I moved back to the US last June and unfortunately I am struggling to find brokers with the same positivity and good energy.

However Harvey provided great support throughout the process and ensured the transaction came to a close with always a positive attitude.
