The team at Hamptons particularly the letting team in Windsor has consistently delivered high-quality service that benefits both tenants and landlords. I want to extend special thanks to Victoria Holt from the letting team whose professionalism and helpful nature made a significant difference in my experience. Victoria's knowledge and dedication to her role were evident throughout the process providing valuable insights and assistance. One aspect that stood out for me was the team's responsiveness to any concerns or enquiries. Regardless of the issue their prompt and professional manner of addressing it showcased their commitment to client satisfaction. In conclusion, my interactions with Hamptons International particularly the letting team and Admin team in Windsor branch have been consistently positive. Their professionalism, honesty, and the exceptional service provided by individuals like Victoria Holt make them a reliable choice for anyone seeking letting services. Also with speedy response which is very good. Overall, my experience with Roman’s letting in Uxbridge was great especially with Zara . Thank you

It was really great to have one person take us through the entire process from showing us the property to handing over the keys and everything that was required in between. Lydia was our agent and she has been brilliant.

We have years of previous experience with other letting agents and I must say that Wendy does stand out for her professional yet friendly approach and how prompt she has been with answering all our enquiries during the letting process. 14th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)A really bad experience of using Cameron king to manage my property. They Protected the tenants deposit after 30 days of receiving the deposit moneys from the tenants. I ended up returning the deposit to the tenants even before the tenancy ended

27th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)Prospect were able to suggest contractors to tidy up the property before sale, communicated well when doing viewings and found a committed buyer at the asking price within a few weeks of it going on the market. They also kept in touch with both sets of solicitors to make sure that the sale proceeded smoothly. We were very pleased all round.

11th Jan 2024 (18 weeks ago)I’ve had a fantastic experience with Justin and Winkworth Beaconsfield Estate Agents. Communication was great, I was always kept informed and able to get hold of Justin. The whole process was super easy, quick and transparent! Justin was lovely and Justin had a great sense of humour which always help. I would definitely reach out to the group again for housing needs and look forward to a continued relationship.
20th Jan 2024 (17 weeks ago)I happily excluded the Inventory checks, but agents convinced me (landlord) to take an inventory check with additional charges, so I decided to take it. After the full report there was no mention of water meter reading taken. Surprisingly they didn't know where it was, and eventually found it, with my help, but now could not read the meter. Maybe too lazy to bend over and clean the meter, to be able to check. Failed to report to the Thames Water company after my request, as I was outside of the country. After my approach to the water company no complaint was logged on. Not surprised. No different than other Estate Agents. Send a 16 years old boy to check the water meter and guess what he did the Job. I wouldn’t call unprofessionals, but clearly no interest in providing an extra mile of service, to keep a smile on landlords, or tenants. And thank God for not giving them a Full Management.
5th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)Terrible Until you pay everything goes well and then it’s just a joke. Just to mention a few: - moved in a brand new building, the door lock broke once, they advised me to go to an hotel for the night while waiting for the next day. Then they refused to pay for the room they told me they will pay and stopped replying to my emails, very unprofessional - lots of things weren’t working in my flat when J moved in and they didn’t help at all. I had to deal with everything - didn’t even get a proper check out document Definitely don’t recommend it

7th May 2024 (11 days ago)I was very grateful for all the help and support that I received from Rebecca and Kate. When I was advised that my tenancy would be coming to an end after 21 years at the property I was feeling very sad and overwhelmed knowing that I would have to find another place to live. After seeing lots of properties on the market it was clear that this move was going to be a struggle. On top of having to source somewhere new to live my Mother was taken into Hospital for an emergency heart operation so my stress levels were very high. Fortunately for me, Rebecca & Kate were on hand to help navigate me through the world of renting they made sure that I was kept up to date, completed paperwork where necessary and generally supported me through the whole process. I managed to get moved into my new home over the weekend and am now trying to unpack boxes etc but at least we are in and ready to make new memories. Thankyou Oakwood I don’t think I could have done this journey without you.
