4th Apr 2026 (2 days ago)We went to see the apartment that was available for rent, we liked it. We did all the checkings, filled all the forms, all good. The agent we met insisted to us on talking with the actual landlord to tell him that we are leaving from his apartment. After we did that, he told us that the house is no longer available so this created a very very very unpleasant situation with the actual landlord that almost didn't wanted to let us stay anymore in his apartment. This company is a total shame and scam Edit: My reply to yours: Nice try ! I have attached a picture, maybe you can remember now. I have 2text messages as well. You're embarrassing. Another reason for others to avoid your company.
15th Mar 2026 (22 days ago)DO NOT use these agents. We got agreed a house we loved and it got put as sold etc. Next day we got gazumped by another person who put in a much higher offer even after it was sold stc. Most agents do not entertain offers after sold etc and whilst I understand agents can legally pass on offers even after agreeing a sale and that gazumping is legal in UK, they obviously passed on the offer as they want the extra commission and we lost out the property. We are not going to get into any bidding war and raise our offer up higher than we did as a matter of principle as nice as the home was- properties come and go and we will find a better one. But please avoid them as when I have called multiple other agents in the past- once a sale is agreed, they just say that and dont emtertain offers as a courtesy but Robinson Jackson did. Deeply disappointed with the agents, with the person who put in the offer as they have no shame, and with the sellers who even accepted this after agreeing with us. Disappointing and will not trust them again.
23rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)My experience as a landlord with First Capital and Passion Property Group has been extremely stressful and disappointing. After serving a valid Notice to Quit (NTQ), the property should have been returned to me at the end of the tenancy. Despite this, they have refused to hand back possession. Even after Croydon Council confirmed they would remove the tenant, I have continued to face resistance. In my experience, housing law has been incorrectly cited to justify keeping my property beyond the agreed tenancy end date. Rent payments have repeatedly been made late, causing unnecessary financial strain. I have also been charged for repairs that I was never informed about beforehand, despite the contract clearly stating that they are liable for such repairs. The lack of communication and transparency has been deeply concerning. I am particularly dissatisfied with the conduct of Nathan Hancox, the General Manager, who in my experience has stood in the way of resolving matters efficiently. I feel both the resident and I, as the landlord, have been let down. I would also like to mention Stirling Ackroyd, the estate agency in South Norwood that introduced me to this arrangement. Throughout this situation, I have found them unresponsive, unsupportive, and unwilling to assist in resolving the issues. As a property owner, this has added significant hardship and stress to my life. Based on this experience, I will not be using their services again. Overall, I would strongly advise other landlords to exercise extreme caution before entering into agreements with these companies.

25th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)We had a really good experience selling our flat with these guys, after a truly terrible one with a much larger chain estate agent in the local area. Communication was really good, Isla looked after us from offer accepted all the way through to completion and we could sit back trusting that she had things under control and was keeping both us and our buyer on track. The key difference compared to our other really poor experience seems to be that this is a small team who ensure one agent works consistently with the same vendors. Thank you!
20th Mar 2026 (17 days ago)I received outstanding service execution from agent Denny F and Michael (contractor) I requested a maintenance job to be completed via Street.com. in a matter of one week, my issue was resolved, and follow-up emails were sent, ensuring that I was totally happy with the work carried out. Thank you Allen Heritage, contractor(s) and overall team. A big shout out to the Shirley branch ????????????. Most appreciated.

23rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Since 1992 I have rented 12 different properties and bought and sold 7 different properties so I have lots of experience with Estate Agents, the service I got from Grace Lane at Simon Miller Larkfield is exceptional, so polite, helpful and efficient, she is a tremendous asset to Simon Miller, in fact anyone whom I have dealt with there provide a similar service, if you want to use an Estate Agent for any reason Simon Miller on another level to other Estate Agents

Buying a property can feel overwhelming, but Stephen never rushes you. He takes the time to understand your needs, answers questions clearly, and makes himself available when you need reassurance. What really stands out is that he listens carefully and tries to see things from your perspective, which makes the whole process feel far more manageable. He is professional, patient, and clearly loves what he does — and that shows in the way he supports his clients. Five stars without hesitation

I've tried reaching out to you but you never answer left messages for Eric and Ezgi - UNPROFESSIONAL I understand you and some members where off sick but everytime I drove past your office I could see everyone in the office present and working just not answering my call or messages which makes it more unprofessional . I did CALL and try reach out to you and still no response i left whats app messages on two seperate occasions and two different people still no response so from my point of view I was certainly patient and went above and beyond to try get a response from you which never came until I left a review then the response came instantly My main purpose was to sell the property and whilst working with you I felt the only thing you wanted to do was rent my property out for short let's at rock bottom prices which I certainly said no too especially at the low ball figures you offered me( very low figures borderline disturbing) I'm glad I got my property sold with another agent I believe being honest and transparent is very important in this field which I believe in my opinion I didn't receive from you as an agent We all make mistakes if you owned the mistake and apolisged for ignoring me then we could have resolved this Instanly but to say people where sick when I could see them working in the office has certainly left me disappointed in my humble opinion

Matt handled the viewings and was outstanding throughout the entire process. I had actually made and had an offer accepted on a new house before finding a buyer for my own property, which could have been quite stressful. However, Wisdom Estate Agents took a very proactive approach to selling my home and were still able to secure a buyer in time to keep the chain moving smoothly. Matt kept me consistently updated on viewings, offers, and the progression of the sale, making everything feel well-managed and under control. His communication and dedication truly set him apart—easily the best agent I’ve worked with, and someone who genuinely puts the customer first. Rob was also fantastic—he took excellent photos for the listing and kept me updated throughout as well. Both of them made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and positive. Overall, the level of customer service from Wisdom Estate Agents is exceptional—far quicker, more responsive, and more personal than what I’ve experienced with larger commercial estate agents. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
